Welcome to my new series for Kinky World – or, at least, something I’m trying out.
The busier I get, the more I’m finding that I enjoy audio-style BDSM education. Not only can I multitask while listening to it (listening while driving or working out is a favorite of mine), but it’s something that’s available on-demand and allows me to squeeze in kink education when I wouldn’t otherwise have the time.
Plus, most audio-style educational formats tend to have more personality in them. That’s not to say you can’t convey personality with written word (at least, I certainly try to), but with spoken word, you have pauses, breaks, intonation, and all sorts of other cues to add to the speaker’s personality – plus it’s much easier to go off on personal-story tangents – which adds some warmth and personal depth to the education.
That being said, I know I don’t have time for a full femdom podcast – and the idea of adding even more “must do’s” to my to-do list sounds horrible. So, instead, we’re getting a semblance of a femdom podcast: my little audio episodes – done on my time, just with me (at this point) and no guests, and featuring the same advice and information (with a personal slant) that people pop into Kinky World for.
So if you’re looking for femdom advice in audio form, that’s what these are here for.
To start it off, I’m starting with a pretty relevant episode. With the CDC’s new recommendations in place in the US and most of the world finally, at least, has a gameplan to begin to get back to social gatherings at some point in the future, I figured I’d cover everything about kinky play parties.
Especially if you haven’t attended a play party before, attending a play party can be scary AF; it’s this weird, magical kingdom where people are “having sex” with one another, and what the hell are the rules for THAT? There are very, very few spaces in the world where that’s the accepted norm. Really, only Swinger’s Parties or invite-only free sexuality spaces even compare – and the rules for either of those spaces still have their own distinctions over play parties.
So this “femdom podcast” covers everything you’d want to know about attending a kink play party – given to you by a femdom nerd who has attended way too many.
