The NobEssence Fling dildo is a wooden sex toy made by NobEssence (with quality in mind!) and sold by FunWares. It is about 7 inches long and about an inch and a half in diamater. The Fling’s main draw is that it features two finger holes right in design of it, and it features a g-spot curve with attention to the design. The packaging of the NobEssence Fling is just as beautiful as all NobEssence packaging. It is a padded, hard and sturdy box that stores the Fling with elastic bands to keep it held in place. It comes with a short instruction manual about how to care for the NobEssence Fling. You can definitely keep the NobEssence Fling in this box, but as this box is a bit large and it doesn’t stay “shut” as well as it could, you may not want to keep it in here. You do want to keep your NobEssence Fling somewhere where it won’t get scratched, though, as the finish of your wood dildo can get harmed if near sharp objects (a duh on that one, right?).
The design of the NobEssence Fling is really amazing. It was designed with a large, bulbed head and a skinny shaft which attaches to the large handle that can easily be used to hold the NobEssence Fling. This is one of the main things I love about it. I hate girth in my dildos – I’ll be honest about that. Large toys that require “stretching” are more painful than pleasure for me (not for everyone, though – just me) on more occassions than not. This design means that I get a large, filling sensation near the g-spot without the filling sensation everywhere else which is fantastic.
I did like the finger holes that NobEssence put into the handle of this wooden sex toy. The finger holes should be large enough that anyone of any-sized hand can use them (including those with larger fingers and definitely those with smaller fingers), and even if you don’t want to use them as finger holes, they do provide another surface and texture to makes it easier to hold onto the end of your dildo. Holding onto it like I think they intended (with my palm down, fingers through the holes) works well for small g-spot movements, but if you want to go all-out with thrusting or want larger movements, you’ll probably want to just grip the base of the Fling and manuever it that way. Either way you want to go, the finger holes are there for you to use them if you want to, but NobEssence didn’t design this dildo where you had to use the finger holes either. You can choose not to use them if you don’t want to.
I’m really in love with wooden sex toys, and NobEssence makes some of the best. The Fling is no exception. The wood is very slick, and as you can see in the video, you can actually see the light reflect off of the wood – this is not a matte substance with any drag. The slickness of it means that you may not even need any external lubrication for use as it really does glide against the skin. It feels much like stainless steel and glass in that regards except the NobEssence Fling is made from wood which makes it much, much more light-weight and movable.
People always wonder: “Am I going to get splinters from this wood sex toy?” The answer is no. Definitely not. The NobEssence toys are covered in Lubrosity which is their wooden coating. It pretty much makes the dildo feel as smooth as glass or other materials, and you can barely feel the texture of the wood at all. There’s no way that you’ll be able to get a splinter from using this dildo unless you happen to have cracked it or harmed it before attempting to use it. As you can see in the video, it really does have a shiny surface, so the coating really does protect you from any splinters.
The NobEssence Fling was really designed with your g-spot pleasure in mind. The curvature of the NobEssence Fling really seems great for my g-spot. It doesn’t hit it as deep as some of my other toys, but as my g-spot is really deep, the fact that it hits it at all thrills me! The large, bulb-like head of the Fling really seems to do a good job with the g-spot, and because of the smaller neck of the toy, it seems like it can manuever a lot better than some of my other g-spot toys with larger necks.
You could use this sex toy for anal play if you wanted to as well. You do want to be much more careful with this for anal play because it is lacking in a flared base, but as long as you are careful, the large handle of the toy should keep things from getting too difficult.
Cleaning this dildo is pretty easy! According to the instructions, you just want to use warm water and non-abrasive soap on it. It will fit into a condom for multiple-person use, and you can wipe it down with a bleach solution or other cleansers as well. It’s compatible with all types of lubricant, and it can be stored wherever you’d like as long as nothing will scratch it.
Overall, if you have a shallow g-spot, known how to target your g-spot, and want a high-quality dildo that is going to last an entire lifetime and is easy on the wrists, I definitely recommend the NobEssence Fling. It hits my g-spot pretty well, it feels relatively filling without requiring any “stretch”, and the wooden material makes this dildo look like a piece of art.
