The Tenga Sleeve 3D is a new male masturbation sleeve created by Tenga and sold by Babeland Sex Toys. It’s available in multiple designs, and the end of the Tenga Sleeve 3D is closed to create suction. The Tenga Sleeve 3D will stretch from 5″ to 9″, and the texture you see on my picture actually becomes the texture on the inside of the sleeve. The Tenga Sleeve 3D is made from TPE, and it stretches quite a bit to accomodate a wide variety of sizes.
The packaging for the Tenga Sleeve 3D is really where it captures my heart. Not only is the packaging functional, but it also can display the Tenga Sleeve 3D as well! Again, packaging that’s after my heart as I, as a toy collector, love displaying my sex toys.
The packaging consists of multiple parts – it has a black, plastic base that says “Tenga 3D Spiral” right on the base, and in tiny print, it says “The New Concept Hole”. Honestly, as progressive as I’ve seen some art look, this little guy could honestly be mistaken for a piece of art and easily can sit out. As long as you don’t store lubricant or anything on the underside of the stand (it’s hollow), it’s very discreet. Up from this plastic base, there is a plastic “pole” with a flat top. Be careful when taking the masturbator off the packaging the first time as the “top” came with the sleeve, and as it’s plastic, if I hadn’t paid attention, that would have been a nice “surprise” for the boyfriend.
Along with the packaging itself, it comes with a plastic “lid” that can sit on top of this little stand in order to keep the lint and dust off of the masturbator. On the plus-side, it makes the Tenga Sleeve 3D look even more like a piece of art. Along with this, the male masturbator comes with some instructions and a sample of lubricant.
So not only does the packaging display the male masturbation sleeve really nicely, but the base with its pole can easily be used to store the sleeve while it’s drying. It holds the male masturbation sleeve up so it can dry the most quickly; I recommend leaving the plastic see-through lid off of the Tenga Sleeve 3D while letting it dry for the fastest results.
While the design is the neatest part of the Tenga Sleeve 3D, it seems like the design was intended to be the actual INSIDE of the sleeve – instead of the outside like you’d think. The Tenga Sleeve 3D easily reverses itself without any effort, so the “design” you see on the outside (in my case, the spiral) will be the texture on the inside.
The boyfriend remarked that he really liked the fact that the Tenga Sleeve 3D came with a closed end. He remarked the material of the Tenga Sleeve 3D is stretchy (like the Tenga Egg, but not QUITE that stretchy), so if you are longer, the closed end will not be a problem for you. He liked that the closed end allowed him to squeeze tighter or loosen for different masturbation sensations, and he’s one of those that loves lots of pressure from his male masturbation sleeves, so he says that the Tenga Sleeve 3D gave him the pressure that he’s used to from using the Fleshlights. Not quite full-strength as a Fleshlight, but he said it was definitely enough.
When it came to the texture, this one is the Tenga Spiral which has the spiral running along the entire length of the male masturbation sleeve. Not only does it spiral, but the spirals themselves have little ridges in them as well. Putting the two together, the boyfriend says it feels really good when in use. He mentions that he wishes the spirals a bit more pronounced, but he says that it’s just as pleasurable as some of the Fleshlight textures out there.
He particularly mentions liking the Tenga Spiral 3D because it’s so close to a hand but not quite. With the Tenga Egg, the texture was almost a bit too thin to really enjoy. He says that the Tenga Spiral 3D is thick enough to really let you know that there “is” a male masturbation sleeve, but it’s also thin enough and stretchy enough that you can easily squeeze and loosen during use, so it’s like having a better “addition” to what your hand already does. Plus, as the Tenga Spiral 3D has a closed end, he remarked that it makes clean-up much easier afterwards.
Speaking of that, cleaning the Tenga Sleeve 3D is pretty simple. You just want to use warm water and soap through the material itself and make sure you get enough in there to rinse out the end of the sleeve. Once you do that, you can easily stick it on the stand to allow it to dry. It doesn’t dry uber-fast, but it dries much faster on the stand than it does while laying down on a surface. The Tenga Sleeve 3D is compatible with all types of lubricant, and as long as you keep the plastic lid over top of the male masturbation sleeve, it won’t pick up any lint on the material.
Overall, the Tenga Sleeve 3D seems to be an improvement on the Tenga Eggs and other disposal male masturbation sleeves that Tenga has made. It has a beautiful way to display it (or just keep it discreet!), and the reversability makes it much easier to clean and much easier to really see exactly what you’ll be getting “into”. Plus, because the material is so stretchy, it’s very easy to control the exact sensations that you’ll be feeling.
