The Tantus Eaze is a small anal butt plug made by Tantus for those who prefer a very slim dildo. It is about five inches long with a diameter of about an inch. It’s made of body-safe silicone, and it features a flared base for anal safety. It doesn’t have any place for a hole for a vibrating bullet, but a vibrator could be placed up against the base if desired. The Tantus Eaze has a realistic dildo design with a pronounced head and a veiny shaft.
As always, the packaging for the Tantus Eaze is very basic. It is a clear plastic box that is see-through so you can see the Tantus Eaze through the packaging. Inside the box, the Tantus Eaze sits in a tray that slides out to allow you to get it. Like most of my Tantus boxes, this one has starting cracking along the edges, so I really don’t recommend it for long-term storage. With the small size of the Tantus Eaze, it can easily be stored in a small plastic baggie.
The Tantus Eaze has a pretty basic design. It’s like a regular-sized realistic dildo – but it’s much smaller in diameter and slightly smaller in length. The head is pretty pronounced, and it can definitely be felt during use. The texture, as well, while not as easily felt, can be felt during use, and the texture also means you’ll probably want to add extra lubricant for using to make sure the texture is well lubricated. The silicone anal dildo is pretty flexible, and it can be bent in half relatively easily. The toy also features a flared base which makes it harness-compatible, but due to the smaller length, this may not be a good choice for all harness wearers.
The biggest issue with this anal toy is the fact that it’s classified as a plug; it honestly don’t work well as a plug – at all. It doesn’t stay in like it should, and the long length really seems awkward for long periods of constant usage. Even underwear pressing against it doesn’t seem to keep the “plug” from sliding out. It just doesn’t seem to have enough of a difference between the plug itself and the retention area, and the texture on the shaft seems to cause the lubricant to go away even faster which requires more frequent lubricant applications which is something nobody likes to deal with.
However, the Tantus Eaze Silicone Anal Toy does work as an anal dildo pretty nicely. All the faults that make it an annoying butt plug work well for it as a dildo. The texture, the boyfriend tells me, feels really pleasurable as long as it’s well-lubricated, and there isn’t any “huge size difference” that causes too much strain on the anal muscles for fast thrusting. The base makes it easy to hold, and the small diameter makes it amazingly suitable for beginners and intermediate users. Plus, he mentions that the head and the realistic shape add to the fantasy for anyone who is interesting in a realistic toy but can never find one as most realistic dildos are larger in diameter.
He says that all of those things come together to make a really good anal dildo. He mentions that, as he regularly uses anal toys, the size is actually a bit small for him, but he says it would have been perfect when he was just starting. He also mentions that, unlike other anal toys, this one seems to work best for thrusting instead of rocking on it. He mentions that the flexibility of the silicone makes rocking not feel quite as good, but the slimness of the shaft lends itself well to thrusting instead. He does also mention that, because of the silicone’s flexibility, it can take a couple tries to insert it, but he mentions that it isn’t nearly as bad as some other, softer, silicone toys we own (like the VixSkin Spur). It does require having an extra hand there to stabilize the toy so it goes in instead of bending when trying to insert though.
For cleaning, as this is a silicone sex toy, it is non-porous. You can cover it in a condom if you’d like, for multiple-partner use, or you can boil it after use for sterilization. For regular cleaning, you can use warm soap and water. To reduce any after-smells, we find that it works best to allow the toy to soak in soapy water for quiet awhile after using it. It’s compatible with only water-based lubricant, and for storage, while it isn’t the biggest lint-grabber out there, it does attract lint, so you may want to keep this dildo in a small plastic baggie.
Overall, the Tantus Ease anal dildo works fantastically well as a smaller version of a realistic anal dildo. The head feels pleasurable, the texture adds a nice aspect, and the smaller diameter lends itself well to beginners or those who don’t like a larger anal toy. The flexibility of the Tantus Eaze does make things a bit more annoying for insertion, but it also makes it more comfortable during usage as well. If you want a realistic-looking anal dildo but can’t handle the larger diameter of most of them, the Tantus Ease definitely fits that requirement.
