The Crystal Delights Crystal Minx Plug with Tail is a glass butt plug with a real fur tail attached sold by Crystal Delights. The tail is large and fluffy, and you can choose from multiple styles. The tail is attached very firmly through the base of the glass anal plug, and as long as you don’t go all-out with a tug-of-war, the tail will stay firmly attached for regular usage.
Oh my goodness, I can’t explain how much I want to cuddle the tail of this! I absolutely LOVE the tail! It’s so amazingly soft and realistic. It has beautiful, beautiful coloring to it, and it really does feel long and luscious between your legs (says the submissive). He also says that it feels long enough to feel realistic without feeling long enough that it’s going to fall out. The tail feels pretty lightweight, so you never feel like the fur of the tail is going to pull the plug out of you either.
Crystal Delights is fantastic about taking special requests as well, so the plug you have attached to the tail can be modified if you are really looking for something different. For mine, I have a small frosted glass plug attached to our tail, so I hesitate to comment on how well the plug stays in as the standard one is different than ours plug-wise. What I CAN tell you is that I own quite a few Crystal Delights anal toys, and each one has slid in really nicely and stayed in really well. This tail is absolutely no different, and while the base can be slightly uncomfortable if you try to sit on it (not really possible as you have a tail with this one), for standing and movement, it stays comfortably in with a nice, weighty presence that’s pleasurable.
I’m looking forward to where this takes Shellie and Crystal Delights as this plug is already amazing as it is – especially since it really is one of the few body-safe options for a tail plug out there. I know that Shellie is even working on a system that would allow you to switch out tails with your glass butt plug, so that would be amazing!
Cleaning this tail butt plug does require some extra effort. I found that the MinxGirl’s instructions on how to clean your Crystal Delights tail works best. She cleans the glass butt plug portion on its own like usual, and she just wipes down the tail with a slightly damp washcloth. She then runs her fingers through the tail to separate the fur and allows it to air dry. This doesn’t seem to take that much longer than regular sex toy cleaning, though, so it’s not something that would keep me from purchasing another Crystal Delights tail butt plug.
It is something that requires some forethought to leave out a large, fur tail butt plug though. Storage of this butt plug with a tail can be a bit of a pain. I love the plug, but attempting to find somewhere to store this large tail with a butt plug attached can be difficult as the tail needs to stay unsquished for storage.
Overall, I am in LOVE with the Crystal Delights Crystal Minx Plug with Tail. Absolutely in LOVE. The glass portion of it is just as fantastic as all of the Crystal Delights anal toys, but the addition of the high-quality tail just takes things to a whole new level. It does require a bit of extra thought for cleaning, but if you want to have a tail (who doesn’t?) for awhile or enjoy animal play, I have so, so, SO much love for this butt plug tail.
