UPDATE JANUARY 2021: The Silicone Love Rider G-Kiss Dildo no longer seems to be manufactured. This dildo review remains as a reference for those who are interested. You might prefer the look of the Avant Pride P1 Freedom Dildo or the Max Poly BS Polyamory silicone dildo.
The G-Kiss dildo is one of the latest silicone dildos released by California Exotics. Slightly over six inches in length with a diameter of around an inch and a half, the Silicone Love Rider G-Kiss features a g-spot specific tip at the head of the dildo. This dildo has no vibrational capabilities, but a similar G-kiss design that can be purchased with a harness does include vibrations. This G-kiss dildo also features a firm base to make this sex toy compatible with harness-use.
The packaging for this dildo is pretty basic; it comes in a cardboard box that clearly displays the design of the dildo. The packaging is basic, but pretty, and it gets the point across. It tells the features of the dildo, and as the packaging is larger than the toy itself, I wouldn’t much recommend it for storage. Inside, the G-Kiss dildo comes in a plastic, unresealable bag that just gets torn open for use.
The California Exotics G-Kiss dildo has a very simple design, but it works for it. The base is the thickest part of the dildo, and towards the middle, the diameter is the smallest. The tip has the second-largest diameter, and towards the tip, there’s also a very obvious and well-designed g-spot curve meant to hit the g-spot. Along with the g-spot curve, there’s a very slight texture to the sides of the dildo, but as they couldn’t be felt during use, I think they’re there more for the design aspect than the usage aspect.
I have to admit that I’m really taken with the color of this G-Kiss pink dildo. It’s this bright, pink color. It’s not really a muted pink like many of the other pink sex toys are. Instead, it’s this nice, bright pink that really stands out. It looks very flourescent, and it really stands out against the black background of my desk – unlike many of the other pink sex toys that I end up seeing. I even think this one might glow slightly under black light – though I haven’t tested it at all. I just REALLY like this pink color; it’s really cute.
I am really surprised by how unflexible this pink dildo is. And that’s a good thing! Most silicone g-spot dildos tend to be pretty flexible near the base or near the tip, and this is why they tend to suck as g-spot dildos. The g-spot for most people requires a firm, unwielding pressure, and most silicone tends to give or bend under pressure. While the G-Kiss WILL bend under pressure, it doesn’t bend nearly as easily as many of the other g-spot dildos out there, and it tends to hold firm unless a moderate or a lot of pressure is applied. Keep in mind that it’s not glass or steel, and it DOES bend, but it takes more to bend it than it does with other similar, silicone toys.
The G-Kiss dildo ends up working surprisingly well. The g-spot curve STILL isn’t quite intense enough for me to get constant g-spot stimulation, but the curve brushes up against it which is more than what I can say for most traditional g-spot dildos. The silicone holds pretty nicely – even with rough thrusting – and the flared base is even really simple to handle for solo use. It really, all-in-all, may look like a simple dildo, but it definitely doesn’t “perform” quite like an average, simple dildo. The diameter of the dildo is absolutely perfect for me – it’s thick without being too intense, but it also starts off gradual at the head for more comfortable insertion. Plus it just looks amazing, and while I thought it’d just be an average toy, it ended up impressing me much more than I thought it would!
So how does it perform in a harness? It works amazingly well. The base of this silicone dildo is very firm, so the dildo stands up tall. Partnered with the fact that the dildo has limited flexibility, this dildo holds its g-spot shape surprisingly well and surprisingly horizontal. You can stand proud with this faux cock! The harness base is a bit thick so it might be a bit uncomfortable under some harnesses, but it seemed to work okay with my Spareparts Joque. The length is also a bit short for harness use (especially if you have a tummy or are doing shallow sex positions), but it did work surprisingly well, and it was very easy to “aim”. Some of the more flexibility dildos can make it difficult to penetrate because of how soft they are (and how hard it can be to see with some sex angles), but with this one’s firmness, it actually ends up being easier than usual to do penetration.
To clean your G-Kiss dildo, you’ll just want to use warm water and antibacterial soap. As it’s a pure silicone dildo, you can easily boil this pink dildo for sterilization as well, and with its average size, it will easily fit into a condom if you’d prefer. It’s only compatible with water-based lubricant, and while it doesn’t tend to pick up hair or lint, I recommend keeping it in a storage bag or storage box to keep it as clean as possible.
Overall, the G-Kiss is a surprisingly awesome dildo. It may not be as filling nor have as intense of a g-spot curve as some people need, but for the average person, the G-kiss silicone dildo will exceed your expectations from some of the other g-spot dildos you’ve tried. It’s fantastic for use in a harness, and really, it’s probably one of the dildos that I’d recommend most for harness g-spot use. A couple more inches in length, and I’d never be able to give it up! California Exotics did a really good job on this one, and my harness thanks them! Thanks to California Exotics for providing this silicone strap-on dildo for my G-Kiss dildo review.
