The Ellie Shoes Zane Purple/Clear Spiked 6″ Platform heels are beautiful, stunning heels available from Tabu Toys. As best as I can tell, they only go up to a size 10. These heels have a high platform and a stiletto heel, and they would probably best be classified as a “stripper heel”. The heels include a 6″ platform, and they include purple highlights along with zipper detailing and some “silver spike” detailing that makes some of the plastic look like spikes. It’s beautiful, really.
I am SO, SO in love with these heels! Beyond in love, really! They just are so beautiful on my feet! I’d be lying if I said I can walk easily in them, but they look absolutely stunning. The shoes have a lot of attention to detail, and with the purple and the detailing, they don’t look like your average “stripper heel”. They really stand out, and the high platform and heel make them look super sexy. With the design, it doesn’t make my feet look squished or anything either. I’m really super in love with these!
Even around my plus-sized ankles, the shoes were easily able to fasten. Around my partner’s skinnier ankles, the shoes could also be fastened, so the ankle strap on the Zane Purple/Clear Spiked 6″ Platforms is very easily adjusted to various ankle sizes. Mine requires fastening on one of the larger sizes (I have a calf measurement of around 19 circumference inches), but it still fastens without too much effort, so if you’re concerned about the ankle measurement, keep that in mind (I always am with most shoes).
I was also a bit concerned with the width of the shoes, but my concerns were unfounded. It’s much, much more important that you get the length of the shoe correct. These Zane stripper heels have a semi-small toe fabric area, so if your feet are a bit too small or are sliding around, you could easily slide your toes out of this area and slip and fall. It would not be that hard to do. However, the toe area had enough room for my feet with ease – even though I sometimes wear size “Wide Width” shoes, so I was very happy to see that as well.
Y’know what’s even weirder? These purple stripper heels are surprisingly comfortable to walk in. I think it’s because of the ankle straps that hold everything steady partnered with the high platform, but they are very comfortable to walk around in. They aren’t “easy” to walk around in, by far, since I’m not used to any towering heels, but I didn’t find my feet hurting while I walked around in them for a couple hours doing chores. I was slow-going and terrified of falling (hence why I took them off in the end), but never once did I get a blister or did my feet get rubbed the wrong way. I find this amazing since most of my “regular” heels usually hurt somewhere, but these are just really comfortable!
Overall, these purple stripper heels are just absolutely amazing. Beyond amazing, really. The Ellie Shoes Zane Purple/Clear Spiked 6″ Platforms are really cute, look pretty “rocker-chic”, and look just plain badass. Make sure that you have the correct foot “length” and that’s really what’s important, and the shoes are pretty flexible with plus-sized feet as well which is awesome.
