Launched in July 2006 by a husband-and-wife team, SheVibe exploded into the sex toy industry with their focus on comprehensive product information before your purchase. At a time when “buy generic butt plug” was the only option you had, SheVibe’s focus on providing in-house measurements, material, care, and vibration intensities was a huge breath of fresh air.
Along with SheVibe’s education-first approach, the retailer is also known for their creative, sex-forward illustrations. Primarily created by Marvel illustrator Alex Kotkin and graphic and web design Keith Beresnoy, SheVibe has become famous for these sex-positive mini-comics and web banners.
