Double-ended dildos have had their spotlight in adult videos and fantasies for a long, long time – and why not? For some people, it’s extremely erotic experience, but finding the perfect double-ended dildo for such activities may not always lead to the sensations both parties want to end. That’s where the Double Dildo Strap Connector from the Sh! Women’s Store comes in. Made from neoprene, this accessory allows you to insert two dildos into the connector – base to base – and button the buttons. So simple, but after inserting them, you’ll have a double-ended toy made entirely from your own favorite toys.
Sh! doesn’t spare any expense with the packaging for this double dildo connector. The connector comes packaged in a white box with a foam padding. The box includes a lid as well and is entirely square in design, so it’s extremely easy to wrap this toy up for gifting purposes. The packaging, however, doesn’t have any information about the connector, but really, there’s not much necessary. You’ll figure it out quickly.
The Double Dildo Strap Connector was designed to be easy-to-use – and it is. The strap easily unsnaps to reveal two separate flaps of neoprene – both with a hole through the middle. Each neoprene’s flap’s hole was designed to have a dildo slipped through it – with the bases touching each other in the middle. Only standard, flat flared bases will work in these. You’ll want particularly slim bases as well. Most of the visions of Bad Dragon toys, Fuze silicone toys, or oddly-shaped bases won’t work. It works perfectly for most of the toys sold by Sh! Women’s Store as well as many Tantus or Vixen Creations toys. Anything with a standard, flat base in terms of base compatibility.
It definitely does need to be noted that this Double Dildo Connector was designed for small-to-medium toys. Size queens and kings will likely need to modify this connector (and weaken the durability) or consider a different option. You can pretty much go as slim as you want (thickness wise) without much of an issue, but trying to get my Tantus Gary O2 in here (which has a diameter of 1.5″) definitely seems to be about the limit for what these holes were designed to take. It was a very tight fit – and the Gary O2 isn’t a particularly thick toy to begin with! I was definitely concerned about ripping while putting it in. I would love to see an alternative option for thicker toys from Sh! Women’s Store – or maybe just a rebuilt design that allows interchangeable O-rings to allow for the perfect fit for all types of options. Either way, choosing to use this toy with a smaller or standard-sized dildo will ensure everything fits without rips.
As for the durability, however, if you use the connector how it was designed, it doesn’t look like you’ll have too much of a problem. The only concern I have with the connector is the size of the holes on either side. I imagine that regular stretching of these holes to accommodate larger-than-designed dildos will end up tearing the neoprene. As the neoprene just seems to be a single layer of neoprene without much stitching or reinforcing done, it’s definitely possible to rip it. I think the biggest danger to safety will be trying to insert too-large toys. It doesn’t look like anything you’ll do would rip the toy during use.
While manufacturer-made double-ended dildos will work just fine for some people, others are going to prefer the flexibility of the Double Dildo Strap Connector. After all, many of the double-ended dildos are made of concerning materials. Aside from that fact, though, it’s quite possible that the two people enjoying a double-ended dildo together just enjoy two separate sensations. Maybe one person loves a thick dildo with lots of texture. The other may prefer a slender toy with a g-spot curve. Good luck finding those two items on the same double-ended dildo. That’s where the Dildo Double Strap Connector comes in. It’ll allow you to use your own two favorite toys.
Since this is going to get near lube and genital areas, this is definitely something you want to clean – and the neoprene material of the connector makes it simple. Use warm water and anti-bacterial soap to rinse down the entirety of the connector. It’s entirely waterproof, so you can submerge and clean the connector as much as roughly as you’d like. As for storage, it’s, again, very flexible, so you can store it however you’d like as well. Just try to avoid crumpling it into a ball.
Overall, the Double Dildo Strap Connector is going to be a dream accessory for people who want to experiment with a double-ended dildo that’s on the smaller size, width-wise. Not only is it easy to use and clean, but it’s extremely affordable, and it does its job – and does it well – without requiring any fancy instructions or tools. While I’d love to see Sh! Women’s Store offer one that’s better suited for larger toys, this one is certainly going to become a favorite for people who have been unsatisfied with manufacturer-designed double-dildo offerings. Thanks to Sh! Women’s Store for providing this make your own double dildo strap for my Double Dildo Strap Connector review.
