The dildo includes a hollow inner chamber that allows a flaccid penis to go inside it while the dildo itself is still firm enough to allow those without a penis to use it. This strap-on also comes with a harness that’s been specifically designed for use with this large dildo. The dildo is 10″ long with a diameter of 2.5″, and it’s made of phthalate-free rubber and PVC (and does contain latex). The harness is made from leather and includes metal D-rings for fasteners, and the harness is designed to fit a widest point up to 56″. Along with the black dildo, this toy is also made with a beige-colored dildo as well if that’s your preference.
When they came up with the name “extreme”, they really weren’t kidding. It may not seem it from the pictures, but you should definitely be aware that this dildo is on the larger side of what most people are going to be able to take – if they’re able to take it at all. It certainly will be easier to take this vaginally than it will anally, but both are still possible. This strap-on dildo does have a 2.5″ diameter, and it is 10″ in length. This is much longer and thicker than what a standard, average male penis is.
The selling point behind the Fetish Fantasy Extreme Hollow 10″ Strap-On is the fact that it is hollow. This means that a man can place his penis inside the strap-on in order to strap-on this cock comfortably. Some guys like to do this to experiment with pleasuring their partner with a differently-sized penis. Some guys enjoy the power-play behind “fucking someone but not being able to feel it”. Some guys have already ejaculated and want to continue having sex and pleasuring their partner. Some guys may not always be able to get an erection when they want, and this is their way of enjoying sex without the pressure of needing an erection. Regardless, the idea point behind this is to allow a guy to use the strap-on. However, the hollow core is completely firm (and made of plastic), so penis-less people can strap this one on without any issue as well. Depending on your sexual practices, this means both you and your partner can use this.
However, when it comes to a male using this and sliding his penis inside, be aware that there are some pretty intense limitations. As-in, he definitely can not be hard or even semi-erect. It won’t work if he is. He DEFINITELY will need to use some sort of lubricant to get his penis inside the tube. The inner tube is a hard plastic, and it’s not particularly long either (only about 4″ or 5″ – about half the length of the toy), so a super-long flaccid penis will feel kinda scrunched up too. Depending on how thick he is while flaccid, he may not be able to fit into this either. It was a tight fit, but we managed to make it work, but it definitely wasn’t nearly as “easy” as I thought it was going to be. The dildo is about 2.5″ in diameter, but I think the inner tube for the guy’s penis only is about an inch in diameter, so you’re going to want to plan accordingly – and definitely use tons of lubricant.
Once the toy is on, the base has been fully filed down, so it doesn’t have any pointy or sharp edges to press uncomfortably against the skin. However, be aware that the base is a fully plastic base, so unlike many strap-on dildos, you don’t have a soft, pliable material up against your body. It’s a hard, unforgiving one.It’s not particularly noticable or annoying unless you get into certain positions – like having your partner “ride” this cock while sitting on top makes it get uncomfortable very, very quickly, so I’d recommend a barrier between it and your skin, but even that may not work. Just avoid positions that place too much weight on the strap-on would be my recommendation.
The dildo itself is made from phthalate-free PVC. It does have a PVC scent to it, but it’s not horrendous. Take it out of the plastic bag and let it air out to help reduce the “shower curtain” smell that PVC is known for. But really, it’s not nearly as bad as some other toys I’ve smelled. It also doesn’t have any “slimey” feeling to it like some jelly or PVC toys have. It does have a sticky feeling to it, but that’s the stickyness of the toy material and not the PVC doing anything particularly weird. It just tends to be a sticky material (like silicone can be as well).
The inner plastic tubing extends to about half-way through the length of the dildo. This means that the tip of this dildo doesn’t have any firm, inner plastic core like the bottom half does. However, this doesn’t make it flimsy. The PVC material is still quite firm, and while the entire dildo does have a very slight plushy feeling to it, don’t expect it to help much during penetration. The plushyness is slightly noticable, but it does a great job of keeping its 2″ diameter. At the same time, since the tip isn’t fully rigid, if the long length ends up poking somewhere, the dildo will curve a bit instead of just producing a stabby pain, so that’s a positive as well.
It should be stated that there’s no way that the male partner can feel anything on his penis while wearing this toy. The dildo itself is 2.5″ in diameter while the tubing is 1″ in length, so that leaves quite a bit of extra “material” on all sides of the firm, plastic tubing. His penis will be safely tucked into the sex toy, but he will not be able to feel any sensations from the toy itself.
