The first “sleeve-only” product that Fleshlight has ever made, the Fleshlight Fleshskins captures the best of Fleshlight’s sleeve systems in a sleeve-only design that’s at a lower price point. Sold by SheVibe, the Fleshlight Fleshskin is 5.35″ in length with a case that’s 8.75″ in length. The Fleshskins Blue Ice is made from proprietary SuperSkin Fleshlight material, and the case is made entirely from ABS Plastic. The internal texture is uniquely-shaped with some ridges, some bulbs, and lots of striations.
Your new masturbation sleeve comes in a cardboard box with standard Fleshlight designs on the exterior package. The box has a see-through window that shows off the sleeve, and it’s definitely not discreet. Inside the package, you’ll find the Fleshlight Fleshskin sleeve itself, the storage stand, and the lid for the storage stand. The box is decently flimsy, so I wouldn’t recommend keeping it around for long-term storage of the sleeve. Honestly, the plastic casing does a pretty good job on its own.

The Fleshskins Blue Ice sleeve is different than the entirety of the Fleshlight line because of its lack of a case. That’s pretty much its defining feature. That being said, the Fleshskins Blue Ice still has Fleshlight’s known-for intense, interior texturing. The very-squishy material squishes really easily under pressure. The base of the sleeve has a decently-large hole that’s easy to insert into. The tip of the sleeve is open-ended, but the opening is relatively small in size. It stretches easily over a penis, but it stays mostly closed-up when unstretched.
As someone who loves to use male masturbation sleeves on my partners, I’m honestly 100% into the Fleshskins Blue Ice. I love Fleshlight products, in general, because of how pleasurable they seem to be for my partners, but at the same time, the regular Fleshlights aren’t particularly rewarding from a “partner’s” perspective. As-in, they’re particularly large and heavy for me (requiring me to possibly not have a free hand for my own pleasure), and most of them are opaque and don’t allow me to see much of the action either. Using a regular Fleshlight on my partner isn’t the end of the world, but it clearly wasn’t designed for a couple’s interaction.
The Fleshskins Blue Ice feels like it was made for couples – or, at least, works really well for it. The see-through design means that I can nicely see every part of the dick that I’m touching while I use the sleeve on it. The open-ended design with the shorter length means that, when I want to, I can slide the sleeve all the way down the shaft and see the penis slip out through the top. The handy-grip design means that I don’t have to worry about the lube making the sleeve impossible to grip. I can pretty much slip on some lube and use my free hand to do anything else I want without any readjustments to the grip. The material’s longevity with water-based lube means lube reapplications are pretty rare, and with the small open-ended hole means that a lot of the ejaculate ends up in the sleeve if you use it with extra space at the top during ejaculation, so that contains any mess for after-sex cuddles too. Honestly, it’s a fantastically amazing design. I’d pull this out for couple’s use over pretty much any other sleeve we own – and we own a lot of them.
So let me break that down a whole lot more with details:
The See-Through Design: The Fleshskins Blue Ice is decently see-through. You won’t see the detailing of the penis, but you can see the coloration of the penis and where it’s located within the sleeve. It’s definitely a visual treat to see it move within the sleeve.
Open-ended Design: Like many male masturbation sleeves out there, the Fleshskins Blue Ice has an open-ended design. This “open end” is actually relatively small in resting size, but when pressure is applied to it, it opens up really, really wide (easily wide enough to comfortably fit the penis through). This makes it really easy for cleaning, but at the same time, the small hole contains a lot of the ejaculation if the head of the penis isn’t pushed through or at the tip of the sleeve. This keeps a lot of the clean-up mostly contained – which is lovely for jumping into cuddling straight afterwards.
Handy-Grip Design: I didn’t think I’d love this brass-knuckles finger-hole design, but I’ve actually been really, really surprised. For one, it pretty much gives a “this isn’t going to move” sensation for the person holding the sleeve. No matter how much lube you get on your hands, you aren’t going to need to rearrange the sleeve or wipe up lube. It’s just attached. Especially if you aren’t someone who regularly puts down and picks up the sleeve, this is going to be amazing for you. There’s a small edging where your thumb rests, and even with lube, your thumb doesn’t really slide over it. It’s a surprisingly awesome design.
