Phallix Dichroic Glass G-Spot Dildo Review

Phallix Dichroic Glass G-Spot Dildo
The Phallix Dichroic Glass G-Spot Dildo

The Dichroic G-Spot Dildo is a Phallix dildo. It’s about seven inches long, and it has a diameter of about an inch. The base has a diameter of about an inch and 3/4, and this entire dildo is made of Pyrex glass. This Dichroic G-Spot Dildo features a dichroic design that swirls along the shaft of the sex toy.

The packaging for the Dichroic G-Spot Dildo is typical of all Phallix packaging. It comes in a large, blister pack plastic package. This package includes a small booklet about Phallix toys, and it comes with a small pouch for storage of the dildo. The packaging is much, much larger than the glass dildo itself, so you probably don’t want to keep it for long-term storage. The little pouch is a velvet, pink, drawstring pouch, but it is not padded, so be aware that it will not keep your dildo from breaking if you drop it on the ground. It will keep the glass away from any scratches or harm though.

The Dichroic G-spot dildo is absolutely gorgeous. I was honestly expecting it as most Phallix dichroic dildos are beautiful, but this one definitely is just as beautiful. The pictures on EdenFantasys don’t do it too much justice because the white background tends to wash out the dichroic sparkles. If you follow the link to the EdenFantasys page, I posted a video there that shows off the colors and detailing better so you can have an idea of the beauty of the toy.

The design of the Dichroic G-Spot Dildo is both functional and gorgeous. Each one of the swirls around the shaft of the dildo is actually raised off of the surface of the dildo to give you a texture while you use the dildo. The head of this glass sex toy is slightly pronounced, so you get a slight “popping” sensation when it’s inserted. There also is a curve in the shaft of the dildo. It’s not a huge curve, but it’s enough of a curve to work for g-spot stimulation on shallow g-spots.

If you want to display this glass sex toy, the Dichroic G-Spot Dildo does come with a slight flared base. This base isn’t 100% flat, so it does wiggle a bit, but as long as there’s no hard bumps, the glass dildo will not fall over. It does an okay job of keeping this sex toy upright if you want to store it or leave it next to your bed.

In use, the Dichroic G-Spot Glass dildo feels pleasurable – definitely. The swirls along the shaft of the toy feel really, really nice if you enjoy thrusting. It may not enough girth for those who desire more girth, but for those who like average girth, it feels pretty pleasurable. I found myself wishing it had a bit more length, though, as I’m one of those people who enjoys really deep penetration and thrusting. If you don’t like toys near your Cul-de-Sac/Cervix, the length will be probably perfect for you.

The other downside about the Dichroic G-Spot Glass dildo is that it tends to twist itself. You actually can use this to your advantage if you enjoyed a spinning-type sensation when used vaginally, but if you are trying to use it for g-spot stimulation, the “g-spot” curve may end up twisting itself away from your g-spot pretty easily. This was definitely a downside while using the glass dildo, and I’m not sure why it twisted itself like it did.

Cleaning this glass Phallix dildo is pretty simple. You just want to use warm water and anti-bacterial soap. It is slim enough that it can easily be covered by a condom for shared use, but it also can be bleached with a bleach solution for sterilization. It’s compatible with all types of lubricant, and for storage, you can use the pouch that it comes with, or, if you are really attached to it, you can buy a padded storage pouch for more dependable storage.

Overall, when you buy a glass dildo at this price point, you aren’t just buying it for pleasure anymore. You’re buying it to look beautiful (like a piece of art) and to provide pleasure, and that’s just what the Dichroic G-spot glass dildo can do. It looks beautiful and like a beautiful piece of art, but when you want to get functional with it, it feels pleasurable and performs well also. It doesn’t quite hit my g-spot, but that’s nothing to worry about – my g-spot is pretty deep and deeper than most g-spot dildos (this included) will venture. I do recommend it, though, and it’s absolutely beautiful and feels pleasurable.
