The Sutera Elite Blossom is a new vibrator in the Sutera Elite line. This small, 4″ vibrator is pink and made from silicone. Running on two AAA batteries, this waterproof vibrator includes 7 vibration patterns and has a diameter of about an inch.

The packaging on this pink vibrator is pretty decent quality. It comes in a sturdy white box that has a clear window on the front so the vibrator can be seen through that window. This box is pretty sturdy, and it could easily work for storage of the vibrator. On the packaging, it shows the features of the vibrator, and the packaging seals by a magnetic clasp on the side of the box. It is not very recyclable.

The Sutera Elite Blossom is pretty small in design. It’s only about an inch longer than one of my fingers. The tip of the vibrator is somewhat flexible, but don’t expect much from it – it’s more rigid than flexible. Along the short shaft of this vibrator, there’s little divets and curves that really don’t add much to the experience of it, but they certainly make it look nicer. The motor is focused on the tip, so the slight curve near the tip of the vibrator could help to make a nestling spot for the clitoris during use – depending on how you want to use it. The controls for the vibrator are located at the base of the vibrator; there’s a dedicated on/off button partnered with a button that cycles through all of the modes once the vibrator is on.

The silicone on this Sutera Elite Blossom is actually pretty nice. It’s very soft and very silky. It has no plushyness to it, but that’s alright; it really feels fine without it. Your fingers will just glide over the silicone; it really is very, very slick, and it makes for easy insertion if you plan on using your Blossom vibrator that way. There are no seams on the silicone, and it really is just very luxurious-feeling. It does end up feeling very luxurious.

This vibrator uses two AAA batteries. These two batteries are inserted via the battery compartment at the base of the vibrator. This battery compartment pops out pretty easily, but it is more difficult when you have longer nails as you’ll want to avoid breaking your nails. Once the compartment is open, the two batteries just slide into the compartment – there’s even an etched-in guide that tells which orientation the batteries go in. The battery compartment then seals back shut with a simple click; it’s all very easy to do.

The vibrations for the Sutera Elite Blossom are okay. As it only uses two AAA batteries, you shouldn’t expect much from it. The vibrations are pretty buzzy, and they’re on the middle end of moderate. They might be enough for orgasm for some women, but many women will find that they just don’t feel intense enough for orgasm. The vibrations feel strongest when pressure is applied with the toy, and they seem much, much weaker when no pressure is applied. Different angles feel differently, but using the tip of the toy tends to have the strongest vibrations.

The vibrations aren’t too loud, though. They could be easily heard in the same room, but they would be hard to hear outside of a closed door. The vibrations are much quieter when inserted or when pressure is applied during use. When it’s just vibrating without any pressure, it’s much louder.

The controls are nice, and the on/off button presses really easily. I do have issues with the pattern button though. Especially when fingers are lubricated, this button is kinda hard to press down. If you tend to leave it on one setting, it doesn’t really matter much, but if you enjoy changing settings often, it can become problematic pretty quickly. The button pushes better from some angles than others, but your finger can pretty easily slide off the button if you don’t watch how you’re pushing it.

The Sutera Elite Blossom vibrator could be used for insertion, but I’m not sure it will work that well for most. The vibrator is pretty short, and if you only want the vibrations to be felt in the entrance, it’ll work, but as it stands, the vibrator is only slightly longer than a finger, so it really looks like the Sutera Elite Blossom was designed for external use. For that use, the smaller size works okay as it still is large enough to easily grasp and use clitorally. The vibrations are right at the tip, which works well clitorally, and while the curves of the design don’t seem to matter much, they do make the vibrator look more interesting.

To clean this waterproof vibrator, you’ll want to use warm water and antibacterial soap. As it is waterproof, you don’t have to be too careful with cleaning. As it’s very small, you also can easily cover it with a condom for easy cleaning. For storage, make sure to store it in a storage bag to keep any hair or dust off of the surface. As this sex toy is made from silicone, it’s only compatible with water-based lubricant.

Overall, it’s an okay vibrator with decent features, but it’s also a bit highly priced for the market. You can usually get a rechargeable toy for this price, but again, some people really don’t like rechargeable vibrators either. I was hoping for stronger vibrations, but it’s really quite moderate in the vibrations department. However, the design is pretty nice, and the silicone feels very luxurious. It’s an okay vibrator, but I’d love to see the price come down on it a bit.
