The Tear Jerker Delrin Cane Set includes two canes. The larger cane, with the black shaft, is about thirty inches long while the shorter, white one is about eighteen inches long. Each one has a diameter of 1/4 inch, and each one’s shaft is made from a flexible Delrin cane material. Each one comes with a no-slip handle and a hanging strap.
The two canes do not come with any particular packaging. Each one of the particular canes has a small tag that has off of the hanging strap of the cane, but aside from that, there is no packaging. This little tag can easily be removed, and it just reminds you about Cane IAC and where you bought the cane.
It’s obvious that these spanking canes were made with quality in mind. No matter how much jiggling or shaking I do to the canes, the cane portion itself isn’t coming out of the handle nor is the cane portion breaking. With some crops, I’ve had issues with the “crop” portion sliding out of the handle, but not with these. The delrin of the canes is flexible (which is what gives it the “Tear Jerker” name!), but the delrin isn’t going to snap or break unless you give it wear it’s not supposed to have. We’ve used these multiple times (over the last year), and on a human bum, it will not break. The delrin may break if you hit a desk with it, but why would you do that? It is very quality material, though, and I think you’d have to purposely misuse it to break it.
The handle of the canes is well-constructed and helps with handling the cane. Each one of the handles is the same size, and it starts off small towards the cane itself and gets “larger” as you get towards the base of the cane. This handle design works surprisingly well for helping keep the cane itself in your hand. The material has a slight drag-texture to it, so even if your hands are sweaty, the cane tends to stay relatively-put while gripping it. If you have a small hand, you can slip your hand through the hanging strap to get a better grip on the cane, but that’s not really what the hanging straps were made for.
When it comes to handling, like all canes, these are not made for beginners. Canes can and DO do some serious damage! These more than most. Each one of these canes is made from a flexible type of delrin. This flexibility allows the cane to build up a lot more momentum than a thicker cane would. The momentum leads to a lot more pain and stingyness than your average spanking cane would. With that in mind, I do not, not, NOT recommend a beginner pick up these canes. If you have experience, though, just be aware that these canes are more flexible than your average canes, and that is exactly where the name and intensity comes from.
The two canes are somewhat different from each other. Each one is very flexible (the black one can bend backwards), but the black one is definitely more flexible than the white one. The black one, because of the length, can really get some “whipping” action going while the white one, with the shorter length, tends to have more of a flexible tip.
These canes are definitely a stingy set and some of the most intense that we own! Even if you are advanced, you’ll probably only want to use these canes on the butt or flushier areas of the body such as the upper thighs. These little canes definitely leave an INTENSE sting, and if you aren’t careful, they can definitely create welts and cause bleeding. If that’s what you want from your bdsm canes, then you definitely are in the exact right spot. Even if you hit very lightly, it will have a slight sting, so do keep that in mind if you plan on using it lightly. The smaller, white one is easier to control and less intense while the longer, black one is definitely more intense and harder to control. Both make a really good set together, though, and provide slightly different, but intense, sensations.
For storage of these bdsm canes, you can easily hang them up by the hanging strap that they come with. Due to how hard these canes can play, I recommend keeping them as a single-person cane unless you know sterilization and safety techniques.
