This list of football femdom scenes is written by a femdom, for femdoms. I assume you don’t know crap-all about American football, and I assume you don’t really care to learn a ton about it either. All of the suggestions on this list use easily identifiable aspects of the game without requiring you to know most of the jargon.

And of course, all of the suggestions focus on things you, the femdom, might find fun!

Why Do Football Femdom Scenes?

Most femdom relationships are between a dominant woman and a submissive man. Most men (though not all!) enjoy sports – and there’s an especially strong cult following around football.

For me, a lifestyle femdom, football femdom scenes have been a really easy way for me to be sorta involved in my submissive’s hobby while somehow making it actually fun for me. (Not the football part. That’s still kinda boring. But watching the games can actually end up being a lot more entertaining.)

Before Setting Up Football Femdom Scenes

Before you craft any of these elaborate football femdom scenes, talk with your submissive.

If your submissive is very serious about football, he might find this to be annoying, frustrating, and distracting from what he’s actually trying to enjoy. I know society generally assumes that all men are these constantly-horny man-sluts ready to have sex at a moment’s notice, but that’s generally not true. There are definitely things that your submissive may prefer to do without sexual overtones.

Football may be one of them.

Have a conversation with your submissive about their interest in football and what they’re open to doing during football. They may be fine with scenes and teasing involving their fantasy league – but staying home from a Sunday guys’-day-out to play during a live game is a no-go. They may be totally fine watching all of the games with you at home, but fucking around during their home team games (or the Superbowl) may be completely off-limits.

We’re here to make their hobby more fun for us, but nothing is all that fun when your submissive is pissy and annoyed at you.

Some femdom football scenes questions I’d consider asking:

• What aspects of football are important to you?
• Are there specific games, teams, or times where you don’t want kink to happen?
• Can you tell me ahead of time if any particular game has any specific meaning to you? This includes whether your fantasy league is riding on a win or whether it’s a team you care about.
• Are you okay with missing some parts of the game? What are those times, and how can I identify them?
• Are you okay being distracted during some parts of the game?
• (If the answer is “no” to either of those): Do you have a way to watch replays of the game if we get caught up in something?
• Are you open to turning off the game mid-game if you’re turned on and want to do some focused sexual activity?

For example, if we’re watching one of the games in the finals of his fantasy football league, and the outcome of the game will change whether he wins his league or not, I know that he’s not in the right headspace for femdom play. For less-impactful games (like the rest of the season), it’s not a problem (for us!) if I mess around with him while he’s watching.

Now that you have a good idea of what your submissive is open to, let’s talk about some football femdom scenes to bring to life:

Bet the Orgasm

This one is simple, but as a femdom, it makes it easy to actually care about one of the teams winning (since I usually do not care at all).

You just determine whether he gets an orgasm or not based on whether a specific team wins. You can let him choose (if you want him to feel like he has a say in something), or you can choose for yourself.

This can be particularly sadistic if you know that your submissive has a favorite time and you bet against that team. Now, they can either cheer for their favorite…or cheer against them. How much is their orgasm worth to them? ;)

Tie an Activity to Each Touchdown

Touchdowns are the grand event of football; each one is worth a ton of points, and the entire game is played for the hopes of getting as many of these touchdowns as possible. It isn’t like other sports, where points are constantly being achieved.

According to NBC News, the average number of touchdowns per full game is about 4 and a half.

A touchdown happens when one of the sportsmen runs the ball into one end of the field. They usually get to do a little dance when this happens. (They used to be punished when they did little dances, but now they’re allowed to do them. No, I’m not joking.)

This means that you’ll want any activity tied to a touchdown to be larger and something you don’t want to happen constantly.

Some ideas for activities you may want to tie to each touchdown:

• Providing you with some sort of service until the next touchdown happens (cocktail service, oral sex, hand stimulation)
• Jerking off (or following your jerk off instructions) until the next touchdown happens. This can be especially fun for “forcing” them to look at OnlyFans nude shots or other curated porn they’re forced to pull away from once they’ve met their allotted time.

Each time the ball is kicked, you’ll require them to do whatever you had in mind. Some ideas I like:

Football Femdom Scenes: No Furniture Allowed

This isn’t really a full football femdom scene, but it’s a really fun way to reinforce the power imbalance. Even though they’re being allowed the time to watch their football game, prohibiting them from using the furniture is a quick reminder that this is a privilege – and not a right.

Sure, they’re free to watch the football game, but they’re not allowed to sit on any furniture while they do it.

You, of course, should take advantage of all of that extra couch space. ;)

Stroke Them to a Player’s Involvement

What if, every time they hear their favorite football player’s name, they get a twinge of arousal?

If gooning training appeals to you, with a bit of effort, you can make that happen.

Simply get him (or her!) into a position where you can easily stroke/finger them. Every time that player is involved in the game, stroke them. If that player is sidelined or not in the game, don’t stroke them.

This is easiest with a Quarterback (the guy that throws the ball). They tend to be talked about and focused most on the field. If you use the QB, every time they line up to throw the ball, you’d pleasure your submissive. Once the ball leaves the QB’s hands, you simply stop stroking.

Bet on Odds and Evens

Force Them to REALLY Pay Attention

This one is really fun because it kinda punishes them for being so interested in football while simultaneously forcing them to pay attention to their football. No bullshit lounging here. However, your submissive will really be paying attention to the game, so make sure that’s actually what you want when you ask for it.

If so, simply choose a football statistic, and tell them that you want to know that statistic when the game is over. You want them to literally keep track.

You can choose a specific player or a specific team. You can choose any aspect of the game – like how many penalties are called or how many turnovers there are. (If you’re not particularly familiar with the game, peeping the official stats pages ahead of time will give you a good idea of what you can task your submissive to keep track of.)

When the game is over, compare whatever you tasked them to keep track of with the official count for the game. NFL football is a huge statistical game, and there are statistics for more than anything you’d ever care about.

If you’re nice or chose a particularly convoluted stat, consider allowing them some variance for error.

Take their phone for the game. They certainly shouldn’t be cheating.

You can reward or punish them if they get it right/wrong. Or you can do it just because you said so for a fun mindfuck when absolutely nothing happens to them despite the effort they put in. ;)

Football Femdom Scenes: Watch the Game in a New Locale

Do you like nice hotels? I do. Once or twice a year, we’ll find a cute hotel with a gigantic in-room TV for a Sunday stay. We’ll lounge on the bed as we watch the game, having some drinks in the room with the game, while we’re cuddled up.

He’s then expected to take me out to dinner after the game.

If you have the funds for it, this can be a nice way to turn something you’re kinda “meh” about into a treat for both of you. Maybe it’s not all that kinky, but it makes watching football much more of a pleasant experience when we’re in a comfy place with some new sights and sounds to look forward to when we’re done.

Use the Numbers

NBC News has another good reference for us. The average NFL team score is around 22 or 23 points per game.

This is a pretty solid number. It’s not too high. It’s not too low.

Use that number for any activity you have in mind. Whatever that final team’s score is just happens to be what your submissive will experience. I’m thinking things like:

• Foot massages they have to provide before you’ll consider rewarding them with something
• Days without an orgasm (stereotypical, I know)
• Number of spanking hits
• Number of caning hits (this one can get intense really quickly!)
• Minutes spent doing a given activity (cleaning your closet, giving you oral sex, etc.)

You can also use this in combination with other football femdom scenes on this list. For example, if the team’s score ends in an odd number, they’ll be forced to undergo that many (of whatever you had planned) of that score. If the team’s score ends in an even number, nothing happens.

Public Play and Football Femdom Scenes