The Fetish Fantasy Extreme Hollow 10″ Strap-On dildo also comes with the harness that you’ll need to use the dildo. The dildo and harness don’t come with any instructions, but after you play around with it for a couple minutes, you’ll figure out how they’re supposed to fit together. The giant O-ring on the front of the harness is where the dildo fits in. This O-ring is attached to the harness, permanently, by the two upper straps. The lower part of the O-ring can be unvelcro’ed to slip in the dildo. Since this O-ring is gigantic, you really won’t be able to use this strap-on harness for any other toys while still expecting a pretty stable use. For this huge dildo, though, the giant O-ring size works. The harness also includes a hole in the harness where the flaccid penis can be pulled through to go inside the dildo. This hole is also about an inch in diameter, so lubricant and a pretty soft state are required to use this strap-on dildo.
The harness is pretty basic. It seems to be made out of a leather material, and it’s pretty thick. It’s not the most comfortable of harness because of how thick and unsoft the material of the harness is. The material may soften up with time, though, so that’s something to keep in mind. For my squishy body, the harness cuts into squishy areas uncomfortably. However, the harness is fully adjustable. The between-the-legs strap adjusts and the two hip straps adjust with dual D-rings. This is a G-string style harness, so it just has the single strap that runs between the legs. The harness is designed to fit body sizes up to 56″.
The Fetish Fantasy Extreme Hollow 10″ Strap-On is definitely something else. It’s a bit more intense than I bargained for, and I was really hoping that the inner tubing would extend throughout the entire dildo and not just half-way through. I was also surprised to find that the inner diameter was so small. We’ve made it work, but it’s not nearly as roomy and comfortable as was originally imagined – especially with a huge dildo of this size.
This isn’t a dildo that I’d recommend for most people – purely based on the size. If you know you love larger sizes or want to experiment with larger sizes, this one will work fantastically. However, do be aware that it’s a hulking giant of a dildo. It doesn’t have much of a tapered or gradual shape, so you’re going to start off trying to insert a diameter of 2.5″ – for that reason, it seems to work best if you were already using another toy/person beforehand. This works out well if you were planning on using this toy as an “add-on” to your sex after the male partner had ejaculated and was getting soft.
The harness works well for this dildo, but that’s about all the harness is going to do for you. It’s a specialized harness that was intentionally designed for this dildo. That’s great when it comes to this dildo. Because of its design, it really can’t get any more “stable”. It fits the dildo perfectly and even had a spot in the testicles where the O-ring strap goes to help hold the dildo on. However, the harness won’t work well for many other of your toys unless you happen to have a lot of other super-large dildos laying around. If you do (go you!), then this harness has a perfect O-ring size to accommodate them. The O-ring size is much, much larger than what you’d find on most standard harnesses, so if your toy collection happens to include a lot of huge toys, you may find that this harness is a better choice than a “normal” harness.
To clean this dildo and harness set, you’ll want to use your standard cleaning procedures. Use warm water and anti-bacterial soap to clean the dildo, and since the interior gets fluids into it as well, make sure to clean the inside. (The interior is a bit deep, so you might need to use one of those glass-cleaning brushes to get to the bottom of it.) The harness should be cleaned with a damp washcloth by wiping it down. The toy is compatible with any type of lubricant, and I’d highly recommend using a lubricant if inserting a penis into the interior of the dildo. For storage, the PVC of the dildo tends to pick up hair and stick to plastics, so I recommend keeping it in a cloth bag of some sort (if you can) or the original box.
As a side note, this toy definitely requires extra-extra large condoms. It fits the Trojan Skyn condoms, but barely, and the condoms are on the verge of breaking or snapping. As you’re probably not using the condoms for STD/pregnancy protection, that’s not an issue, but I’m using the condoms as the toy is made from PVC (also for easy clean-up).
Overall, the Fetish Fantasy Extreme Hollow 10″ Strap-On isn’t kidding when it says “Extreme”. The size of the dildo is intense, and you should definitely be prepared for a large toy when you receive it. The harness works particularly well for this dildo, and it will work well for other dildos of the very-above-average diameter. As long as the male is completely soft and tends to have an average-sized flaccid penis, this set can also be used by males as a great strap-on to extend pleasure.
