The Natural Contour Oscillating Rechargeable Personal Massager is a wand massager made by Natural Contours and sold by FunWares. The massager is made from ABS plastic, and it is about eight inches long with a head diameter of a little over two inches. It is not to be taken anywhere near water, and at the highest setting, it has 6,500 VPM. This massager is rechargeable and puts out some very strong vibrations!
This wand massager comes in a pretty darn fancy box. This box was definitely meant for storage as well. The box for this Natural Contours Massager is a hard plastic tray that is covered up by the see-through box portion. Inside of the tray is a black portion where the massager and the charger sit. An instruction pamplet is included that tells you about the product, and the packaging tells you quite a bit about the product as well.
This wand massager is a rechargeable wand massager. Yes, it’s a rechargeable one – not a plug-in one. This means that the wand massager must be charged, but after that, it can be unplugged for use. Before the first use, this wand massager MUST be charged for ten straight hours. If you have a plan in mind, make sure you include this small fact. The massager fits easily into the charging port, and after the first charge, it will take about five hours of charging for an hour’s worth of use. This would normally be a very poor performance for the charge, but this massager is downright STRONG, and I understand why it will only last an hour’s worth of use.
The vibrations of this massager divided into Low and High. These are NOT soft vibrations at all! They are amazingly, amazingly strong, and the vibrations feel even rumbly than the Hitachi – which I didn’t know was possible. I can only use the Low setting as the High setting is just almost too much strength for me. It’s very, very strong, and if you need strong, rumbly vibrations, the Natural Contours Wand Massager delivers.
The sound is the big downside though. This does sound like a small kitchen appliance is in bed with you. It gets much quieter when firm pressure is applied to whatever area you’re applying it to, but it still is loud. It almost sounds like a blender in noise, so this can definitely be heard through a closed door on both settings, and I wouldn’t recommend picking this vibrator up if you want to use it while there are other people in the house.
The Natural Contours Wand Massager has an interesting design to it. Instead of being a straight wand massager like most massagers, the handle to this one actually curves. There’s the straight portion, then that portion curves towards the back of the massager, and then another one sticks out towards the side. This gives you a bunch of places to grip onto the massager. Along witht his, the body of the massager and the head of the massager are both made from plastic. On the front side of the massager is an Off/High/Low switch that easily flicks from one side to the other when you push it, but it does not switch easily unless you purposely push it. This means that I’ve never had any issues with it accidentally changing during use.
The odd design of the vibrator is something that I still haven’t gotten used to yet. It definitely has a little bit of a learning curve attached to it at the same time. However, I did find a nice, neat way to use it. I don’t grip onto the end handle of the vibrator. Instead, I grip onto the portion that says “Natural Contours” on the side. This allows me to have a firm grip, easily apply pressure, and my hand easily rests against the oddly-pointed one to keep the massager comfortably in my grip. The oddly-pointed tail end of the massager works best if you want to use the massager on your back. With massagers like the Hitachi, that can be hard to do, but with this, the tail end makes it very easy to reach to hard-to-reach places on your own back for a massage.
The neat thing about this wand massager is the non-sex possibilities. The boyfriend absolutely loves using this on his back as the handle makes it easy to reach those “hard to reach” places. The intense, rumbly vibrations really does seem to loosen up the muscles, and it takes away any soreness I have after a work-out. Even if you don’t choose to use it in the bedroom, it makes a great out-of-the-bedroom massager too.
Cleaning this wand massager does require some careful cleaning because of the charging port. Unlike other rechargeable sex toys, the charging port for the Natural Contours Personal Massager is not covered at all. In fact, it’s just a little black hole at the base of the handle. This means that water and lubricant will get into the sex toy VERY easily. For this reason, be very, very careful while using this wand massager as you wouldn’t want to wreck it. You can clean the head of the toy with warm water and antibacterial soap, and it’s compatible with all types of lubricants. For storage, it can easily be kept in the original packaging, but it also doesn’t pick up lint, so it can be kept where it is most comfortable for you.
Overall, I love the power of the Natural Contour Personal Massager. However, at the same time, I really dislike the noise that this one puts out. It’s definitely a powerhouse, and it has more rumbly vibrations than the Hitachi (I didn’t think it was possible!), but at the same time, it also puts out some insanely loud noise that may cover up your porn or distract you completely. If you need the power though, this one is definitely worth checking out. Thanks to FunWares for sending me this massage tool for my Natural Contours Oscillating Ideal Rechargeable Personal Massager. If you want to make your wand massager insertable, FunWares also sells the G-Plus Massager Attachment.
