Simple, yet effective, the Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight works exactly how it’s advertised. As an “L” shaped connector, the Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight has two ends. One open end is a hole that’s large enough to slide the base of a Fleshlight into while the other open end is perfectly crafted to sit snugly on top of the head of a standard-sized wand massager. (It’s worth noting that this is an off-brand wand adapter, and it wasn’t crafted in-house by Fleshlight.)
The Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight has no smell – including when it’s initially taken out of the box. It’s just a non-assuming tool that lets you turn your regular Fleshlight into a vibrating Fleshlight. Think of it as a simple way to improve your Fleshlight.
The Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight comes in a thin cardboard box. Inside the box, the adapter itself is wrapped in a sealed plastic bag. You have to destroy the bag to get the adapter out. You certainly can keep the adapter in its original box, but as it isn’t particularly sexual-looking or high maintenance, we just throw it into a drawer. Be aware that the Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight is made of a somewhat-tacky material that does tend to attract hair and line, though. So I wouldn’t store it next to the hairbrush.
Compatibility is important as well. The Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight only works for the basic Fleshlight models – the ones with the largest cases. It doesn’t work for any off-brand male masturbation sleeves unless they happen to share the exact measurements of a full-size Fleshlight toy. The Hitachi Fleshlight Adapter also has to be compatible with the wand massager vibrator you choose as well. In this instance, the Vibrating Wand Adapter will attach to most standard, full-size wand massagers – including the Hitachi Magic Wand. It won’t attach to small or “travel-sized” wand massagers without being much too loose. (Though, if you are laying the toy down on a surface, you certainly can insert a wand massager that’s too small, and it’ll still vibrate the Fleshlight – just not as powerfully). The Hitachi Massager head is 2.25″ in diameter – just so you can compare it to the wand massager head you might have.
When putting the three pieces “together”, I highly recommend using a bit of lube inside of the Fleshlight Adapter before sliding the other toys in. That little bit of lube makes it so much easier to remove the toy from the adapter when you’re done. Otherwise, the adapter is a noticeably tight fit, and it can take a lot of wiggling – which gets especially, especially hard to do with sweaty hands or after sex – to get the toys out after you’re done with them.
When it comes to the vibrations, a surprising amount of them end up within the Fleshlight. You don’t quite get the full power of the wand massager, but I’d say you get at least 50% of it – which, for an already-orgasmic sex toy like the Fleshlight – only really adds bonus pleasure the experience you planned on enjoying. The vibrations alone may not have been enough to get a penis-owner off while using the Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight, but once your Fleshlight is turned into a vibrating Fleshlight, it’s basically just icing on top of the cake.
I still have one of the Fleshlight Vibros from back when Fleshlight used to make a vibrating version. Their vibrating version relied upon a bunch of bullet vibrators – with their own controls – being slipped into holes in the Fleshlight sleeve before you put it into the case for use. As you can imagine, that was cumbersome and annoying on its own. Compared to the vibrations of the Fleshlight Vibro, the vibrations that using the Vibrating Wand Adapter can add are out of this world. Easily four to five times stronger than the original Fleshlight Vibro – which is definitely a bonus if you like a vibrating Fleshlight and think it’ll be orgasmic for you.
The biggest thing to know is that this does make your sex toy use surprisingly bulky. I mean, it isn’t much of a “surprise” if you think about having a giant wand massager attached to a giant Fleshlight, but in reality, it’s a lot larger than you’d imagine. There’s no way to use this one-handed, and using it two-handed is actually pretty precarious as well. I’d honestly recommend using the Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight while it’s laid down on a surface – like on the couch or on the bed. You might need to place something heavy on top of the large, L-shaped toy now that it’s become this bulky beast, but as long as you’re not trying to hold it up, using the Fleshlight, in terms of “effort level required” feels about the same for hands-free humping use whether you’re using the Vibrating Wand Adapter or not. Letting the bulk of the wand and adapter rest on a supportive surface means no extra effort – but you still get to enjoy the added vibrations.

Since the end of the Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight is a closed-end design, it does change how the “screw-off suction adjustment” works on the Fleshlight itself. And once the Fleshlight is inserted into the adapter, it’s a bit of a pain to wiggle it back out, so you’ll want to set the suction level via the end cap to the ideal spot before slipping it into the Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight. Just be prepared for the suction level to feel a bit different than it does when you’re using it alone.
If you do use a bit of lube to make it easier to slide the toys in and out of the adapter, you’ll want to give it a clean with warm water and anti-bacterial soap. Especially if you choose to leave the cap off your Fleshlight (and might get bodily fluids into the adapter), a thorough cleaning is required after use. Luckily, the Vibrating Wand Adapter is pretty darn large with large hole openings – and rinses out really easily. The toughest part is just getting the toys out of the adapter in the first place after you’re done playing – hence why I recommend the lube.
Overall, the Vibrating Wand Adapter for Fleshlight really lets you use your Fleshlight with the added enjoyment of vibrations from a sex toy you might have laying around anyway. It does require a bit of forethought to think of a good set-up where you can rest the Fleshlight, Vibrating Fleshlight Adapter, and Wand Massager down somewhere for hands-free use, but once you find that solution, you can enjoy extremely powerful vibrations on top of the sensation of the Fleshlight you already know and love.
