Fleshlight FleshSack Review

A creative take on the standard Fleshlight experience, Fleshlight took the fun of their flagship line of penis strokers – and added a pair of swinging balls. Made from the same proprietary Fleshskin material that Fleshlight uses on its full-sized line of products, these swinging balls add a whole new visual – and physical – experience. That’s part of why I was excited to do this Fleshlight Fleshsack review!

Slightly longer than a standard full-sized Fleshlight (all entirely due to the extra-tall cap), the Fleshlight Fleshsack stands at 11″ in total height. It offers a length of 8.5″ for insertion. The Fleshlight Fleshsack uses the butt and balls orifice with a FleshSack textured sleeve. Instructions for use (and care) come with the Fleshlight as well.

So let’s dig into my Fleshlight Fleshsack review:

How Does a Fleshlight Fleshsack Vary from Other Fleshlights?

The balls. That’s, honestly, pretty much it. The Fleshlight Fleshsack features two, large dangling balls that you just aren’t going to find on any other Fleshlight penis stroker. To make sure that these balls can be protected during storage, the Fleshlight Fleshsack offers an extra-tall lid.

The only other difference is the placement of the hole. Since the Fleshlight Fleshsack has to make space for the two, tangling balls that hang off of its surface, the Fleshsack’s penetration hole is slightly off-set from the center. That isn’t the case with any other Fleshlight out there. (We didn’t see any difference in use from this offset hole placement).

It’s worth noting that the Fleshlight Fleshsack is a full-sized, “original” type of Fleshlight in size – which is the largest version they make. If you want to compare the various Fleshlight sizes, I’d recommend reading my Should I Buy a Fleshlight? article.

As I'm unable to slice open my Fleshsack in half, this photo of the packaging showcases the internal texture inside of the Fleshsack. The texture has a lot of ridges on one side with a ton of spherical nodules on the opposing side.

Do the Fleshlight Fleshsack Balls Add Sensation?

Heck yes!

If you’re someone who loves the feeling of testicles swinging back at you while thrusting, the FleshSack Fleshlight is about to be a serious treat. With the design of the external swinging balls, the FleshSack feels like you’re hitting it from behind. That is, the receiving partner is bent over with their legs spread, and you’re pounding into them in doggy style. As you do, you’re going roughly enough to move their body forward – and backwards – which causes their balls to do the same.

That feels exactly like what the FleshSack was trying to replicate.

I tried to capture the swinging testicle motion on my GIF, but essentially, the skin that attaches the balls to the testicles is relatively thin. This thin skin allows the balls to easily wiggle back and forth. At the same time, the testicles themselves are relatively heavy. (They aren’t actually “heavy”, but they’re a big bulk of proprietary Fleshlight material where there is no other thick, ball-like objects, so they weight the toy to one side.)

This thin skin partnered with the heavier balls allows the balls to swing, pretty naturally, while using the Fleshlight.

If you squeeze the testicles, you won’t find any solid/firm parts within the testicles. It’s just all one soft, squishy, testicle-looking area made from a single type of material. There is no dual-density, and there is no internal “testes” to move around inside of the testicular sack itself.

That being said, they’re still fun to squeeze. It kinda feels like a stress ball.

All of these things come together for swinging testicles that feel just about like the real thing. They swing as a team from that thinner piece of skin, and they swing with a bit of heft. They don’t flop around willy-nilly, and since they have enough weight, they can get a good, pendulous rhythm going if you’re going at a steady pace during use.

The position you choose to use the Fleshlight FleshSack in will make a large difference in your outcome. A position where your testicles are hanging free (like standing) while you’re really pounding the Fleshlight makes the biggest sensational impact.

If you’re just seated with your undies right beneath the shaft, the FleshSack feels about the same as any other Fleshlight.

If you happen to stand up or kneel, though, and use your two hands to hold the Fleshlight as you “pound” into it, you get all of the sensational feelings of balls slapping against balls. Make sure to start slow and ease into it to figure out where your pleasure spot is – and avoid going too hard and hurting yourself.

(And yes, you can definitely “ball tap” yourself with these balls if you get a bit too explosive. I will admit bursting into giggles the few times my partner has done this.)