Lubricant Lasts: I’m not sure what it is about this material, but it does an amazing job of not absorbing lubricant. A little bit of lubricant seems to go a decently long way when I’m slickening up this masturbation sleeve. I was surprised by how long it lasts too. While using a hand, that amount of lube only lasted five-ish minutes or so. With the Fleshlight Fleshskins Blue Ice, it ran about 10-15 minutes before I just applied more lubricant because it felt like it was time. (I will say, though, it’s hard for the holder of the Fleshlight to figure out if the sleeve needs more lube! It always feels pretty slick. You might want to ensure your “captive” has a way to tell you if the sleeve needs more lube.)
It Feels Amazing: Honestly, giving a handjob is pretty amazing as-is, but using the Fleshskins Blue Ice is a whole different type of sensation when giving someone a handjob with the Blue Ice. It’s a super soft, super-squishy material. It’s decently sticky on your hands (and on itself), but most of the “sticky” doesn’t really stick to your hands long-term. It’s just while you’re using the sleeve. It honestly feels like an amazing playtoy to control and use on my partner that allows me full control over the stroke length, the stroke tightness, and all of the other things I like to control during a handjob. How It Feels: Finally, some input from the bottom on this experience. He absolutely loves how this one feels. Between the various tightnesses the sleeve can have, the ability to slide the tip of the penis outside of the top of the sleeve for “zero” sensation (which makes it more intense when it’s put back inside), and the different, fully-accessible textures within the sleeve itself, he loves how variable the Fleshskins Blue Ice can be. He says, depending on the stroke and how things are going, it can vary from “it feels good” to “I’m going to cum in three strokes” – and that’s part of what he enjoys about it – especially from a domination/submissive perspective. It gives me a lot more control over the sensations – which gives him a lot of different, unexpected sensations when receiving them.
As you can see in the pictures, the Fleshlight Fleshskin comes with a storage stand. This is the Fleshskin’s “Custom Drying Case”. It’s kinda awesome, honestly. The thick, plastic base keeps the Fleshlight standing up pretty nicely, and it doesn’t topple over easily. Inside of that, the “post” where the FleshSkin dries is removable (if you want to remove it), and it’s especially simple to slide the masturbation sleeve onto the post when you’re done. I was worried about the aeration of the sleeve during the drying process, but after 7 uses, each time I come back a day later, the sleeve is fully dry and ready to put away. (It does require sitting out for a decent chunk of time, though. Like all masturbation sleeves, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the FleshSkins Blue Ice if you have nowhere to store an obvious sex toy for 24-ish hours to allow full drying before putting it into discreet storage). When the Fleshlight is dry, you just slip the lid onto it (and the lid twist-locks into place) and then slide the Fleshlight whereever you’d like. The case does a fantastic job of keeping the sleeve away from hair and lint – because it picks up a ton of hair and lint if you aren’t careful.
Speaking of cleaning, the Fleshlight Fleshskins Blue Ice is surprisingly easy to clean. As I mentioned before, the material is very, very stretchy and squishy. It makes it really simple to gently stretch the sleeve’s sides apart and allow the running water to run through it. The running water takes care of most of the clean-up, and you can gently squeeze and rub the sides of the sleeve together to loosen up the rest of the mess then let the water run through again. It stretches out really nicely as long as you’re gentle. I haven’t had any issues with tears – though I’m sure I’ll have one down-the-line if this continues to be such a well-loved toy. (Like all Fleshlight products, please don’t use any soap on the material. It can break it down. Just use as hot of water as you can stand and allow for some good ol’ elbow grease to clean your Fleshlight as best as possible. For the obvious reason, this means that your Fleshlight toys should be considered personal, fluid-bonded toys)
Overall, the Fleshlight Fleshskins Grips Blue Ice is an amazingly perfect sleeve for what it is: something that feels pleasurable and amazing. I really love it for couple’s play, and it’s really one of the best sleeves I’ve ever found for using “on” someone. It’s easy to take care of, has surprising attention to detail that I love, and is really good for one-handed use without needing adjustments.
