The Golden Curved Love Wand is a luxury glass dildo made by Phallix. The dildo is double-ended, and you can choose between both a 3/4″ and a 1″ diameter dildo, and both sizes are seven inches long.
The packaging for the Phallix is a bit overdone. Like all Phallix glass dildos, the dildo comes in a large, plastic, blister-pack-type packaging that includes the dildo, a little book about Phallix, and a velvet storage pouch for the dildo. The packaging is much larger than the dildo itself, so you probably don’t want to keep it for storage. As for the pouch, the pouch for storage is cute and a nice, drawstring bag that holds tight, but it is not padded, so if you really fall in love with this sex toy, you may want to invest in a padded bag that will really keep it safe.
The Golden Curved Love Wand comes in two different sizes – 3/4″ and 1″. Both are pretty thin sizes compared to most dildos – which are usually about 1 1/4-2″ in diameter. Make sure to keep the small diameter in mind when looking at purchasing this toy because, if you hate smaller diameter toys, this may not be the best choice for you. As for me, though, I absolutely love the diameter, and as you’ll read, it really does help make the texture of the glass dildo stand out so much more because of the smaller diameter.
The Golden Curved Love Wand is a double-ended dildo. This means that you actually get two different “sides” for use. You really can’t share this one with a partner at the same time (which is what most people think of for “double-ended dildo”), but you can use either end at one time for different sensations. One of the sides has a really nice swirling along the shaft that leads up to the tip (which has a larger-diameter head, but it isn’t too pronounced) while the opposing side has the same head, but instead of swirls, there are large bumps that dot the shaft. I personally prefer the swirled side so much more than the bumped side, but both sides are definitely pleasurable, and for whichever side you aren’t using, the opposing side’s texture provides a good handle.
I absolutely love the color and the design of this glass dildo. It’s hard to describe, but the glass dildo itself is clear and smooth to the touch. The designs and texture on the dildo are a pink color at first glance, but when you catch them right under the light, they are a golden shine to them. It’s actually really, really beautiful, and while I can’t really explain it well through words, if you look at the pictures and watch some of the EdenFantasys videos, you can begin to see some of the beautiful of the pink and gold that is in the texture.
For use, I find that the Golden Curved Love Wand is really unique because of the small size. Most glass toys and other sex toys are usually not this small in diameter. It’s about the same size as the Bent Graduate in terms of size. Because of how pronounced Phallix made the texture, you can easily feel each one of the ridges and each one of the dots on the shaft of the toy, and that really adds an interesting dynamic to this dildo. It’s actually one of my favorite texture-dildos for that reason. Some textured dildos are already pretty large, so adding in the texture can just seem too intense. With the Golden Curved Love Wand, the toy is pretty small to start with, so when you add in the texture, it feels like the entire focus is on the texture, and as long as you’re well-lubricated and enjoy texture, it can feel downright amazing! I really like how they did the texture on this one because it is so pronounced and pleasurable.
Cleaning this dildo is really simple because it’s a glass dildo. You just have to use warm water and mild soap in order to clean it. Because of the small size, you can also very easily place it into a condom to keep it safe and make cleaning easier. It’s compatible with all types of lubricant, and as long as you keep it away from places where it could get scratched or dropped, you can easily store this phallix glass dildo wherever you’d like.
Overall, if you tend to like slimmer toys (like me!), love glass (like me!), and enjoy a very pronounced texture (also like me!), you’ll love the Golden Curved Love Wand by Phallix. It’s high-quality, it’s absolutely beautiful, and it has two different ends for two separate sensations.
