The Bondage Love Swing is a sex swing sold by Sixty Nine Secrets. This swing’s selling point is that it allows you to restraint your partner while on the swing which is something no other swings do. The swing does come in a silver-like color that actually does sparkle and looks very pretty. The set includes a strong spring, an eyebolt, the swing itself, all of the cuffs, and a long hanging chain that can hold the weight of your swing. The swing can hold up to 200 pounds with the spring and up to 400 without the spring. This means that people with a variety of body types can actually comfortably use the swing with no problem.
The Bondage Love Swing comes in a pretty heavy box that would be suitable for storage if you wanted. The inner box is a plain, boring cardboard box while the other box is the pretty, decorated packaging you’ll see. The storage box would be the inner boring box, so it’s very discreet. Everything is packaged inside that box which makes it very easy to set up this swing within five minutes.
The Bondage Love Swing is extremely easy to put up. You just take the included eye bolt and screw it into the ceiling where this is a support beam in the ceiling. This eye bolt can not be removed after screwing it in, so take care with where you place it. From there, you just put the spring on the eyebolt, then the swing goes on the bottom of the spring. That’s it! It’s extremely simple and very easy to assemble. For people like me who can’t (or won’t) drill into their ceiling, I bought a sex swing stand, and it just hooks to the stand instead of hooking into the ceiling. Either way, it’s a five minute installation – very easy. Just make sure you find a support beam in the ceiling, or you could destroy your ceiling.
The swing itself supports weight really nicely. It seems to be more comfortable for people of lower body weight, but people of higher body weight can use it too. The padding on the straps helps more if you are of a lower weight. For me, it’s just not enough padding to be comfortable, so I wish the manufacturers would have included more padding with the swing. However, for those of regular body weight, this swing feels just fine. For those of plus-sized body weight, the swing is still usable though a little uncomfortable.
The boyfriend makes a note that the feet straps can be a little difficult to use. He says that the straps are basically just a strap with a circle of fabric attached to them. For this reason, the straps usually “close” when there isn’t an object in them. This can make it difficult to slide your foot in the hole and can make for some awkward manuevering at times.
The bondage portion of the swing actually works pretty well. The cuffs are little padded neoprene-like cuffs. There are two wrist cuffs and two ankle cuffs. There are attachment points next to each one of the wrist points (on the butt strap) and there are attachment points next to the feet straps as well. There’s also another attachment strap on the backside of the back strap (to restrain the wrists behind the back) and another attachment point on the metal bar to restraint the wrists up there. Each one of the cuffs isn’t not uber-strong, but it shouldn’t be – that could cause injury in case of an accident. Instead, each cuff is attached to the bondage point through a little easily-open clip that makes it really easy to undo the cuff. The cuffs can be unattached by the person wearing them, but at the same time, that allows for safety reasons in case you need to get out of the swing. The cuffs are comfortable and support weight pretty well too. The bondage points easily allow for you to clip your own cuffs to the bondage points as well which is nice if you don’t want the neoprene cuffs.
Really though, the Bondage Love Swing is basically the exact same thing as the Love Swing, but it’s silver/glittery and has the bondage points. Because the price difference is so little, I’d highly recommend picking up the Bondage Swing if you have any interest in bondage.
We own three separate sex swings. (Yes, I know, it’s overkill, but I like to compare things.) Out of our Pleasure Swing and Love Swing, this Bondage Swing more closely resembles the Love Swing (because it’s made from the same company.) It does have the prettiest white/silver coloring which causes us to leave this out as our primary swing most of the time. It isn’t quite as comfortable to sit in as the Pleasure Swing, but it still supports weight just fine. I find that it supports lighter weights more comfortably. It will comfortably hold my plus-size frame, but it’s a bit uncomfortable-feeling-wise. The tiny boyfriend says he has no problem with the comfort, so I think it has something to do with the straps on the swing itself. However, since this is the only bondage sex swing, I think I’d be able to put up with the slight discomfort if I wanted to try bondage.
Overall, if you want to add some bondage to your sex swing love, I’d recommend the Bondage Love Swing since it’s one of the only ones out there. It can be a bit awkward for use, and it’s not as comfortable for plus-size women, but it’s still easy to install and gets the job done while looking attractive and allowing for bondage. This adult toy store sells sex swings including the Bondage Love Swing.
