The Tantaly Hannah stands out in a world of “average” sex dolls. Built with a sportier, bottom-heavy look, the Hannah offers toned thighs, a light look of abs, and modest, teardrop breasts.

Storing the Tantaly Hannah

Before we dive into the sex doll itself, it’s worth really featuring one of Tantaly’s biggest selling points:

As far as I’m aware, they are the only sex doll company that does this.

This complimentary, discreet black storage bag is honestly really solid. We toted this sex doll through the middle of an international, busy AF hotel at check-in with zero issues. (Okay, it was heavy as hell, but zero issues traveling discreetly.)

The black storage bag is built tough AF; it’s essentially PVC/polyester and nylon. There are zero brands or exterior markings on it, and it has a two zipper zip-up system to allow you to lock it if you want (locks aren’t included).

It even has handles!

Essentially, your Tantaly Hannah comes in a multi-layered protection system. When you receive your doll, you’ll see the exterior boring brown shipping box. Once you cut through that, you get to the very-orange Tantaly-branded retail box. Once you cut through that, you’ll see the zipped-up black storage bag with the doll zipped inside of it.

When you pull it out of the boxes and place the black storage bag outside of those shipping boxes, you can unzip the black storage bag. Inside the black storage bag is a gigantic styrofoam “shell”. Once you untape the shell’s top from its base, you can open up the styrofoam “shell”, and the Tantaly Hannah will be resting inside of it.

This is a fantastic way to store the sex doll at home.

I will say: when we took this to that aforementioned hotel, the bellman was a bit rougher with it than I would have liked, and we do have a crack in the styrofoam now. It is, after all, just super-thick layers of styrofoam. You might want something sturdier if your plan is to make house calls with your sex doll, but if you’re just hoping to have a good storage solution around the house, the complimentary bag (with handles!) is really fantastic.

(Sidenote: As noted, the nylon bag just zips around the styrofoam “shell”. The styrofoam shell is technically sturdy enough to place items on top of the sex doll, but, in practice, we’ve found that we’ve never been able to get the Hannah sex doll perfectly aligned again in there with the cut-outs for the doll. This means the shell is always slightly ajar. We don’t want to place any heavy items on top of this not-quite-perfectly-aligned styrofoam shell as it would squish and deform some part of the doll if we did. All this to say: assuming you have the same issue we have, you can store light items on top of the doll like a shoebox or two, but I would not store anything heavy on top of it.)

Damn, that Physique!

We love the look of the Tantaly Hannah.

Designed to be their “sportier” sex doll, the Hannah has thick thighs, a slimmer chest, muscled thighs, and the faintest outline of abs.

The sex doll muscles feels the same as other sex dolls; the “muscles” do not come in a different TPE or TPR density. They look like a strong, muscled thigh, but they have the same squishiness as the neck or the arms or the butt.

(With the Tantaly’s trademarked TantaBosom technology, the breasts feel very different, but the breasts are unique, and we’ll get to that.)

That all being said, there’s a reason most of the marketing photos of the Hannah show the sex doll’s vulva clothed. While there’s a realistic vulva and vagina in there, I wouldn’t say it’s lifelike or detailed. If Tantaly had to cut costs somewhere, I’d say they did it on the vagina and anal appearance. They exist, but they look almost hentai-ish in their simplistic appearance.

Most of the time, money, and effort definitely went into the Tantabosom realistic breasts and the lightly muscled physique.

That Trademarked Tantabosom Technology

The Hannah sex doll is equipped with Tantaly’s trademarked Tantabosom technology. Essentially, the breasts are made from a different, squishier and lighter, material than the rest of the sex doll.

As someone who has used quite a few sex dolls, this Tantabosom technology really, really makes a difference. When all of the material of your sex doll is the same density, it tends to move as a whole unit. The sex doll momentum moves forward, and then backwards, as a whole, with every thrust.

The Tantabosom changes that. By making the material separate, lighter gel density, it moves and jiggles independently of the rest of the doll’s momentum. Heavy thrusts cause the breasts to bounce and jiggle every time, really standing out from the rest of the doll’s more static position. Y’know, they look like the squishy bags of adipose tissue that they are on human beings; add-on squishy bits that sit on top of the chest muscles.

Tantabosom is a huge upgrade to your visuals.

