The box for this foot harness is a thin cardboard box. It shows details about the strap-on harness as well as pictures of the harness in use (PG-rated). Inside the box, you’ll find the harness itself as well as a page of instructions with pictures about how to use the harness. The box seems to have some issues staying shut, and the O-ring continually falls out of the box, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this box for storage. Instead, get a plastic bag or storage bag, and it will keep all of the pieces together in a much more reliable fashion.
This is definitely a unique type of strap-on harness. Instead of strapping onto your waist, this strap-on harness allows you to strap a dildo onto your foot. By slipping your foot into the harness and then attaching the dildo, you can either strap a dildo onto the back of your heel (for solo use) or to the bottom of your foot (for partner use). The Heeldo harness also includes multiple O-rings so you can use the Heeldo harness with larger-diameter dildos or smaller-diameter dildos – it’s really up to what you prefer.
The instructions list six steps to putting on this foot strap-on harness. There is a picture guide to help you out, and there are some words labeling the Heeldo harness itself to help with remembering which way to insert your foot for which position. (Depending on whether you want to use the Bottom or Rear configuration, you insert your foot differently.) After that, you unsnap the metal snaps, like a regular harness, and insert the dildo through the O-ring. Like a regular harness, you then are good to go, but it’s recommended that you adjust the various straps along the harness to get the perfect, snug fit with your dildo.
There is definitely a learning curve for this strap-on harness. A huge one, really. It just looks really confusing when you first take it out. I definitely recommend trying it on BEFORE the sexy things are to begin. Once you’ve figured out how to put it on, it’s much, much easier to use subsequent times, and you won’t have to feel like an idiot when you can’t figure out how to put it on. Plus, if you try it on ahead of time, you can adjust the tightness to be as close as possible to the correct fit so you don’t want to be adjusting and messing with things later. Once you know what you’re doing, though, this foot strap-on harness is easier to use.
There isn’t too much adjustment that can be made to the size of the harness. There appears to be a bit of adjustment to the harness that can be made along the widest portion of the foot (from front of foot to the heel at a diagonal angle). This is a small buckle that can be loosened or tightened. For best results, though, I definitely recommend choosing the correct size for your foot to make sure that the Heeldo harness will fit comfortably on your foot.
As for use, it really depends on how you want to use it as to which way the Heeldo will work better for you. If you’re hoping to use it on yourself, then the Rear-Heel position will set up the dildo on the back of your heel. This way, you can lower your body onto the dildo with your heel behind you. I must admit to not seeing much of a point of this position. When we tried it, it caused some cramping and discomfort in the calf and knees from holding the position so long against the floor. Doing it on the bed was better. However, it really didn’t beat using a Liberator BonBon or other suction-cup-type-dildos to “hold” the dildo down while thrusting onto it. For those with a foot fetish, though, I can see the Heeldo providing a unique toy in that situation, but if you’re an average person, I’m not sure using the Heeldo harness for masturbation will be the most comfortable out there.
For partner use, though, I definitely see more of an applicable use. In the Bottom-Heel position, the dildo rests on the bottom of your foot against the heel, and you can use a “pushing” type motion with your foot to thrust a dildo into someone. Again, for someone with a foot fetish, I could see this being amazingly great. It’s not as easy as using your hand or using a strap-on harness on your hips, but considering how hard it would be to “hold” a dildo with your foot otherwise, the Heeldo foot harness provides a very unique benefit for this use. It leaves the toes free, so you could wiggle the toes on more sensitive areas while using the heel and the dildo on someone. As a note, there isn’t too much flexiblility you can do with thrusting with your heel (it’d be easier to thrust with the part of your foot near the toes), but your partner can easily push against it, and you can get some minimal thrusting going on with just the heel without bending the knees too much and accidentally letting the dildo slip out.
To clean this foot strap-on harness, you’ll want to use warm water and antibacterial soap. As this will end up near bodily fluids, make sure to consider it fluid-bonded because the material isn’t sterilizable. After you’re done cleaning it, put it, and all of the pieces, into its own bag to keep track of all of the items. The instructions also can be folded up and put into the bag too.
Overall, for a foot fetishist, this feet strap-on harness is amazing. Really, there’s nothing else that compares to it. Just like the chin strap-on harness, the thigh strap-on harness, hand-strap on harness, though, it’s more of a “niche” type of harness, and you should definitely consider how you’re going to use it before purchasing. The Heeldo Harness does what it claims, though, and you can easily strap an O-ring compatible dildo onto your foot to use for masturbation or with your partner.
