Another one of my new Amazon purchases included this collar. I was very excited about owning it since my slave had looked at it on the website and was very excited to have a collar like this. It’s made my Sparticus, and I’ve seen it on another websites besides Amazon with positive reviews, so I wasn’t afraid of making this purchase.
This one came packaged directly from Sparticus and was tightly (but not too tightly) wound in a plastic box for shipping. It was surrounded by packaging peanuts on the outside, so no harm was done to the toy in the slightest.
Once I received it, I took it directly out of the package and placed it on my slave. He absolutely loved the feel of it, and I must also say that I was pleasantly surprised with the feel of the leather. It’s very soft on the outside of the leather, and the inside is more rough, but not uncomfortable by any means. The lettering on the collar is just slightly notched with metal into the backside of the leather. With time, I assume the lettering would start to fall off, but in the last two weeks of constant use, none of the lettering has shown any signs of wear.
The collar itself is less than an inch height-wise, and length-wise it’s about 24 inches. The buttons that secure the collar are notched in one-inch intervals at the end of the collar. My slave is a tiny guy, so the collar fit him easily. I’d assume most regular (and most overweight) subs would be able to wear it as well. Unless you have a large neck, I assume you’d fit into this collar easily. The buttons hold the collar on tightly, and most likely would hold it on if you chose to tie something around the collar to lead someone around.
That having been said, this collar doesn’t have any sort of o-ring to attach a leash of any sort if you’re looking to put a leash onto the collar. It makes a great collar for 24/7 play or even play that doesn’t include a leash. A warm washcloth with soap slightly dampened with water would be able to easily clean it.
