Zero Tolerance Oral Sex Candy Spray

UPDATE APRIL 2024: The Oral Sex Candy Spray is no longer in production. This Zero Tolerance Oral Sex Candy Spray review remains as a reference for anyone who’s looking for information on this. While you’re here, check out my femdom advice, BDSM advice, and sex toy advice, too.

The Oral Sex Candy Spray by Zero Tolerance (Link contains explicit images) (an Evolved company) is an oral flavoring intended to make oral sex include a “candy” taste. It comes in multiple flavors including Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry, and Watermelon. I have the Watermelon flavoring. Each one of the bottles is two ounces.

The bottle that the Oral Sex Candy Spray comes in is entirely made from plastic. The bottle also has a spray-pump dispenser which makes it very easy to spray it onto the area (much like spray-butter). The cap is removable if, for some reason, you want to bathe in it (messy sex?). The bottle does display the title of the contents and shows a lips pretty large on the bottle, so it may not be the most discreet sex product to keep out in your bathroom. My bottle is good until 2014, so it appears to have about a three-year shelf life.

The ingredients of the Oral Sex Candy Spray (Watermelon) are: Glycerin, Purified Water (Aqua), Flavor, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.

It seems that the main use for this was intended to be used as oral sex for him/on a penis. Because of the very high glycerin content, if you have vaginal sensitivities, this may not be the best flavoring for using vaginally. For penis-use, though, the glycerin content won’t matter as much. It also could be used for rimming or just on “non-sexual” parts of the body for foreplay like around the breasts or naval.

The Oral Sex Candy Spray smells just like watermelon as well! It actually is an interesting scent that doesn’t strike me, personally, as sexy because watermelon is the exact same toothpaste flavoring I use. So for me, it’s almost like a mental reminder of brushing my teeth. It does, however, have the exact same scent as watermelon, and it smells really pleasant. It’s strong, but it’s not overly-so. You can smell it when in the area where it was sprayed, but it doesn’t have that “drifting” of the scent like you’d expect with perfume.

I was impressed by the taste. It doesn’t leave any gross aftertaste in your mouth (which is a good thing!) and it tastes like artificial watermelon. It doesn’t quite have the juiciness of a regular watermelon, but just like most artificial-types of flavors, it does taste pretty close. It almost tastes a bit like, again, my toothpaste flavoring, so if you’ve ever tried some artificial flavoring like with candy or toothpaste, it’s going to taste similar to that. It’s actually a pretty yummy taste.

It doesn’t seem to last very long though. It’s like the taste is contained entirely in the liquid, so even after you spray the liquid on the skin, once you lick up the liquid, the taste of the liquid itself “goes away”, so you’ll want to reapply it if you want the taste to stay. So the taste itself doesn’t transfer onto the skin, so if you want to keep up with the yummy taste, you’ll have to keep spraying the Oral Sex Candy Spray. The flavor doesn’t really “stay” in your mouth either, so if you’re using the spray to avoid a taste while doing something orally, you do have to keep applying. It has a longer “flavor staying power” than something like flavored water, but it doesn’t stay for a long time in your mouth like a food would.

To clean this off, you just have to use a slightly-damp washcloth, and it wipes off the skin pretty easily. It is safe for use with condoms and sex toys, but again, if you have glycerin sensitivities, you may not want to use this vaginally. We didn’t have any issues with this staining the bedding, and it’s also non-toxic. It seems to wash off in seconds in baths or showers.

Overall, the Oral Sex Candy Spray is a yummy spray that provides a quick taste to your usual oral endevors. It doesn’t last forever, and it does contain glycerins which may limit its use, but when it comes to being a liqified solution to regular “candy” to add your sex life, it does a pretty good job. Thanks to Evolved Novelties for providing this oral sex flavor for my Oral Sex Candy Spray review.