Essentially, the swinging testicles on this Fleshlight make my partner orgasm even faster than usual because of the extra sensations – and it really is a hot visual too. I’m totally here for the balls-on-balls visuals.

(Protip: If you’re on a budget and can’t afford a second Fleshlight, you can use the Fleshsack upside down [with the balls closer to the ceiling than your own balls] when you’re not feeling the sensation of slapping balls. It isn’t seamless, but it moves the swinging balls out of the picture for when that isn’t something you’re feeling.)

Fleshlight Fleshsack Review: How Does This Fleshlight Feel?

Honestly, for the most part, asking “whether a Fleshlight is worth it” and “how a Fleshlight feels” seem like afterthoughts. Everybody knows that Fleshlight makes amazing products. Every single Fleshlight we’ve brought into this house (excluding the Fleshlight Original) have been absolute home runs, and every penis stroker company out there is just trying to ensure their toys can feel nearly as pleasurable as Fleshlight products are.

Fleshlights are known for being the “gold standard” in penis strokers, and that hasn’t changed with the Fleshlight Fleshsack.

First, you’ll notice a very tight squeeze as you slide into the Fleshlight. Probably to replicate the tight ring of anal muscle that exists, the first inch-ish of the Fleshlight is a very tight squeeze.

From there, you get to enjoy the rest of the Fleshlight Fleshsack anal texture. It features nubbed walls with various degrees of tightness and angle changes to keep the sensations constantly coming.

If you mix the Fleshlight Fleshsack’s “butt and balls orifice” with various angles of penetration, you can really get some neat and different sensations. Holding the Fleshlight slightly at an angle lets the tip of the penis really “rub” up against various spots inside of the Fleshlight, and it will quickly lead you to orgasm.

So as always, the Fleshlight Fleshsack’s internal sleeve is extremely orgasmic, and I expected no-less from a Fleshlight product.

Where Do the Balls Go?

Ahhh, the eternal question. In this case, “where do my balls go?” is probably a bit more relevant than most. How the heck do you store this thing?!

And that is: the balls on the Fleshlight Fleshsack just tuck into the lid when the lid is on top of the Fleshlight. It’s hard to photograph (because the lid is, obviously, on), but the balls fold up to press against the flat surface of the butthole and then the lid is put on top.

When you reopen the Fleshlight Fleshsack, the balls pop out from the top and flop into their standard position.

It’s worth noting that I’m seeing some creasing on the connective ball “skin” on the Fleshlight from storing it within the Fleshlight casing for a few weeks. Luckily for us, testicles happen to be pretty creased and skin-foldy in the first place, so some of that creasing looks like skin folds. However, I’m wondering what long-term storage in the Fleshlight FleshSack case will do to the visual appeal of the skin of the connective tissue.

For that reason, I’d say that this is probably a Fleshlight that you’ll want to plan to use regularly when you pick it up. If you don’t use it often, you might consider opening the lid and letting the balls “hang out” without the lid once in a while. This might help alleviate some of the creasing.

I don’t think the creasing will affect the usage of the FleshSack at all. It seems to have zero functionality concerns. But it will change up the look of the FleshSack a little bit. The creasing only seems to happen on the connective “skin” – the balls themselves look immaculate.

Summary

Expecting nothing less, the Fleshlight Fleshsack provides the same ultra-pleasurable sensations you know and love from Fleshlight – but it adds a whole new type of stimulation with the swinging balls that hang down from the stroker. Almost like a dildo with swinging balls – but for a penis stroker instead!

I’m not going to lie: at first glance, the Fleshsack does look a bit silly. It’s definitely an odd sight to see testicles hanging off the edge of a standard Fleshlight. But if you love the feeling of balls slapping against your body, there’s pretty much no other stroker out there that’s going to give you the same pleasure as the Fleshsack.

Fleshlight has managed to make a fantastic penis stroker that somehow encapsulates the fun (and sensations) of a pair of swinging balls without sacrificing an inch on the usual extremely orgasmic Fleshlight experience. Thanks to MEO.de for providing this penis stroker for my Fleshlight Fleshsack review.