The breasts on this sex doll are equipped with these cum-inducing visuals, and they’re, by-far, the best breast physics we have on any sex doll we own.

Texture-wise, they feel squishier, but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s worth the upgrade if you’re going for the squish. The Tantabosom breasts feel realistic (we went back and forth between my breasts and the doll’s, and they feel very similar aside from temperature differences).

However, other Tantaly sex dolls I own have non-Tantabosom breasts that are pretty good to squeeze too. They don’t feel as “air-y” and “light” as the Tantabosom breasts, but the “average”, non-Tantabosom Tantaly sex doll breasts are still pretty darn good for squeezing.

Tantaly also says you need to squeeze Tantabosom breasts with caution. Aggressively squeezing or rubbing the breasts can harm the material inside the Tantabosom.

With that in mind, if you want the jiggly breasts visual, Tantabosom is worth its weight in gold. If you know you’ll be rough on the breasts, plan to use the sex doll mostly in doggy, or don’t necessarily look at the breasts that often, you may not notice the lack of Tantabosom (or may prefer the non-upgraded breasts if you plan to get rough with them.)

Tantaly also offers Tantabutt upgrades, but the Hannah sex doll does not have it. In sex dolls with Tantabutt, Tantaly takes this same lightweight material density and uses it for the butt as well. Note how, in the slap GIF above, the butt jiggles with the same momentum that the thighs do.

Tantaly Hannah Review: Let’s Talk Pleasure

I have nothing but orgasmic praise for the Tantaly Hannah.

If you can tolerate moving around a sex doll, the Hannah rewards you in spades.

With every thrust, the doll’s squishy, wide body presses back into you, giving you the realism you were craving.

In Missionary and doll-on-back positions, those Tantabosom breasts bounce hypnotically, offering you a show that’s impossible to resist (and makes you cum pretty fast).

The thick body and firm hip joints mean you can pound really roughly into the doll without much worry. It holds up fine and will keep taking what you give it.

Tantaly Hannah Review: Let’s Talk Size

This sex doll’s got some serious hips. The doll’s hip width is larger than my own partner’s hip width when they are sitting together (as you can easily see in the photos).

To help keep the doll’s weight and maneuverability under control, though, the Tantaly Hannah has much narrower-than-real shoulders and a very short torso.

Most of the sex doll’s weight is in that ass and hips.

This gives you a lot of the sensation of flesh pressing up against your own body during use while still making the doll functional enough for moving around your house.

You could easily make an argument that this sex doll torso is “life-sized”, though I’d say the ratios are still slightly off. But this is probably a trade-off I enjoy. I get life-sized parts where I want them while “trading off” some of the areas where I don’t necessarily need realism. (Do I notice that the shoulders are lacking a good 8″ of width compared to a human when I’m using it? No. Do I notice the breasts are a modest handful? I certainly do.)

Tantaly Hannah Review: Sex Position Options

The Hannah sex doll has a firm interior “skeleton”. It, essentially, has a long, rigid, unmoving spine from neck to mid-hips. At the mid-hip point, the doll’s skeleton splits in two, with a long, rigid joint in each of the thighs. At the top of the thighs, joined at the spine, there’s a ball-and-socket joint, allowing each one of the thighs to move in a circular motion.

The Tantaly Hannah sex doll thighs can be spread outwards or staggered (with one leg positioned closer to the tummy and one leg positioned closer to the butt). They do not have the full spread of the ball-and-socket joint on a human, but you can get some pretty good positions out of it. It allows you to put the Hannah into a doggy style or staggered spooning position with ease. If you want more access between the thighs, you can also spread the thighs apart. (And if you’re going for humiliation play, you can squish the thighs together tightly enough to use them as something to thrust between.)

This skeleton makes it so much easier to move the sex doll around. That being said, the doll is still almost 50 pounds, and it is not light.

If you can easily pick up and put down 45 pounds of squishy jelly, you can use the sex doll for active sex positions. Realistically, with all of our Tantaly Hannah review testing, we’ve found that we really prefer sex positions where the doll stays put and the human does the moving.

Our favorite, and it should come as no surprise with a thick booty and thighs, has been doggy style. With the thighs propped underneath the doll, the Hannah has a very hot visual. As an added bonus, propping the doll up with the thighs really adds to the angle, too, making it very comfortable to slide inside.

