One of the new attachments in the line of premium silicone options, the Motorbunny Mt. Gushmore attachment is a non-penetrative accessory for the powerful rideable Motorbunny vibrator. Similar to a Sybian, the Motorbunny allows users to switch out attachments on the top-side of this rideable vibrator. The Mt. Gushmore is a silicone option they sell. Designed for targeted clitoral stimulation with a small ridge for vaginal entrance stimulation, this full-silicone attachment is non-penetrative and can be used with any Motorbunny rideable vibrator. (As far as I’m aware, most of these attachments are also versatile and can be used with Sybians but I’ve never tried it).
Packaging for your new silicone Motorbunny attachment is pretty minimal. The attachment will come in a clear plastic bag that needs to be destroyed in order to get at the attachment. That’s about it. At this point, you’re probably pretty familiar with using your Motorbunny, though, so I don’t think many instructions are really necessary.
As you can see from the photos, the Mt. Gushmore silicone Motorbunny attachment is pretty simplistic. Made from a smooth silicone, this attachment features a straight-line design on one end. In the middle, the attachment has a small bump designed for external vaginal entrance pleasure of those nerve endings. (It is not large enough for any penetration). On the most-important side, we have a ridged bump that extends almost 3″ from the bottom of the attachment. Keep in mind that this Mt. Gushmore attachment is made from solid silicone, and it doesn’t have much plushiness or flexibility to it. The solid silicone transfers the vibrations well, though, so expect rigid stimulation throughout the entirety of this attachment.
Honestly, I’d argue that this should be “the” clitoral stimulation attachment for the Motorbunny. The Motorbunny comes with a non-insertable attachment designed for clitoral stimulation, but I never found that it had quite enough clitoral stimulation and touch for me. If I tilted my pelvis in the “right” way, I could definitely get some touch from the attachment, but it was never an “easy” clitoral contact.
With the Mt. Gushmore attachment, all of that has changed. As long as I’m on top of the Motorbunny, there’s some sort of clitoral contact. If I want more, I can tilt my pelvis into it. But it doesn’t matter how I’m positioned – whether I’m leaned forward or sitting straight up or anything else, there’s always contact clitorally. If you use the included Motorbunny clitoral risers underneath the Mt. Gushmore attachment, it can get even more contact with the body.
That being said, it *can* be difficult to “get away” from clitoral contact with the Mt. Gushmore. That’s what I love about it. However, some people don’t have that same preference. I’ve noticed that some people like the ride the Motorbunny in spurts – they’ll tilt their hips to get all the stimulation they want and then move their hips to reduce stimulation for a little bit. With the Mt. Gushmore attachment, that’s pretty difficult until you literally get up from the toy. So with that in mind, if you don’t enjoy constant intense clitoral stimulation, you may not like this particular attachment. You might enjoy one of the other Motorbunny attachments more.
For me, however, the constant contact is everything I want when I get on top of a large vibrator like the Motorbunny. I don’t want to worry about “finding contact” – I want it to be there all the time – no matter how I’m resting my body on top of it.
In addition to the clitoral stimulation of the attachment, the Mt. Gushmore attachment also includes a small vaginal bump for vulva stimulation. This will not be a penetrative attachment, but instead, it’s focused on stimulating the external areas of the vaginal entrance. As a lot of people report that this is the most sensitive area of the vagina, that’s definitely a positive thing. If you’re into sensation and stimulation of the entrance but don’t want to feel any penetration, the Mt. Gushmore attachment for the Motorbunny could be for you. I personally felt like the vaginal entrance stimulation was good – but it was clearly overshadowed by the constant clitoral stimulation. It was definitely an added bonus (in terms of stimulation), though, and I’m glad that it was added. It’s better than if it wasn’t there.
As a final note, I’d like to mention that this attachment can also be used for penis-bodied individuals. The “mountain” can be used to slide between the butt checks for external anal stimulation, or it can also be placed alongside the perineum and to touch the base of the testicles. The testicle vibration can be a little too intense for some, though, so you might be better off with the Low Motorbunny Attachment (included with the kit) for any penis-bodied individuals who want to ride this rideable vibrator without any penetration.
Finally, you have to remember that the Mt. Gushmore Motorbunny attachment is a premium silicone Motorbunny attachment. As silicone is one of the few materials that can be fully sterilized after use, I honestly try to use as many silicone Motorbunny attachments as possible. Sterilization is handy for personal play, but as I bring the Motorbunny to kink events and allow friends to use it semi-regularly, I really utilize that sterilization aspect. The attachment just slides off the toy and can be boiled or sterilized in a bleach/water solution. This provides a much more thorough clean than the regular Motorbunny attachments, and if you plan on sharing your Motorbunny with friends (or even between anal and vaginal use!), you should definitely start stocking up on the various Premium Motorbunny silicone attachments. They aren’t much more expensive than the regular ones, and they’re going to last longer, clean better, and just generally look better (in my opinion).
Overall, I’m pretty fond of the Mt. Gushmore attachment. When I’m using the Motorbunny for my personal pleasure, that’s what I reach for most often. It provides good contact on the clitoral area – much better than the standard included non-penetrative attachment. Not only that, but the silicone means that it’s going to last longer, can be sterilized, and of course, it means I can share this one with my play partners.
