You see, I have a hobby of sorts. Yes, I love reviewing, and yes, I love actually using the sex toy, but my love for my “job” resides in the fact that I just love COLLECTING all of my sex toys. However, I’m not really sure I realized how many toys I had until, while doing these pictures, the boyfriend said “I have to pee”, and I told him to avoid the dildos. That’s an interesting conversation I never thought I’d have. If you guys want to know how lame I was, I was also sore the next day from all of the over-extending to try and reach the toys in the middle without hurting the toys on the edges.
It’s hard to explain how collecting them makes me feel. It’s like collecting anything else, I guess. Just the thought of thinking about having any silicone toy touching my other silicone toys in my silicone toy drawer just makes me brain all happy. Reviewing just happens to be a sideproduct of it. I love using the toys, and I love providing reviews as I can’t imagine there are many people out there with this odd obsession that I seem to have. I love the fact that others can profit from my odd obsession with sex toy collecting.
My biggest collecting obsession, I think, is with books. I love books as I love gathering more knowledge. I actually own some of the full selection of books from some sex toy stores (which is insane), and I’m always on the look-out for a good, educational book. If anything, I’ll put down my own money for books all the time; knowledge is power, right?
Without further ado, though, here’s pictures of the sex toy collection:
I know; it’s getting a bit insane, but I like the collection. The pictures don’t include our collars, cuffs, books, DVDs, board games, kink items (rope, clamps, blindfolds) nor our Fleshlight collection. It’s still a large amount of toys though.
Sometimes I have to stop and thinking about what I’m going to do when we have to show this apartment. When we want to move out, we’re going to have to show the apartment to potential buyers. With all of the toys lying out everywhere, I find this to be an insane task. There are board games in plain sight in the closet, and an entire room is dedicated to sex toys, so they are sitting out everywhere. There are four separate bookshelves full of sex-books in plain sight, and my review desk usually has quite a few toys. When people come to visit, we normally just close off the bedroom and the spare bedroom as those have obvious sex things in them.
Besides all this, I think the boyfriend still has more video games. And even with the problems it can cause and the time it takes, I wouldn’t give up my sex toy reviewing for anything.
