ClimaxBursts Anti-Bacterial Toy Cleaner is a four fluid ounce bottle of toy cleaner made by Topco Sales. The bottle includes a pop-top for operation, and it’s an anti-bacterial toy cleaner that cleans your toys gently to avoid harming them. The little beads of green and yellow are beads of Vitamin E which are supposed to help condition your toys to help improve and make the material long-lasting.
The bottle for this toy cleaner is really cute. It’s see-through and shows off the inner toy cleaner really nicely. The bottle is pretty discreet, and it looks like hand-soap aside from the very tiny text that says “Toy Cleaner”. Some people might even think that it’s a children’s toy cleaner, so I wouldn’t worry about this one being left in public. The bottle does look really cute, though!
It’s very easy to use, but the top of the bottle is probably the largest annoyance for us. The top pops off really nicely, and it makes it easy to dispense, but with a mixture of the thick consistency of the cleaner as well as the tightness of the bottle, you definitely have to apply some pressure in order to get the toy cleaner to come out. This isn’t too big of a deal right now, but I worry that, as the bottle gets more empty, the cleaner may not come out with a large fight.
The neat thing about this is how amazing is smells; I mean, it smells REALLY amazing! I was surprised. How great does it smell? The boyfriend just finished cleaning up a batch of toys that we had just used, and he came into the living room. I went “Why’d you put on cologne?”, and we had a conversation about how he hadn’t. After talking about it a bit more, we figured out that the scent was the toy cleaner. If the toy cleaner can smell sexy enough to be thought of as perfume or cologne, I’m definitely all-in. The smell is not overpowering at all, and unlike other toy cleaners, the smell of the ClimaxBursts doesn’t smell clinical or chemical. It just smells a bit like a sexy body soap you enjoy lathering up with. The smell will last for a bit on your hands, but after you rinse your toy afterwards, you really can’t smell the scent on the toy. It’s basically the perfect mixture of scent.
To be honest, we almost always use a sex toy cleaner when we’re cleaning up our toys. We have hand soap, but hand soap usually leaves a bit of an awkward scent on toys, and we just really don’t like the scent. Plus, hand soap was made to clean hands while the Climax Bursts Toy Cleaner was made to clean sex toys. I’ll err on the side of specifically-formulated almost-always.
The little beads inside of the sex toy cleaner are supposed to be Vitamin E beads that are made for skin protection. I honestly can’t tell you how or if it helps the skin, but sometimes, the little beads do not pop. They pop best if you are going to be scrubbing down, roughly, your toy, but most of the toy, we do a light scrub-down and light the toy soak in hot water while we pour in some Climax Bursts Toy Cleaner and swish and scrub some’more. It doesn’t take much to rinse off the little beads, though, if they don’t pop, and the vast majority of the beads pop with no problem.
This cleaner should last you a really long time. I’m surprised by how long it has lasted us. We have the average bottle, and after about 30 different cleaning of toys, we still have over half of the bottle left. That’s quite a few different toys that can be cleaned on just one bottle!

The active ingredient (which is what cleans) is the Triclosan at 30% with inactive ingredients being: Acrylates Copolymer, Ascrobyl Palmitate, Cellulose, Chromium Hydroxide Green, Cocamidopropyl Bectaine, Coco-Glucoside, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance, Glyceryl Oleate, Hydroxpropyl methylcellulose, Iron Oxide, Lactose, Mannitol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Polyquaternium-7, Propylene Glycol, Alcohol, Sodium Olefin Sulfonate, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Water.
This is currently one of our favorite toy cleaners. It can definitely be a bit hard to squeeze at times, but the scent and the little beads make it perfect for cleaning most of our toys. It bubbles up really nicely, and it lathers great as well. This helps keep our toys clean, and we definitely like using it.
