The Non-Piercing Belly Button ring from Nipple Charms is a belly button ring that fits into the belly button with non-toxic body glue. The Non-piercing belly button ring is made from surgical steel, includes a genuine Swarovski crystal, and also includes a tube of non-toxic body glue for using it.
We’ve always wanted to try belly button rings, but as I’m sure you know, getting a piercing and actually wanting to try something are two different things. Getting a piercing requires taking care of it, always keeping something in the piercing, and possibly having healing infections like we know some of our friends have in which it left a scar. For those reasons, we’ve both decided that it’d be best not to have any sort of belly button piercing, but that doesn’t mean we don’t still really enjoy the look of them.
For that reason, that’s why I’m glad that things like the Non-Piercing Belly Button Crystals from Nipple Charms exist. With a bit of body glue, this piece of jewelry stays in the belly button and allows for non-piercing belly button jewelry which is really neat.
It doesn’t look quite as “normal” as most other belly button piercings I’m used to. This is because, instead of actually “going through” the skin like most belly button piercings do, it actually has to just sit in the belly button. So it looks more like a big circle versus just having a little stud. However, for those not really paying that much attention, this non-piercing belly button jewelry will look just as normal as most types of belly button jewelry. It looks particularly hot with a set of good lingerie.
This non-piercing belly button jewelry has a cute design. It includes a large, diamond-like gem in the center belly button portion. This is a genuine Swarovski crystal as well. From this main portion (which gets inserted into the belly button), there are a couple of dangling chains that help make the belly button jewelry look even more realistic. Mine include other little crystals inside these dangly portions for an even cuter look.
It holds up to everyday movement and walking around, but it won’t likely hold up to a workout – even if that “workout” happens to be sexual in nature. If you’re wearing it for a long period of time (like a play party), you may need to pull it out, rinse your belly button, and reapply the glue.
This non-piercing belly button ring works very easily. You basically use the included non-toxic glue to attach the temporary belly-button jewelry to your belly button. This is extremely easy to do – though it can be a bit of a pain to wash off after you’re done wearing the belly button jewelry. The glue seems to work relatively well, and as long as nothing is tugging or pulling out the jewelry, the non-piercing jewelry stays pretty well in the belly button.
Overall, if you want non-piercing belly button jewelry, the Nipple Charms jewelry works really well. It doesn’t look quite as “real” as pierced belly button jewelry, but it does come pretty close, and with no pain or long-term requirements involved, I find it a better option.
