Once you’re ready, let’s jump into my ppunson Jax male sex doll review. Let’s talk about its size, how realistic it is, how it feels, and of course, whether it’s worth the money.
How Lifesize Is It?
The ppunson Jax male sex doll is a torso-style sex doll. The doll cuts off mid-neck and right before the tops of the “knees”. This gives it a decent bit of length and size.
If you’re used to slender, small-framed partners, this is relatively close to lifesize. My submissive partner is 6-foot tall and 140 pounds, and the Jax male sex doll looks somewhat smaller than his frame.
When sat side-by-side, you can tell that the Jax doll is somewhat smaller in frame than my partner. My partner’s clothing makes him look a bit larger than he is, but my partner, while seated, definitely looks larger than the male sex doll.

If you want to use a sex doll, it turns out you actually have to be able to move it around and position it to get it where you want it.
That can get a little tricky with the Jax male sex doll‘s 35 pound weight. There definitely are heavier sex dolls out there, but it doesn’t change the fact that this sex doll still has some heft to it. Partner that with its 26″ total height and squishy, TPE material, and you need up with an object that’s a bit hard to maneuver.
The manufacturer, ppunson, did everything possible to help make that easier. The doll has a slim, 18.5″ waistline that almost looks a bit unnatural on this ultra-chiseled frame. That waistline is a great gripping point, though, and my hands can easily get around that spot to pick up and transport the doll. It feels like gripping a heavy, upright cylinder (like a keg with a tiny waist) to move the doll around.
Even better, that narrow spot on the sex doll’s waist is also one of the easiest ways to make contact with the internal “spine”. The ppunson Jax male sex doll has a firm “spine” inside. This “spine” gives the doll some structure, ensuring it doesn’t flop around all willy-nilly when you pick it up. Without the spine, all of the TPE material would simply splay itself around where your hands were holding it, turning into sex doll Jello.
Instead, while the doll’s external TPE material is very soft and plushy to the touch, the doll itself still holds its own form, staying in a straight line as you pick it up and move it around. The doll has the “spine” down the back of its torso with two “bones” that extend through the two thighs.
Those two “bones” give the Jax male sex doll some bendability. Let’s talk about that.

I’m going to be honest; I didn’t realize that this doll was bendable until I was already half-way through my ppunson Jax male sex doll review testing phase. At no point had I really desired the thighs to bend to a 90-degree angle.
But after double-checking the penis length on the manufacturer’s website, I “discovered” that the sex doll actually had bendable joints too! These bendable joints are at the hip joints, allowing the Jax sex doll’s thighs to bend into a sitting position. When bent, this allows the sex doll to sit upright as long as it’s leaned against a sturdy wall or chair. The sex doll does not sit up on its own. It’s top-heavy, and it will topple backwards if you try to sit it in the middle of your living room.
When you bend the sex doll’s thighs and sit the doll upright, the Jax male sex doll gets some serious hip action going on. It makes the manufacturer’s choice of that narrow waist (great for carrying the doll around!) even more apparent.
The doll’s shaft also becomes the main point of anything you can see with a length that touches the sex doll’s nipples when the doll is sitting upright and the flesh of the thighs shoves the entire shaft upright.
We honestly didn’t find a lot of use for the ppunson Jax male sex doll in this seated, upright position. We found that the sex doll hit the p-spot and g-spot better when laid flat and in a cowgirl position. When in this upright position, it changes the angle of the dildo, and it does make it a bit more difficult to ride.
Our favorite position for when it was seated upright, like this, though, was a seated position where the rider faces away from the sex doll. This lets you “back that ass up” onto the dildo, and each thrust shoved the sex doll securely into the wall behind you.
To add extra security while the male sex doll is in this position, I’d recommend stabilizing the doll on its sides too. Once you start moving it (like thrusting on it), it has a tendency to slide against the wall.
To do that, sit the Jax sex doll somewhere where the back is resting on a wall while one of the shoulders rests on another supporting object. This can look like one of the 90-degree corners of a room, on the floor against the couch chaise, or anywhere you have a large piece of furniture positioned next to a wall. Let the doll’s back touch the wall and the doll’s side touch the furniture. This helps prevent the doll from tipping over sideways while riding it.
Out of all of our trials in this ppunson Jax male sex doll review, we only had the doll slide down once when we used additional support on its sides.
Let’s Talk Pleasure: the Anal Entrance
There are two ways to use the ppunson Jax male sex doll. You can ride the dildo jutting out from the front of the pelvis, or you can slide your own shaft inside the anal tunnel that’s around back. Both options offer delicious pleasure potential.
I’m particularly fond of watching my submissive use the anal entrance. The channel is relatively short (at slightly over 5″ in penetratable length), but the visual of his shaft sliding between the two butt cheeks is absolutely A+. The one thing he can’t do is place his hands on the doll’s shoulders to support his upper body weight. This is, oddly, due to the sex doll’s penis. The penis is so firm and rigid when resting on a firm surface that it never allows the front of the sex doll to lay flat. It’s a bit of a see-saw with the penis as the middle tipping point. This makes the sex doll’s shoulders too unstable to rest your upper body on while enjoying the anal entrance if you’re on a hard surface. This is less of an issue on the softness of a bed or if you place the sex doll on top of a pillow before you begin.
For our preferred use on countertops or tables, though, his hands need to rest on the surface next to the sex doll to reduce instability.
As long as you find a sturdy and comfortable position, you can really “go to town” on the ppunson Jax sex doll without concern. It’s durable enough to take it, and internally textured enough to make it very pleasurable.
Okay, but That Cock Looks Huge!
Doesn’t it!? We had the same thought. When you look at the male sex doll from most angles, that dildo juts out really far, and it very much looks like this sex doll has a good foot-long penis.
Oddly enough, it’s shorter than it appears. It’s a magical optical illusion brought on by the fact that the sex doll’s torso and waist are much smaller than the average person’s.
The dildo only measures 8.5″ from tip to base. Granted, that’s definitely much longer than life-size, but it’s not nearly as long as it looks like it should measure when you’re looking at the sex doll.
It’s about on par with the length of a standard 16oz water bottle when the sex doll is sitting upright.

