FunFactory Duke Click’n’Charge Anal Vibrator Review

FunFactory Duke Click’n’Charge Anal Vibrator

The Fun Factory Duke Click ‘n’ Charge anal vibrator is an anal sex toy for men that comes in both a blue and black variety. It has a diameter of about an inch and a half, and it’s made from silicone. It’s rechargeable, but it is NOT waterproof like Fun Factory’s other toys. It features an insertable portion as well as an outer arm meant to stimulate the prostate.

The packaging is pretty on-par for a Fun Factory sex toy. It comes in a basic grey box that has red accents, and the packaging is relatively gender-neutral. The packaging displays the sex toy clearly through the front panel, and when you want to retrieve it, you can easily open the box and slide out the plastic tray that holds the Duke. Instructions are also included inside the box. As the box is much larger than the sex toy, you may not want to keep the box around for storage of this sex toy.

The Fun Factory Duke anal vibrator, quite obviously, has a very unique shape. In fact, I actually had to look at the packaging to know which end was really ‘designed” to be inserted. For those curious, the longer end with the bent head attachment is meant to be inserted while the opposing end, with its curve, is meant to rest up against the perineum during use. The “head attachment” portion actually does NOT face the male p-spot – it faces towards the tailbone while the very-curved end is meant to be outside the body.

In fact, because of how hard it is to explain the shape (and how much I suck at explaining the shape), I’ve included a screencapture from the Duke’s Click ‘n’ Charge manual showing the different parts of the toy. The tip near the number 1 is what faces towards the tailbone while point 5 is what hits the p-spot. On the end closest to point 8 is where the perineum will be stimulated with this toy. Does that make sense now? (I hope so!)

This shape actually works well for it. Both my partner and I weren’t expecting anything amazing, but it actually does a good job. I mean, it’s a really, really odd shape, but that shape helps it do its job better. That weird portion that sticks away from the tip when inserted actually seems to help the anal plug stay in better. Because the tip is so flexible, it doesn’t poke uncomfortably at any area, and it actually seems to conform itself really comfortably to the anal area as well. Unlike a toy that was purely shaped like an “L” (like the Duke would be without this extra area) which would just slide out really easily, this extra portion of silicone seems to help the toy anchor itself really well. I was surprised because I certainly wasn’t expecting it to be any help at all.

The boyfriend says that the sensation is “okay”. He can’t say that it’s amazing as it doesn’t seem to be that intense. He notes that the shape doesn’t seem all that thrusting-friendly, so thrusting it feels more awkward than pleasurable. He does mention that it feels really comfortable, though, and it provides a bit of a “filling” sensation by making him feel full, but it doesn’t really cause orgasmic spasms or anything like that. He also mentions that it seems to respond relatively well to “jiggling” sensations by jiggling the base, but he says that it doesn’t work too well for providing intense prostate stimulation like some prostate toys or curved dildos do.

He says he likes the sensation, but it’s not what he considers an “average” prostate massager. He says it’s a toy he uses mostly when he just wants something filling that provides a filling sensation in multiple places in his butt instead of the intensity of a usual prostate massager. He mentions that the sensation of this anal sex toy are much, much subdued, but he certainly says they aren’t bad. He says it’s just like a different type of sensation compared to Aneros or Nexus or other brands.

As you may have noticed, the Duke Click ‘n’ Charge is a rechargeable anal vibrator. It charges via the Fun Factory Click ‘n’ Charge system. This means that it’s compatible with other Fun Factory chargers from Click ‘n’ Charge vibrators. The charger charges magnetically, and it will blink red while the vibrator is charging to let you know that it has made a good connection and is charging. I had absolutely no issue with the vibrator charging incorrectly, and it works really well. If you have multiple FunFactory toys, you can just leave the charger plugged in and charge each vibrator as needed.

The vibrations are focused towards the prostate-stimulation point (but not the weird attachment head). There are three steady patterns as well as three different patterns. The patterns are relatively similar with varying pulses. The vibrations themselves are not earth-shattering, but they are okay. Many vibrators are stronger than this, but it’s also strong enough to hold its own. It’s on the stronger side of moderate. The vibrations transfer well to the weird attachment head thing as well as stay well near the prostate area. They aren’t nearly as well felt on the perineum attachment. The vibrations are not too loud, but they can be heard in the same room. If you are looking for something quiet, the Duke Click’n’Charge may not be the best vibrator for you. It is hard to hear outside of a closed door though.

To clean this anal vibrator, you’ll want to be careful as this is not waterproof. You can use warm water and antibacterial soap to clean this vibrator, and the bullet vibrator is completely removable from the silicone sleeve for easier cleaning (and to boil the silicone sleeve if you want). The Duke prostate vibrator does seem guilty of picking up a lot of fuzz and lint, so if you want to keep it looking nice, you should make sure to keep it in a storage bag or away from fuzzies. This anal vibrator is compatible with water-based lubricant.

Overall, the Fun Factory Duke has some good uses, but it won’t work as a typical prostate massager that some may be expecting it to. It’s rechargeable, and it’s okay, but it doesn’t blow either of us out of the water. It does do a good job of staying put, though, as well as feeling filling and providing vibration internally. If you are just looking for something to insert anally while going about your masturbation business, the Fun Factory Duke may be perfect for you.
