I’ve still been in the search for the perfect BDSM DVD porn movie, and my search has led me over to a lot of the stock over at this adult toy store. A lot of their fetish movies, like this one, seem really interesting, and I’m always looking to watch a good adult movie from time to time.
The Surrender of O is a two-disk adult fetish movie. The first disk consists of the entire movie, and the second disk consists purely of bonus features. The entire movie runs at about three hours, and those three hours will consist of seven sex scenes. This bondage movie stars Bree Olsen with Nina Hartley, Nicole Sheridan, Kayden Kross, Erik Everhard, Ava Rose, Evan Stone, Mika Tan, Bobbi Star, Trinity Post, Marco Banderas, Jerry, and Tommy Gunn. Ths movie is directed by Ernest Greene. This bondage adult film was also nominated for five different AVN awards. In case you didn’t know this, The Surrender of O is a sequel to Adam and Eve’s previous title of O: The Power of Submission.
The movie starts off with the star, Bree Olsen, taking pictures of herself provacatively in a cage. From there, two Dominants (Nina Hartley, Nicole Sheridan) walk in on her. They talk about punishing her then allow Bree to touch herself while they watch. From there, we will move onto a scene with Bree Olsen being hung upside down while the other two women “torture” her by continually pleasuring Bree. While Nina Hartley does various pleasurable activities (including using a vibrator) to Bree, Bree is forced to give oral sex to Nicole. I, personally, thought it was pretty hot since how often do you get to hang someone upside down and force them to do your bidding? A sex-stand is then placed under Bree. (A piece of metal that holds a dildo up towards your subject.) She rides the dildo while the other two women flog her. After about six minutes of that, Bree is laid down while a fucking machine slides a dildo in and out of her. Her arms are held captive in some arm binds. From there, we change again. We get to watch as Nicole lays back on a bondage bed while Bree gives her oral sex and Nina Hartley uses a Hitachi-like vibrator on herself. From there, Bree is strapped onto a spanking bench. Nina Hartley uses a riding crop on her butt while Nicole straps on a dildo and forces Bree to suck it. Overall, this scene is probably the most BDSM-focused scene out of the entire movie. It definitely starts the DVD on a good note. The scene ends after that, and Bree confesses she hasn’t been able to focus on work lately because she’s been too focused on submitting to people. Nina offers to have Bree stay at “The House”.
From there, Bree accepts the offer, and we watch her walk into The House. She then is surrounded by two of the other slaves of the house who help her get ready and help her settle her worries about being there. All three women get into these gorgeous latex, skin-tight dresses with open crotch and back to signify their responsibility to always be sexually available.
The second scene starts out with Kayden Kross chained to a bed while Erik Everhard shaves her crotch. Erik lubes up her feet and then Kayden gives him a footjob. From there, Erik gives her oral sex while she screams a little too loud to sound realistic. She then gives him a blowjob while Bree comes in to serve food. Erik requests that Bree pick up a flogger and flog Kayden’s butt while she’s giving him a blowjob. From there, Bree leaves and Erik starts to have vaginal sex with Kayden. The scene ends with Erik ejaculating on her face. After their scene, we get to watch Bree wash Kayden in the bathtub while they commence in some girl talk.
The third scene consists of Evan Stone, Ava Rose, and Mika Tan. Evan Stone, as you could assume, is the Dominant here. The girls croutch down onto the floor in front of Evan’s robe and lick him through his robe. From there, Evan leans back onto couch and watches the two girls play with each other – nipples and oral sex. From there, Ava and Mika insert toys into each other and have fun with those. That’s when the fourth scene starts. Tommy Gunn, Bobbi Star, and Kayden Kross star in this one. Bobbi Star has her hands tied behind her back with some beautiful cuffs. The scene starts off with Bobbi Star giving Tommy Gunn head with her hands tied behind her back while Kayden flogs Bobbi’s naked butt. We then cut to a scene of her taking pictures of Kayden. After the photography session, the two girls get around to gossip. Bree warns Kayden not to get too involved with her old Master since he doesn’t really have any money. Kayden thanks her for the advice and leaves. The next scene lets us watch Bree and her old Master interact. She appears to be angry at him for some mistake he made in the past, and he begs her to take him back. She refuses and leaves.
