UPDATE FEBRUARY 2024: This vibrator is no longer in production. While you’re here, why not check out some additional educational info – like online submissive tasks, beginner pegging positions, saran wrap bondage, and enema 101 info.

The Sutera Elite Blee is one of the latest vibrators in the new Sutera Elite line. Operating on two AAA batteries, this waterproof vibrator includes 7 vibration patterns. 6 inches long and made completely of silicone, this vibrator is made in a vibrant blue color.

The packaging for this vibrator is pretty nice. It has a very sturdy white box that includes a small window where you can peek into the box and see the vibrator. It’s very sturdy compared to most sex toy packaging, and you could easily rest other packaging on top of this one without any issue. The box showcases the features of the sex toy, and via a magnetic clasp on the outside, the box seals up easily. Very little of it is recyclable.

The Sutera Elite Blee is average in size compared to most vibrators. Out of the Sutera Elite line, the Blee is the “middle” of the two, and it’s not too long and not too short. The vibrator has a slight bit of bend to it, but it does require some actual force to make it bend, so I wouldn’t depend on it bending too easily if that’s something you require. Along the shaft of the vibrator, there are little divets in the surface, but those appear to mostly be for appearances. During use, you really can’t feel them, but they do make the toy appear nicer while looking at it. As for controlling this sex toy, the controls are located at the base of the vibrator. There’s a dedicated on/off button along with a button that cycles through all of its modes – this control scheme is the same in all of the Sutera Elite vibrator line.

I love the silicone on the Sutera Elite Blee! It feels very soft, and it just glides against the fingers. It doesn’t have any squishiness to it, but that’s okay because it helps it transfer vibrations better. The silky silicone makes for very easy insertion, and it just feels very luxurious and soft. It ALSO helps you know if you missed a spot while cleaning after it has dried. The spot you missed won’t be nearly as silky smooth as the rest of the toy, and you’ll just need to quickly go clean it up again.

The vibe requires two AAA batteries. These batteries are put in through the base of the vibrator. The battery compartment even includes a little diagram that shows you which way the batteries go in. The compartment is one of those annoying “hold-tab-to-open” types of compartments that are found on some electronics. It opens pretty easily if your hands are lubricated or slick, but if batteries die mid-use, this could easily be a nightmare to get the compartment off to change them. I’ve even had problems getting the compartment off while my hands are clean; it’s not usually frustrating, but I could easily imagine it getting out of hand if my hands weren’t able to grip easily.

The vibrations on the Sutera Elite Blee seem okay. They aren’t too strong, but they aren’t soft either. I’d call them “moderate”. They are much less buzzy than the vibrations put out by the Sutera Elite Blossom vibrator, but I’m not sure they will be intense enough for most people to orgasm from from clitoral stimulation. The vibrations, like the Sutera Elite Blossom, are stronger when pressure is applied, and they feel almost non-existent if no pressure is applied, so keep this in mind if you prefer a feather-light touch with your vibrator.

On the bright side, though, the vibrations are not loud. They are pretty quiet. With my music on a moderate setting, I can’t hear it vibrating in my lap. They’d be very impossible to hear outside of a closed door, and depending on the noise, they might be hard to hear in the same room.

The Sutera Elite Blee could be used for insertion, too. Unlike its smaller counterpart, the Blossom, the Blee is longer and could be inserted. With the silicone as soft as it is, it’s pretty comfortable as well. It doesn’t have any sort of special curves or design to make it an exceptional experience, but if you’re craving something, it will work. Since the vibrations are focused in the tip, you can easily decide exactly where you want to place the vibrations as well. Just beware since the tip can feel a bit “pointy” if you’re thrusting with a bit too much abandon.

The controls are very simple, though. Both the on/off button and functions button press down really simply. When my hands were lubricated, just like the other Sutera Elite sex toys, I did have some issues pushing down the buttons, though. The buttons are made with some sort of slick plastic, and my fingers tended to slide against them.

I do have a slight complaint about the Sutera Elite Blee, but it’s totally a cosmetic one. You see, on the button panel, there’s two little clear-ish designs where the two buttons are at. It seems like the red LED light is supposed to light up the two buttons, but when turned on, the buttons aren’t really lit – they’re kinda lit, but it’s not nearly as well-lit as it looks like it was designed for. The perfectionist in me wishes they lit up correctly.

This vibrator is waterproof, so you don’t have to worry too much about being careful with water while cleaning. To clean it, though, you’ll want to use warm water and antibacterial soap. Due to its regular size, you could choose to cover it with a condom for safer sex and easy cleaning, though. For storage, keep it in a storage bag to prevent hair, or you can easily keep it in the packaging as well. As this blue vibrator is made from silicone, though, make sure to only use compatible water-based lubricant with it.

Overall, the Sutera Elite Blee is an okay vibrator. The silicone its made from feels extra slick and nice, and it is easy to control and use. I’d like to see stronger vibrations, though, and the backlit light controls bother me slightly. If you enjoy an affordable, moderate-vibration silicone vibrator that’s versatile for many uses, though, the Sutera Elite Blee could be perfect.
