There’s something cool about the changes that happen to a person’s body during pregnancy. While it’s not a sexual turn-on for me, personally, it is for some others, and it’s super cool to see a pregnant sex doll that helps bring those limited-time fantasies to life. The Marissa is an 11-pound, lap-sized pregnant sex doll that showcases a torso from neck to upper thigh. The sex doll features two separate, internal, closed, penetratable tunnels. How Big is Marissa?
The MRLSexdoll Marissa really hits the nice sweet spot between “too small” and “too large”. We really love playing with sex dolls in the bedroom, but we absolutely hate the clean-up. Life-size dolls are heavy, hard to maneuver, and easy to accidentally “hurt” with an errant fingernail while trying to tote 70 pounds across the house.
On the other hand, a full-sized “woman” who is only 6 inches tall doesn’t really give us much of the realism. If you had a gigantism fetish, I could see it being hot AF, but without that kink, a 6″ tall “full-sized body” sex doll doesn’t really feel particularly realistic.
The Marissa sex doll is in a nice, happy medium. The doll is 14″ tall with a width of 10.5″. The doll is pretty much the exact footprint of our couch-side end tables, allowing us to use it virtually anywhere in the house without worrying about clearing a bed. It also makes the doll smaller than lap-sized in width and about the length of your forearm+hand (at least, at my height) in length. It’s really one of the perfect sizes for a sex doll.
The doll is 11 pounds. It’s not “light”, but it isn’t heavy, weighing only about 1/2 of what a 24-pack of water bottles weigh.
It’s light enough that you can take it around the house virtually anywhere without thinking twice about it. At the same time, the squishy material and 11 pound weight means that it’s heavy enough that you probably aren’t going to want to lift it up and down constantly on your lap to use it unless you’re going for a nice bicep workout that day.
That all being said, the size of the doll does limit the length and width of the insertable canals. If you’re much longer than 5″ or much wider than the average penis diameter of 1.5″, you probably will prefer a full-sized doll for the extra space within its insertable canals.

Handling the Pregnant Sex Doll
While the Marissa sex doll is only 11 pounds, it’s a very wiggly eleven pounds. This sex doll does not have any sort of spine or internal firm “core” to it, and it’ll melt around your hands if you aren’t careful how you pick it up.
This is really helpful for keeping the weight and cost down. It’s also pretty great for when you want the sex doll to be jiggly. The breasts squish around your fingers in the hottest of ways, and the butt and thighs offer this really nice jiggle when slapped.
At the same time, however, moving the Marissa becomes a two-handed job despite the lighter weight. If you don’t have a good handle on the doll, the wiggly material will easily slide out of your fingers, and the oddly-weighted toy will slide itself away from you.
It’s why playing with the Marissa sex doll is really best with the doll laying on a flat surface. It keeps the doll from moving and takes the wiggly material out of the equation while allowing you to enjoy all of the benefits.
MRLSexDoll Marissa Review: The Pleasure
I gotta say: MRLSexDoll pretty much nailed everything about a pregnant sex doll. I’d almost say they did things too well; this sex doll makes him almost cum within seconds of sliding inside.
For one, the internal chambers are very well-textured. He notes that a lot of sex dolls kinda “phone it in” internally. He notes that a lot of handheld strokers go really heavy on the texture, but something about the complexity of manufacturing of a sex doll usually means the company goes light on the inside.
MRLSexDoll did not.
The Marissa doll offers a very tight, very uniquely textured interior. I attempted to take photos, but you know how that goes. The manufacturer’s cross-section shot helps showcase that internal design better than I can.
The anal tunnel feels even tighter than the vaginal one, and the vaginal one is already tighter than any other sex doll we own. This is a doll you’re going to want to use lots of lube with, but it’ll reward you for your dedication in spades.
For another, the sex doll is super jiggly. With every thrust, all of the squishy parts of the doll bounce. This is ridiculously hot as you can watch the breasts and that large, round tummy wiggle around. Even the sex doll’s spread thighs will jiggle, giving some really erotic feedback for how intensely you choose to enjoy your doll.