We get to watch our fifth sex scene with Ava Rose, Trinity Post, Marco Banderes, and Jerry. Ava and Trinity are being punished by the two bodyguarded men, so the men bring out some chastity belts for the girls. Before the belts go on, Ava ends up putting a dildo into Trinity, then Ava repays the favor and does the same to Trinity. While wearing chastity belts, both women decide to ignore the purpose of a chastity belt and start to tongue and finger each other through the belts themselves. The chastity belts also hold in the dildos that both women are already wearing. From there, both women take up a washcloth and start to clean the floors with their washclothes. The men flog the women while they do it, and there’s lots of moaning coming from the women that really doesn’t seem in-place considering they are cleaning the floor. After a short interlude between a couple of the Dominants, we watch as Bree walks into a room where Claire Adams is tying up Trinity Post is some pretty rope bondage. The last scene consists of Bree Olsen and Even Stone – her old Master. After this scene, the movie ends as we watch Bree and Evan work out a slave content for Bree. Both of them seem happy, and it’s a great ending for this movie.
I must say I was a little disappointed by the BDSM use in the film as well. It always seems like BDSM was used as an addition to the sex – not as a stand-alone by itself. While I should have expected this from a vanilla-esque fetish movie, the cover made it seem like there would be more submission and less sex. For someone looking for some good introduction to BDSM and other bondage, this is a good DVD to buy though. It just didn’t suit my longing for BDSM and submission.
The condom use in this video was nonexistent. No sorts of safe sex practices were used. There were some uses of lubricant – when it came to anal play or when it came to foot jobs. For the most part, the girls would just spit instead of using lubricant.
There are important things to know about the DVD music as well. For one, there is virtually no music in the entire adult movie. There is some music during the beginning and the credits, but aside from that, the scenes and the interludes are music-free. This means that there are no distracting melodies to get in your way of the enjoyment of the film. However, some of the moaning that you are left listening to is over-the-top. In fact, during the first couple scenes, some of the moaning is loud enough to distort the audio of the DVD itself.
For being a three-hour movie, the porn scenes are pretty long. Each scene goes just under a half an hour. On some scenes, that can be a good thing since the scene is interesting to watch and sexy. On others, it just comes down to watching about fifteen minutes of vaginal sex. Depending on your interests, this may be a good thing or a bad thing.
I was actually pretty impressed by the storyline that the movie presented. It wasn’t much of a storyline, but it was still there. I’d say about twenty minutes of the movie, tops, was dedicated to advancing the storyline. There wasn’t much for character development either, but there was enough of a storyline to make the sex scenes make sense. The storyline didn’t get in the way of the pornography and added enough details to keep me interested.
A neat thing about the DVD is that you can search through the DVD through the scene selection. If you want to re-watch the first sex scene, that’s scene one, and so on. You don’t have to search through the movie to attempt to find the sex scene that you want to watch.
All of the extras are included on the second disk except one. The first disk does hold the trailer for the movie “O: The Power of Submission”. This appears to have been the prequel DVD to this series. The second disk holds a multitude of amazing content. There is an Interview with Kayden Kross, with Ernest Greene (The director), and with Bree Olsen. There’s also a Behind the Scenes video. There’s a bonus scene scene which comes from the Perfect Secretary and another bonus sex scene from The Power of Submission video. This includes some trailers for other Adam and Eve videos. As an amazing added bonus, this second disk also includes an entire digital copy of the movie for your iPod, computer, or anywhere else you’d want a virtual copy. Overall, a great load of bonus features.
Overall, I was pretty fond of the Surrender of O. It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting and didn’t fulfill my need for some BDSM-only porn, but it did have a lot of different BDSM aspects that made it fun.
