This silicone plug‘s claim to fame is its weighted design. There are additional weights inside of the plug’s thickest insertable width. Adding weight helps anchor the plug inside of the butt while also adding feelings of “fullness” to the wearing experience.

Amplifying the weighted functionality is the extra-long, extra-slim retention area. This long, slim area and t-shaped base are made from super-flexible silicone. The flexibility adds to the comfort while the super-slim design means the plug stays in the body better.

The plug featured in this Booty Buddy review is the size Small. Double-check all measurements with MEO.de before purchasing, but at the time of publication, the small is 4.6″ in total length with an insertable length of 4″ and a diameter of 1.2″ at the widest point.

Deliciously Weighted

The Booty Buddy‘s claim to fame is simply its weighted design. It’s not fancy. It’s not full of mechanical features. It simply features extra weights in the insertable end that make the plug feel heavier and provide more pressure while it’s inside the body.

It’s a simple design, but it’s an effective one! Unlike a standard plug that can eventually be “easy” to forget, the weight of the Booty Buddy ensures that you constantly feel like something is in there.

That’s it. Nothing moves, vibrates, or takes power. The insertable end of the Booty Buddy just happens to have additional weight added to it, changing how impressively “full” you’ll feel while wearing it.

Not only is it simple yet effective, but it’s also completely quiet. It makes no noise. So you get a plug that provides constant stimulation while not making a bit of sound. You get bonus sensation with no noise, which makes for an easy-to-use, no-battery plug that still “behaves” just like an average non-weighted plug.

Worth noting: there is no feeling of “movement” or anything with the Booty Buddy. It feels heavier than your average plug, but the weight is stationary and built into the plug. It doesn’t have any sort of interior empty chamber for the weight to move around in. It’s just a heavier-than-average plug with a great design.

Booty Buddy Review: Does It Stay In?

The really thin retention area (I talk about retention areas here) means that the plug stays in really nicely. That extra weight doesn’t try to force itself back out of the body; it reinforces the internal position with extra weight on the inside of the body trying to keep it inside.

This design, along with the b-Vibe Snug Plugs, has to be one of the most stay-put designs we’ve ever used. The super-slim retention area means the plug really stays. This is one of those plugs that he can take to the gym or bustle around all evening while serving my friends drinks. The super-slim retention area, paired with the thicker plug itself, means it stays in well while walking, standing, and even the occasional squatting down.

That being said, I’d definitely recommend picking up a Booty Buddy that’s near your usual anal play sizes. Despite this plug’s impressive stay-put design, if your hole is used to a diameter of 2″, the 1.2″ Small plug will still feel a little wobbly. If you know you want it to stay in, choose a plug that matches or is near your usual “max” to give your muscles the best chance of it staying.

Easy Public Play

The Booty Buddy is a quick and easy win for public play scenarios. It doesn’t make noise. It stays in effortlessly. The weight means that it’s always on your mind, and as soon as you adjust yourself or move around, you feel its presence again. The flexible base is comfortable to sit on, and it feels comfortable on most surfaces. (It can feel a little point-y when sitting on hardwood chairs.)

That’s it, though. Really. It’s impressively well-suited to public play. While I generally gravitate towards toys that allow more interactivity when someone is wearing them, this is one of my first choices if I need complete quiet or want them to wear a plug without worrying about it sliding out or causing hassle during whatever activities we’re doing.

It’s gone out to a pumpkin patch, a bar and grill to watch the game, and it even went out to the gym on back and biceps day. (We haven’t been adventurous enough to try a plug on leg day. Maybe someday.)
