Specifically designed for gradual stretching of the anal ring, the MEO.de Anal Stretching Ring is a silicone plug with a gradually thicker diameter towards the base. Available in Small, Medium, and Large size for various experience levels, each plug contains a tunnel throughout the middle of the plug. The base features a straight-line base that fits snugly between the cheeks, and with the very wide plug retention area at the base, this plug can be used for stretching for larger toys or for achieving gaping results.
Like most MEO.de items, the Anal Stretching Rings come packaged in a clear, see-through bag. This bag must be destroyed to use the items. The rings come with no instructions – though, honestly, they’re pretty self-explanatory.
As you can see, there’s a noticeable size difference between the three sizes. The photos will show you the different in sizes – as well as the measurements. As these rings are designed for stretching, you’ll likely want to purchase one that’s slightly larger than your current comfort level – and gently work yourself into using the toy that you’ve purchased. Between each one of the plugs, every part’s size is different: the larger plugs have larger interior holes, larger bases, and larger shaft sizes.
These plugs feature a relatively basic design as well. A wide, line-shaped base at the base of the plugs, a tunnel through the middle of the plug, and a somewhat tapered design. There are two “bulbs” within the shape of the plug, but the curves of this bulbed design is less of a “pronounced bulb” and more of an “easy way to gently stretch the size of the butt as the plug is inserted further”. The plugs are made up of a single piece of silicone. The plug is slightly squishable if you squish in the tips of the plug, but even with the strength of hands, the plug’s interior tunnel never fully “closes”. The plug itself also holds it shape pretty rigidly. It squishes in a bit, but that’s about the gist of what you get. The tunnel runs the entirety of the plug with no “closing” on either end of the plug.
While all of these plugs feature holes throughout the middle of the plug, MEO.de does sell closing plugs, made from silicone, that will block up these holes. This can help keep liquids in, creates a tight seal, and can generally plug up the hole in the base of the plug. I don’t have any experience actually using any of the Closing Plugs, but I could see how they could add to the versatility of your toy with a very small cost.
Since all of these plugs were designed for stretching, it makes sense that each plug is variously sized throughout the length of the plug. MEO.de did a relatively good job of choosing sizes that were barely graduated from one another. You won’t pick up a new plug and go “Woah! This is way bigger!”. Each one feels reasonably graduated in size from the size beneath it. The largest one is still a huge difference from the small one, but as long as you take them in order, with patience, within your abilities, you should be able to take the largest one in time.
The neck of the plug nestles pretty easily between the cheeks as well. The long, line-shaped design helps that. The plug’s base will definitely become more noticeable as you get to the larger sizes, however – mostly because the larger plugs have larger, thicker bases. The smallest size’s base is almost small enough to be able to ignore between the cheeks, but with the largest size, most people will definitely feel a noticeable “pressure” around the anal area. It’s not a bad pressure – but it’s a constant reminder that something’s in there. Due to the softness of the silicone and the roundness of the base, the base doesn’t “poke” into any part of the body uncomfortably.
It’s worth mentioning that these plugs are likely not your best choice for doing errands outside while wearing them. The plugs offer very little “retention area” – as in, a smaller area than the widest area where the ring of anal muscles can “rest” to hold the plug in. Instead, the base of the plugs is one of the largest widths of the entire plug. This means it will tend to slide itself out if you’re moving around and very active. If you do a lot of sitting and lounging around with the plug in (like with sex or while watching a movie while plugged), it’ll be fine. While this large diameter base does tend to slide the plug out, having this widest portion there while inserted also helps stretch out the butt even more compared to a smaller retention area – making it able to take larger toys.
While we’re talking about public play, it’s worth noting that something about the design of these plugs (especially the largest one) seems to cause some interesting after and during-effects. Something about the air being able to get into the body will cause some interesting “noises” when moving around while wearing the plugs if air is expelled (a change of positions, etc.). It also seems to cause a lot more gassiness after wearing the plugs. The noise while wearing isn’t super audible, but it’s definitely noticeable in an entirely-quiet room. You should keep that in mind when deciding where you’re comfortable wearing these plugs – and if you have important functions the next day.
What about the largest size? Well, it’s large, but it’s not going to be the ‘be-all, end-all’ of large plugs. There are definitely larger stretching plugs on MEO.de. However, for most people, the largest size should be more-than-enough for stretching for most standard-sized plugs or most biological human penises. If you want to take your stretching further than the largest size, I recommend getting some larger MEO.de plugs in your order or choosing a dildo that’s larger in diameter than the largest plug.
The smallest plug will likely be too large for anyone who’s never had anal experience, but with a bit of patience, it’s likely a good size for anyone who’s had at least a bit of anal experience. If you’re worried about it, using your own fingers before you jump into the smallest size should give you enough experience. The plugs start to slowly increase in size which works well for their training purposes – you’ll just want to give yourself a bit of time and patience as you move up between the various sizes – especially as the tips of these plugs are wider than average because of the hole at the tip.
When it comes to cleaning, as these plugs are pure silicone, they clean up relatively easily. Each one can be washed with warm water and anti-bacterial soap. While you’re at it, you’ll want to make sure to clean inside the tunnel of the plugs as well. The smallest plug will likely require some creativity to clean the tunnel inside, but the largest tunnel has a large-enough hole through the middle that you can likely use your fingers to clean it out. Warm water and anti-bacterial soap will clean up all of these plugs pretty easily. When using lubricant (of which you should use a lot for your comfort!), make sure to select a water-based lubricant. Silicone-based lubricants may harm the surface of these plugs. For storage, while these plugs don’t seem to attract tons of hair, they do attract dust decently well, so keeping them in a plastic baggie seems to help keep them as clean as possible.
Overall, if you’re looking for a fun way to stretch your butt, the Anal Stretching Rings from MEO.de can be a good option. They have holes through the middle of the plug for added extra lube – or just for a different type of experience. These plugs are available in graduated sizes to make it easier to slowly stretch your body as you go, and the silicone is easy to clean and sterilize after you’re done. The only reason you may want to select a different plug is if you’re hoping to wear these publically or during a lot of physical activity – in that case, other MEO.de butt plugs are likely a better fit.