The dildo is made from a dual-density material, but I will say that I’ve felt much more “realistic” dildos from the Vixen Creations VixSkin line. The dildo attached to the ppunson Jax feels very, very firm. It feels similar to a biological erection at its maximum hardness (like after using a penis pump). It’s very, very rigid with very little plushiness to it. Wrapping your hand around the shaft doesn’t give you any squeezable softness; it feels like a firm rod in your hand.
The entire length of the shaft is one long rigid length. It does not offer any bendability mid-dildo. The base of the dildo, however, has quite a bit of flexibility, allowing you to pull the dildo past a nice 90-degrees from the sex doll, jutting it out far away from the body to make it work with your desired sex positions.
While we’re talking about this sex doll’s shaft, it’s worth noting that the balls are a unique experience. The manufacturer used dual density within the testicles as well. The “sack” for the balls offer a super soft, squishy material. Within those sacks, however, you can find the balls themselves which are much firmer. I was not expecting this attention to detail within the scrotum, and if you have a thing for squeezing balls, these were surprisingly satisfying (and lifelike) to squeeze. While the shaft is too firm to feel “real”, the testicles are surprisingly close.
Let’s Talk Pleasure: the Penis!
So, we’ve covered that the shaft is 8.5″ in total length. And honestly, that’s either just-fine or too much, depending on the sex position.
When the Jax is laying flat on a surface and you’re riding it, cowgirl-style, that 8.5″ is a lot. It’s hard to get comfortably all the way down on the shaft without poking the cervix or other internal parts that don’t feel great. My partner, for anal use, also had the same issue. That 8.5″ length makes it pretty difficult to sit fully onto the sex doll for you-on-top positions.
That isn’t necessarily the end of the world, but it does make it hard to use the Jax sex doll with any additional sex toys (for my clitoral pleasure) without a bit of modification. I can’t add a grinder cock ring at the base of the shaft to press against. Any other vibrating cock rings will need to be placed at a shaft mid-point. I can’t rope in or harness-in another sex toy (like a wand massager) on the sex doll’s torso to press against because it’s uncomfortable to get that far down the shaft.
This has definitely limited some of our play potential for receiver-on-top positions which is a bit of a shame. My real-life, human partners complain of vibrating discomfort if I tie a powerful wand massager on top of their stomach. That isn’t the case with a sex doll that has no stomach-full-of-food to complain about.
For other sex positions, though, this longer penis seems to be a bit of a benefit.
If you prop the ppunson Jax up against a wall in a seated position, that longer shaft lets you “back up onto it” really nicely without losing the possibility of deep penetration. If you press the Jax sex doll’s back up against a firm surface and “spoon” it, while it penetrates you from behind, you, again, can enjoy some deep penetration without losing a lot of inches to the logistics of the position.
The shaft itself feels very firm. It doesn’t have any curve to it; it won’t be curling up into your g-spot or p-spot unless you position your body and hips to help it make it there. The dildo doesn’t bend or flex while riding it; it’s straight up, and it’s going straight for very deep penetration.
The dildo’s TPE material does tend to absorb lubricant relatively quickly. This is a shaft that I slather in lube – and then slather in lube multiple times as I use it. A condom seems to reduce some of the absorption, but that may or may not be the realism that you’re looking to achieve with your sex doll.
Just like when you use it anally, the ppunson Jax sex doll has a lot of stability and heft to it, and you can really “ride” without hurting the doll. Be careful with your nails (if you have any), but you’re otherwise free to grab, slam onto, and shove the doll however you’d like. You can get really rough while riding the doll as long as you, yourself, aren’t bottoming out on its long length. The doll is sturdy enough to easily support weight, and I can easily lean forward, placing my hands on its chest, to support myself when on top of it.
As long as you weren’t expecting to go to the hilt in receiver-on-top position, most sex positions you can imagine are open. If you do want to go to the hilt while on top, make sure you’re comfortable with an 8.5″ length before diving into Jax.
…and That Price!
Let me be honest; the price for this sex doll is out of this world. For what you’re receiving, in your hands, the price tag is ridiculously low. It literally feels like stealing.
This is a genuinely good sex doll. It has bendable legs, a reinforced spine for easier handling, lots of skin texturing and detail, and a surprisingly close-to-realistic size.
It does this at a price tag that’s about half of its competitors.
I will say that this lower price tag may come with some concerns down the line, but TPE material, honestly, has a limited lifespan to it in the first place. There isn’t a TPE sex toy out there that you can keep for decades in immaculate condition.
For this sex doll, specifically, though, the “skin” on the bottom of the thighs is a bit thin, and we’re already starting to see some divots in the bottom of the thighs from where the doll’s skeleton places pressure on the TPE material when the doll is upright.
You can help reduce this pressure point by storing the doll lying down, away from anything that can place pressure on top of it. The shipping box (with its included foam trays that perfectly match the doll’s size) is a good shortcut for managing this.
