P.S. Aile Vibrator Review

P.S. Aile Vibrator
The shape of the P.S. Aile Vibrator

The P.S. Aile vibrator is a silicone vibrator made by MODE Design. Operating on four AAA batteries (which are included), this vibrator is waterproof and includes a deep g-spot curve. Seven inches in length, this purple vibrator is available in a pink, black, purple, and blue color choice, so you can have the perfect color for your personality.

The vibrator is packaged in a simple box that explains the features of the vibrator on the outside. It’s pretty basic packaging, but it does a good job of containing the vibrator and keeping it safe until you have a chance to get at it. The back of the box also explains how to use the vibrator as well as shows a visual representation of the various patterns that this silicone sex toy includes.

The design for the P.S. Aile vibrator is pretty simplistic. It is made of mostly silicone (aside from the bottom battery compartment which is plastic). The silicone is a really nice, soft, slick silicone that feels really good against the skin. In fact, it’s really simple to slide the hands up and down the shaft of the toy with no issues. Because of this really nice material, though, it’s very noticable that there’s a seam along the shaft of the vibrator. The seam can’t be felt during use, but you can very easily feel and see it with your hands/eyes. The buttons for the use are towards the bottom of the vibrator (but still on the silicone portion which is noteable if you were hoping to insert the full silicone length).

Along with this, the silicone is slightly plushy and slightly flexible. It does have some plush to it, but it really doesn’t seem to “soak up” bodily fluid, so not nearly as much external lubricant is needed. The vibrator is pretty flexible near the head. It’s not super-simple to bend, but with any type of pressure, the head of the vibrator will give up its shape. This means that it may not be great for targeted g-spot stimulation if that’s what you were looking for.

This vibrator runs on 4 AAA batteries. I must admit that this is one of the things I hate the most about this vibrator. It is INSANELY hard to open up the battery compartment. As in, it took me thirty minutes of trying then finally getting out some work tools to actually be able to open it. This happened when I wanted to remove the batteries, too, so unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to be something that will only happen the first time. It makes it very, very aggravating, and it definitely causes me to consider this one of those “don’t use” toys because if the batteries die, I’ll never be able to replace them in any amount of reasonable time. However, after discussion with the manufacturer, it appears this may be an issue that’s only with the copy I received as the other battery compartments open just fine. So if that happens to your copy, send it back and get a replacement.

Showing how the buttons are on the P.S. Aile Vibrator

The vibrator is controlled very simply through the buttons near the base of the sex toy. These buttons are actually on the shaft itself, so they are flush with the silicone; they don’t have any raised portion about them. There’s a button to turn-on the vibrator as well as a button to switch between the patterns. This dedicated on/off button gives you an easy-out in case you live with other people and regularly need to shut off your toy. The buttons are REALLY easy to push (but in a good way), and I must admit to really LOVING the button design of this. They click and press so nicely, but because they’re under the surface of the silicone, I’ve never once accidentally pressed the button. It’s amazing.

So how does it fair? It does pretty well. It’s not an absolute-perfect vibrator, but it’s not a bad one either. The vibrations are on the moderate side. They won’t be strong enough for everyone, but they are noticable, and most people will find the vibrations to be pleasurable enough. Both buttons are surprisingly easy to control and press down with your hands – though I wish the shaft had been made a bit longer since the two buttons “take off” about an inch from the insertable length if you’re wanting to control the vibrator while it’s inserted.

Something to definitely keep in mind about this vibrator is that the tip of the sex toy is kinda flexible. This means that you really can’t get too much targeted g-spot stimulation from it as the tip will flatten out when a ton of pressure is applied. So it can definitely rub up against the g-spot, but don’t expect this silicone vibrator to get a bunch of very firm, targeted, g-spot pressure.

To clean this sex toy, you’ll want to use warm water and antibacterial soap. As its waterproof, it’s much easier to clean than other sex toys, and you don’t have to be too careful about where you get the water. Because it’s electronic, this one would be hard to sterilize unless you want to very carefully use a bleach/water mixture to sterilize the vibrator. Because of the silicone material, this sex toy is only compatible with water-based lubricant, so keep that in mind. For storage, surprisingly, the material doesn’t really seem to pick up lint or hair, so you can just store it wherever it fits best.

Overall, the P.S. Aile vibrator seems like a pretty decent sex toy in design and vibrations, but I absolutely hate the battery compartment. As that’s part of the defective toy, though, again, if you have a problem with the battery compartment, send it back to make sure you have a fully-functional vibrator to play with. The design of the vibrator is interesting, and while the vibrations aren’t the strongest of any toy I’ve played with, if you like the shape and enjoy moderate vibrations, the P.S. Aile vibrator could be for you. Thanks to MODE Design for providing this silicone vibrator for my P.S. Aile vibrator review.