Finally, if you’re someone who has a thing for plushier/fluffier labia, the Marissa sex doll has really squishy, plushy labia. The labia spread out around the shaft for a hot visual that goes beyond the usual “small inner and outer labia” design that most sex dolls go for. Instead, the Marissa doll has very large outer labia with no labia minora to speak of. It looks a lot like a vulva after having been pussy pumped – which is definitely a visual kink for quite a few people.
MRLSexDoll Marissa Review: The Packaging
I’ve mostly stopped talking about packaging within my sex toy reviews. Nowadays, most packaging is relatively unremarkable and just designed to do the bare minimum of getting the sex toy to you.
MRLSexDoll deserves a shout-out, though, for their packaging. The Marissa came in a plain, brown box with no identifiable markings on the outside of the box. Despite the heft of the box, the outermost, boring shipping cardboard box was in surprisingly good shape.
Inside that brown cardboard box was another box. It was a plain black box with a lift-off lid. This sturdy cardboard box is pretty much perfect for storing the Marissa doll, and we’ll be keeping it in that box when we’re not using it. There’s a small logo on the front (“MRL”), but otherwise, it’s a sturdy standard black cardboard box that’s genuinely perfect for keeping the doll in.
This is a surprising level of packaging detail I haven’t seen in another sex doll. Most of them ship directly in their shipping box with bubble wrap surrounding the doll. If you want to keep the “packaging” to store the doll, you’ll be keeping beat-up shipping boxes with shipping labels on them. That’s not the case with MRLSexDoll. This innermost black cardboard box is a much-nicer way to store your doll.
Inside that box, the Marissa is packaged in a plastic bag to protect from dust, and the doll includes a really cute little keychain as well as its own included drying stick to pull the moisture from the internal tunnels after using the doll. I’ve never seen a drying stick included with any of our sex dolls; we had to buy our own separately.
This makes for an A+ first experience with sex dolls and easier storage and cleaning down the line. It’s that attention to detail from a manufacturer familiar with what you want from sex dolls that really makes the difference here.
What Is MRL Sex Doll?
I gotta say, MRL Sex Doll’s selection really impresses me. I’m used to the “stereotypical” sex doll manufacturer with lots of perfect bodies with proportions that don’t exist in real life.
MRLSexDolls takes a different approach, aiming to bring fantasies to life. More accurately, it looks like a lot of their dolls aim to bring specialized hentai interests to life. While many of these dolls don’t align with my own interests, it’s really cool to see them out there, available for anyone who wants to live out some of their digital fantasies in their own hands.
Some of the most unique options I’ve seen from them include:

- A 3-breasted, two vulva’d doll. If your hentai tends to run the unrealistic body type route, I’ve literally never seen a sex doll with 3 breasts before.
While they don’t offer every hentai fantasy come to life, they offer a surprisingly wide spread, and I think a lot of people will find their fantasies brought to life with MRLSexDoll’s collection. It’s pretty cool: producing sex dolls that cover niche fantasies.
MRLSexDoll Marissa Review: Final Thoughts
MRLSexDoll has brought people’s fantasies to life with the Marissa pregnant sex doll. The large, rounded tummy, puffy, natural-looking breasts, and soft, squishy labia all make the Marissa a literal fantasy come to life.
The ultra-textured, tight interiors go beyond “standard” sex doll stimulation for overwhelming sensations when you slip inside. Those textures, partnered with the eyefull of a jiggling, pregnant sex doll with every thrust, makes this sex doll impossible to resist. (I’d essentially call it a premature-inducing sex doll. It is ridiculously hot to watch.)
As if that wasn’t enough, MRLSexDoll thought beyond just the doll itself. The pregnant sex doll comes packaged into multiple (recyclable) boxes with the innermost box being a basic black, minimally-marked box that can work for long-term storage. The doll even comes with its own drying stick to keep the inside moisture-free after use.
The only complaint I could possibly make is that the sex doll can be a bit like jelly to handle. While this gives it its ultra-jiggly design that makes for those cum-inducing visuals, it can also make handling this doll a two-handed job in balance. Once you get the doll settled onto a flat surface, though, it’s perfection from A to Z.
