I’m not going to lie; with a lot of the prostate massagers that my sub and I play with anymore, the prostate massagers tend to, uh, “slip” outside of his body without a whole lot of effort. Even with a lot of enema kits and slimmer dildos, the base has to be “held in” somehow (usually with a hand), or the entire item will just slide out of his butt. It’s probably one of the minor annoyances of playing with a self-identified “anal stretcher”; a lot of the “made for the average person” slim toys just really aren’t a great fit anymore.
The new prostate massager from Nexus, the Revo Extreme, pretty much solves that problem. It’s huge. It has a 2.16″ diameter, to be exact. In addition to being made of silicone (yay!), it’s remote-controlled, includes a vibrating motor in the textured base, and includes low/high speeds of rotation within the tip of the prostate massager which can either go clockwise or counterclockwise. In essence, it’s a pretty high-end prostate massager that includes a ton of features that slimmer prostate massagers have had – but now in a much thicker body.

Here’s the quick bullet-point version for those of you who need it here and now:
- The REVO Extreme is huge. It’s not AS huge as some of the anal stretching toys found by some companies, but it’s well-outside the range of any prostate massagers. A prostate massager over 2″ is virtually unheard of.
- With that in mind, the REVO Extreme is also very rigid. The silicone isn’t plushy, and it isn’t flexible. That 2.16″ diameter feels like a 2.16″ diameter. For reference, my sub inserted a super-soft XXL Egg Plug from Square Peg Toys (Diameter, 2.6″) as “warm-up” before using the REVO Extreme – and we still had to take the REVO Extreme’s insertion slowly because of the sheer rigidity of the toy. While the XXL Egg Plug has some squish and give to it (and I freakin’ love their Egg Plugs), the REVO Extreme is rigid throughout. (Which is part of what makes it an awesome prostate stimulator, but y’know.)
- The remote control function works perfectly well for bedroom use. It won’t go out in public with you, but for naked use on the living room couch and bedroom while within touching distance of my sub, it works great. No complaints about it at all.
- Slight complaint about the charging system. While it’s awesome AF that the REVO Extreme prostate massager AND the remote are both rechargeable, it’s slightly annoying that the toy only comes with the single, one-port charging cable. You need to charge the remote and the plug separately. I suppose I’m a bit spoiled to the ClubVibe 3.OH which allows for concurrent charging.
- The bi-directional rotating tip seems more like a marketing addition than an actual, functional thing. We didn’t really find any difference in enjoyment between the two different directions. I wish some patterns had been added instead of another set of “low/high” in the opposite direction.
- With my nitpicking out of the way, though, the Revo Extreme is definitely a home-run hit. We love the shit out of it. It’s thick enough to be a fantastically filling once you manage to get the whole thing inserted.
The vibrations at the base, while definitely on the buzzier, surface-level side, are great for what the Revo Extreme is. With every rotation of the head, the plug naturally presses the base into the perineum. So with every rotation, you get a jolt of the pleasurable vibrations with a good texture that feels pleasurable. It isn’t overwhelming, and he says it’s a good teamplayer with the rotations. - The rotations are fantastic – and maybe it’s just due to the sheer size making it harder to “miss” the prostate, but we’ve found that the Revo Extreme hits the prostate pretty reliably in virtually any position the submissive is in. With other rotating-tip toys, we can definitely get the toy to hit his prostate – but it might require some wiggling around to find that exact body position that gets the sensitive spot into the proper position. Less-so with the Revo Extreme. Because that tip is so big, it hits the prostate standing, sitting, kneeling, and laying. (We haven’t tried it while upside down?)
Essentially, if you love thicker toys and prostate stimulation, this is one of the thicker toys on the market especially designed for dedicated prostate massaging. There are other anal stretching toys that happen to do prostate stimulation through their design, but actual “prostate massagers” of this thickness are very hard to come by – especially one with a rotating head and remote-control.
So if you like your anal toys big and want prostate stimulation to go with it, well, here’s the Nexus Revo Extreme – just waiting for you.