Missionary is equally enjoyable. With stronger thrusts, the Tantabosom breasts really jiggle, making for a ridiculously good visual. Honestly, with the premature ejaculation training we’ve done, we’ve had to turn the doll over mid-use because the view of those jiggling breasts has made him a hair trigger. (Which I find erotic too!)

Being able to move the thighs gives you a lot of “from the side” sex position options as well. You can rest the sex doll on its side to slide in from a side angle. The doll is very jiggly and very heavy, though, so I’d recommend pillows propped up against the sides to prevent the doll from rolling over on you mid-use. Or you can build some biceps holding it at the same time. It’s up to you.

While moving the doll takes some conscious effort, once you have the sex doll in place, it tends to stay where you put it. The doll’s weight means that it doesn’t slide along the sheets. As long as you put any grip on the doll, it stays in place through jackhammering and strong thrusts.

The same can be said about the posable thighs. Getting those thighs to move with your own hands is extremely difficult. Once you have them moved, though, they don’t unbend easily. Even in doggy style, with his body weight pressing downwards into the doll, tempting the doll’s thighs to flatten out, the thigh bend doesn’t change.

(That’s probably my only complaint about the Tantaly Hannah. The thighs are extremely difficult to move around. This really pays off during use; the sex doll stays in the position you put it in. For moving the thighs around or storing the doll back in its case – which requires the legs back at the perfectly straight angle – it’s hard to do. I’m hoping the thigh joints loosen up just a bit as we continually move them around.)

Moving the Tantaly Hannah

With the thick thighs and squishy booty, the Hannah doll does run booty heavy. It is not an evenly-weighted doll. When you go to move it around, I recommend holding the butt closest to your body and ensuring it’s fully cradled. It’s the heaviest part, and if it gets unwieldy, it can accidentally tip the doll out of your hands.

It’s, essentially, almost 50 pounds of super jiggly, ass-heavy, squishy material to move around.

I’m not going to lie to you; it’s not “easy” to pick up. Once you get it in place, though, that weight means that it stays where you put it.

The internal skeleton helps a lot. I’ve owned large, heavy sex dolls without them, and they are noticeably harder to move around.

I find that I usually pick up the Tantaly Hannah at its waist. This natural, slimmest-point gripping point makes it much easier to move around.

Ideally, I carry the sex doll ass up. Keeping the ass’s weight balanced on the top of my hands (versus underneath them) keeps the doll from sliding as easily through my fingers. This is especially true when it’s wet.

With this in mind, though, I highly recommend trimming your nails down OR wearing gloves to move the sex doll. Despite only owning it for a few months through our Tantaly Hannah review period, I’ve already accidentally sliced a spot of the skin with my fingernails while moving it.

I’d also recommend putting on those gloves for adjusting the thigh spread. Those posable joints are extremely firm, and adjusting the thigh angle is a two-handed job that requires applying lots of pressure to the doll to hold it in place while trying to get the thigh joint to release. You may accidentally end up slicing fingernails into the doll while doing this.

You can get away with not using the gloves if you’re fucking it; with the sex doll already in place, you probably won’t be digging your fingers into it. When you’re moving it, though, the doll’s flesh tends to spill over your fingertips, causing the material to make contact with your fingernails even if you are trying not to.

Cleaning the Tantaly Hannah

The Tantaly Hannah is not any harder or easier to clean than any average full-sized sex doll.

That is, you’ll need to flush out the internal tunnels you used with warm water and a mild soap. This is much easier with an enema bulb or with a handheld showerhead. With the doll’s size and weight, you’re not likely getting it underneath a bathroom sink spigot, but if you have the flexibility and a kitchen handheld spigot, that can also work.

If you really enjoyed her Tantabosom breasts, you may also need to clean off her chest or other parts of her body. If there’s lube or cum on it, clean it off.

I highly, highly recommend taking the doll into the shower with a handheld showerhead if possible. During this Tantaly Hannah review, we took the doll to a hotel that only had a stand-up shower and a super-small sink ledge for cleaning, and it was definitely an adventure.

Clean-up is definitely one of the big downsides of a large sex doll like this, but the Hannah is not any harder or easier to clean than any other doll as long as you can get its large size resting on some sort of flat surface.
