UPDATE APRIL 2020: The Emotional Bliss Isis Finger Massager is no longer in production. This finger vibrator review page remains as a reference for those who are interested in information about the massager.
The Isis Finger Massager was created to be the smallest intimate massager in the world! The massager is very small in size at about two inches long, and it is made from plastic. It is also rechargeable, and it includes three different finger sleeves to make sure you can have the most perfect fit when using the Isis. The vibrations, at 80Hz, are specially-created for women between 18 to 30 years of age.
The packaging is pretty basic. It comes in a cardboard box that shows off the features of the toy on the packaging. It also comes with all three different finger sleeves. It also comes with the instruction manual and the charger. The instruction manual is very thorough, and it talks about all of the ways to use the toy, the other Emotional Bliss toys, the stages of orgasm, and other information. It’s full-color and really neat to look through too!
This Isis vibrator is actually an upgraded version of the old Isis vibrator. You can see a review over the Old Isis Vibrator. This new Isis vibrator comes in a vibrant, bright green instead of old blue color, and it also has been made 30% quieter than what it previously had been. It also can now run for 5 hours on a single charge. With all of those changes added to it, I wanted to try it out.
The unique thing about the Emotional Bliss Isis is the fact that it includes multiple-sized finger sleeves. It includes three different finger-sized sleeves. As the manufacturers of Emotional Bliss knew, one size finger sleeve does not fit everyone, and as they made the toy of plastic, they wanted everyone to be able to use it. My finger fits perfectly into the medium-sized finger sleeve, and larger male/female hands will probably easily fit into the large sleeve. The small sleeve is pretty darned small, and it will probably only work for those who have very, very small fingers. Each one of the sleeves slides comfortably onto the Isis, and once your finger is in the sleeve, the Isis feels very firmly attached to your finger – almost like it’s a part of your finger. Each one of the sleeves slides off easily as well, but I’ve had no issues with them sliding off during use.
As one of the only finger massagers that is, the Emotional Bliss Isis is also rechargeable. The charging port is actually right underneath the finger sleeve, so make sure that your fingers aren’t too lubricated when you slide them into the finger sleeve. It actually can be charged right through the finger clip as well; you don’t have to remove it. The Isis will light up when it is charging, and the instructions say to expect a 12 hour charge. (Woah!) However, it should be able to be used for 5 hours, so do just remember to charge it in advance, and the charge time won’t get in the way. The Isis should not be left uncharged for long periods of time, and the instructions say that it could harm it if it is.
The vibrations are, unfortunately, where I really get let down. They are very, very buzzy. The buzziness is actually almost annoying to my ears. It’s just way too high of a frequency to actually be felt as good vibrations in the skin. As it just as the one vibration speed (which is operated by the push-button on the end of the Isis massager), you just have the one speed to enjoy and no way to turn it up or down. As the frequency of the vibrations is just so high, though, it almost feels like nothing is being vibrated at all. However, according to the instruction manual, the Isis was intended to be one of the smallest finger vibrators out there while the Chandra, it’s partner toy, was intended for the power. If you want the power, you might want to go with the Chandra (also sold on EdenFantasys) instead.
In case you are curious, here are the vibrational frequencies for each of the vibrators in the Emotional Bliss line:
Isis – 80Hz
Chandra – 110Hz
Womolia Heat – 80Hz / 120Hz / 150Hz
Femblossom Heat – 80Hz / 120Hz / 150Hz
Other reviewers have complained about the noise, but I do think Emotional Bliss has brought down the noise that it makes. It does, however, still emit an obvious buzz that could be heard in the same room. I don’t think it could be heard outside of a closed door though. With that in mind, you really couldn’t use it in a bathroom or in a quiet room without being noticed. I wish they could bring down the noise level farther as this toy seems like it would be a perfect toy for those public types of play because it just fits so naturally on your finger.
Cleaning this is pretty simple. Do NOT submerge it into water or into running water, though, as the charging port is completely uncovered. The instructions say to wipe it down with a slightly-damp washcloth for best results and NOT to use a cleaning wipe on it. As all Emotional Bliss products include antibacterial agents in their material, the cleaning wipe could harm those antibacterial agents.
The Emotional Bliss Isis is a small little vibrator, and it does fit very comfortably on the finger. It really does feel like a natural extension to your finger, and it’s one of the most comfortable and secure finger vibrators I’ve ever used. However, because of the high-frequency and buzzy vibrations, this toy will just not get used that often by me. If you know you like buzzier vibrations, though, this one is worth checking out. As for me, I think I’m going to check out the Chandra because I love this design, but the vibrations on the Isis are just a bit too buzzy.
