Kinky World is nothing if not thorough. Today, let’s tackle a pretty niche topic that very few sites do: people looking for gore sex toys. It’s not my kink, but I love a good mental challenge, and with my breadth of obscure sex toy knowledge, I actually have quite a few recommendations.
TRIGGER WARNING: This entire article discusses gore, which is rife with violence, disembodied body parts, decapitation, and blood references. Please do not continue reading if any of those topics are unsafe for you.
What is Sexual Gore?
Gore is, by definition, “violent images or scenes that show a lot of blood.” (Thanks Dictionary Britannica.)
You can, essentially, take that exact same premise and attach it to sexual arousal.
Someone who has a fetish for gore is someone who has a fetish for violence, cuts, blood, and “gory” injuries (like deep gashes – not necessarily a sprained ankle). Someone with a gore fetish isn’t necessarily violent or dangerous; they might like looking at the results but have no interest in ever being the cause for those injuries. Illustrated art, often, showcasing the “victim” as someone who wanted the violent act done to them, are common for gore fetishists.
(As a sidenote, if you like the idea of some of the violence but dislike blood, “candy gore” is also a thing. It shows the same premises as gore (missing limbs, deep cuts and injuries) but with playful colors and non-anatomical innards.)
A lot of people into gore enjoy scenario-specific gore. This kink has a lot of overlap with cannibalism, kidnapping, alien abductions, non-consensual scenarios, serial killer fetishism, and more.
Even with that in mind, though, I would never suggest looking at gore porn unless it’s your kink. It can be extremely jarring (in a terrifying, uncomfortable way) if you aren’t prepared for it.
If you’re an erotica reader, the genre “dark romance” can be very similar in vibe.
It’s important to note that most gore fetishists get their rocks off through fantasy scenarios. Whether that’s fully-consensual roleplay, illustrated pictures, animated videos, or written erotica, most gore kinksters play out their fantasies without negatively impacting another human being. While “snuff films” are real, actual things, there is very little overlap between people who crave snuff films and people with a gore kink.
Are There Gore Sex Toys?
So, if you’re into gore, the average plain ol’ penis dildo isn’t necessarily going to do much for you. Nothing wrong with that. Everyone should have the accessories and space they need to explore their fantasies as long as it doesn’t place hardship or unconsensual acts on others.

While gore sex toys are relatively few and far between, the popularity of fantasy sex toys has catapulted them into more fame than they probably would have gotten on their own. With some creative reframing and fantasy building, there are quite a few sex toys that can work for your gore sex fantasies.

Hole Punch Evolved
I’ve had this one on my wishlist for awhile, but I haven’t pulled the trigger (pun intended) due to the higher price tag.
But if some of your kinky gore fantasies include gun play, this is an orifice-safe and fatality-free way to add sexual gun play to the bedroom. The Charcoal coloration with Wood grip style looks the most realistic to me, but it’s all about what you’re going for.
Make sure to have consent for any partnered play with this toy. PTSD surrounding guns and violence is common, and in the dark, it can be really hard to tell the difference between this and a real gun if you’re unable to see the tip of it. (This can also be great for potential mindfuck games.)
(Just don’t bring this to a play party or hotel takeover! Weapons and guns are a hard NO at all of them, and while inserted, this one can be very difficult to tell from a real weapon in low lighting!)
Sex Slime with your Gore Sex Toys
Okay, this is a lube, BUT it’s impressive how much realism a colored lubricant can add to your fantasy play. Your alien dildo covered in dripping, green goo looks much more realistic than clear liquids. Getting impaled by a sword dildo dripping with red lube provides a very different visual than clear.

I can’t guarantee these won’t stain fabrics, so keep them away from light-colored clothing and bedding unless a red stain is part of your memory booklet. Fleshlight Freaks Strokers
I don’t want to clutter up this article by listing all of the Fleshlight Freaks penis strokers one-by-one. While Fleshlight used to keep these as limited-time offerings during the Halloween season, it appears they now sell these unique, monster-focused strokers year-round. They’re some of the few fantasy-style penis strokers out there.

While I can’t say I’m super-fond of the Fleshlight dildo material (it’s a very glossy silicone), they are one of the few companies that make some of these over-the-top gore dildos.

Blush Lock-On Sword
Does causing some of that gore get you off? If so, this gore sex toy might be a great fit.

Lust Arts Frank’s Monster
If the sutured-up shafts are your thing, the Lust Arts Frank’s Monster might be a great fit. Complete with suture marks throughout the entire shaft, the penis has an otherwise “realistic” look to it.
The green is designed to look more like a Frankenstein-esque dildo, but the white looks medical to me, like someone who’s in the hospital for severe penile injuries. If that’s your thing.
Tantus Bound
You might have to hunt around to find one of these discontinued Bound silicone dildos, but if the idea of riding a penis squeezed tightly into rope bondage fits into your gore sex toys fantasy, this is one of the only ones I’ve ever seen.
I own one, and the quality is solid. You can feel every braid of the ropework with a nicely pronounced head and a pretty firm, matte silicone that makes it easy to use both vaginally and anally.
Pipedream Fuck-Face
By itself, the Fuck Face is a bit weird but not necessarily a prime example of gore sex toys. But if you want to get creative with it, it is, essentially, a decapitated head. Since it’s yours to do with as you please, you can get creative with scissors, paints, and anything else that would help bring your gore sex toy fantasies to life.
Pussy Footin’ Stroker from Evolved
The same can be said about this gore sex toy. Again, by itself, it’s just a bit weird, but it is, essentially, a sawed-off foot.
If you want to get creative and add the DIY touches that bring your own gore sex toys to life, this can be a really sweet spot between gore and foot fetishism.
DIY Gore Sex Toys: Any Sex Doll
You can use that very same DIY logic with any sex doll you purchase. While sex dolls are pricy, they can be a really specific way to create the exact visual that matches what you’re going for. Sex doll torsos or other partial sex dolls (versus the full human form) also just happen to be amputated by design; arms and legs are usually removed to make the doll easier to use and move around.
Make sure to keep the longevity and the usability of your sex doll in mind. Most dolls are made from TPE material; make sure you have TPE-safe glue if you’re slicing into the doll’s skin. You’ll want to glue off the ends of your slices to prevent them from widening. Keep any material dyes nicely contained while coloring, too, to help bring that final fantasy look to life.
