Fuze Ten Ace Dildo Review

Fuze Ten Ace Dildo
Fuze Ten Ace Dildo

For a strap-on designed dildo with ultra-lifelike detailing and fully body-safe silicone, you’ll want the Fuze Ten Ace. With a thickness of 1 1/8″ and a length of 5.75″, this toy is entirely covered in life-like veining and pronounced head detailing. Slimmer than the Ultra toy (with a similar design) from Fuze, this toy is available in either a peach or a caramel color. The base of the dildo is also equipped with a small hole on the underside of the dildo to slide in a small bullet vibrator. Shown in my review is the Peach color. Many of the Fuze dildo line is available at SheVibe.

All of the Fuze dildos come in similar packaging. Much like many of their silicone dildo competitors, the toy comes in a see-through, somewhat-fragile plastic box. The backside of the box includes information about the dildo (including care) while most of the rest of the packaging is see-through. The dildo comes in a little form-fitted plastic tray inside the box. The box can work for longer-term storage, but it’s not particularly durable, and it will break pretty easily if you place any heavy objects on top of the box.

The Fuze Silicone company’s claim to fame is their unique, body-comfortable base. Unlike standard strap-on compatible toys, the base of this dildo is slightly curved and includes ridging all throughout the size of it. Most of their dildos include this design. While it works fantastic for just gripping the toy, it’s also specifically designed for stimulation for strap-on wearers. The ridges are not too rigid (haha), but they aren’t extremely plushy either. They’ll provide stimulation when grinded against.

With a decent amount of flexibility, the Fuze Ace is a pure silicone toy with the ability to work both vaginally and anally. While the toy isn’t too rigid, it isn’t too flexible, either. It holds its shape (including the upward curve – no drooping here!) when held only by the base. However, with pressure applied, it’s possible to bend the toy entirely in half with the tip touching the base. In practical terms, this means that the toy will require your hand for a bit of guidance when trying to penetrate any hole that’s on the tighter side. It may also bend in half if you pull out entirely (oops) and attempt to slide back in instead of going back in. At the same time, the semi-flexibility means that the toy is particularly comfortable for the recipient, and it won’t rigidly poke into sensitive internal areas.

The Fuze Ace dildo is part of Fuze’s Fuze Ten line – a line of sex toys made from a more realistic-feeling silicone. The silicone definitely feels a bit more realistic than standard silicone – but it doesn’t have anything near the realism of human skin. This type of nice, slightly-plushy silicone is still a nice addition to an already-great design. Just don’t go in expecting to be surprised by its ability to fool you.

On that note, however, the silicone of the Fuze Ace is a bit on the draggy side. It’s not too draggy, but you’ll notice the resistance when you drag your fingers along the length of the silicone. This means that the toy tends to absorb a bit of the lubricant you put on, so make sure to put on extra (especially for anal use), and I’d recommend using external lubricant – even for vaginal use. Water-based lubricant is recommended, and make sure to communicate with your partner to see when the lubricant needs to be reapplied.

When it comes to penetration, the Fuze Ace dildo is definitely on the slimmer side – both in width and length. This lends itself particularly well to anal use – especially for new players. The thickness of the toy is less-so than many biological penises, so if you’re not ready to experiencing larger anal toys, the Fuze Ace works well as a strap-on compatible dildo with a decent length that can still be used with someone who isn’t ready to take larger toys.

At the same time, this thinner length and width may not feel particularly filling to players who are used to a thick, filling sensation. The toy still offers a very slight upward curve which might work for very shallow g-spots in particular positions, but the toy isn’t likely to stretch someone’s penetration limits.

So how does that fancy base work? It works surprisingly well! Especially fantastic for strap-on harnesses, but the dildo still has a nice, comfortable, and easy-to-use base for hand-held pleasure. In fact, with the added ridges along the base, the toy tends to slip less – even when lubricated. It definitely takes a bit of getting used to compared to a circular flared base, but honestly, once I get used to it, I find that I prefer this ridged, curved base a whole lot more than standard circular ones.

My biggest complaint, however, is that there’s no way to make the dildo stand up on its own. It will always need to rest laid over on any surface. This leads to the possibility of getting hair or lint getting on your toy while you’re getting the lube bottle, gathering accessories, laying down the sex blanket, doing other activities (like adding a chastity cage), etc.

With that gorgeous base in mind, that makes this dildo a clear winner for “strap on harness” toys. You’re going to notice and enjoy the base most when you’re using it in a strap-on harness. The ridged edges and slightly curved base allows the dildo to rest against the pubic area when strapped into a harness. With the right harness and positioning, this allows the dildo to rest and rub against the clitoris on vagina-bodied people.

The toy’s thinness and shorter length means that it may require a bit of positioning for thicker strap-on wearers. Make sure to take this into account when selecting what position you’ll want to play in if you happen to have thicker thighs or a larger stomach area.

With a final thought, we’ll touch on the bullet hole that this dildo comes equipped with. This bullet hole is positioned underneath the length of the shaft and right beneath the base. You can see it in some of my photos. While the Fuze Ten Ace dildo doesn’t come with a bullet vibrator (making the toy more affordable!), a bullet vibrator can be slipped into this chamber to add vibrations to the entire toy. Any standard-sized bullet vibrator can be used – I’d recommend using a We-Vibe bullet for the strongest vibrations. For the easiest time trying to remove it later, don’t insert the bullet all the way, and make sure to add lubricant to the bullet vibrator and inside the chamber to make things slippery enough to pop back out. Don’t expect ground-breaking vibrations, but it definitely adds some movement to your dildo.

As a pure silicone dildo, cleaning this sex toy is a cinch. Use warm water and anti-bacterial soap for any standard cleanings. The toy easily slips into a condom, so if you prefer easier clean-up, that’s always an option. For sterilization, consider a bleach/water solution, or this dildo can always be boiled in a pot of water as well. When picking a lubricant to use, water-based lubricant would be your best choice. If you really want to try silicone-based, make sure to do a small spot-test before you go nuts applying it to the whole shaft – some silicone-based lubricants can interact with the silicone material of the toy. As mentioned before, you could potentially store this dildo in the packaging it comes in, but it might be best to find a separate bag or baggie to store this toy to keep any hair or lint off of it.

Overall, the Fuze Ten Ace dildo is going to be a good choice for those who want a strap-on friendly (and possibly harness-wearing orgasmic!) toy that’s slimmer in both length and width. The shaft’s flexibility makes it comfortable for the receiver, and the life-like design is gorgeous enough to look realistic without being over-the-top. It isn’t the most realistic-feeling silicone out there, but it does a pretty good job, and if these are the measurements you want, you’ll likely love the Fuze Ten Ace dildo. Thanks to SheVibe for providing this strap-on dildo for my Fuze Ace Dildo review.
