The Wireless Vibrating Remote Pupppy Plug comes packaged in a standard cardboard box with a clear plastic front that shows off all of the items in the set. Just slide the plastic tray out of the box, and you’ll be able to get at all of the items. Part of the Master BDSM Series with the packaging that matches, the box really isn’t designed for long-term storage. You’ll probably want to get a plastic bag to store the items.
After the plug is slid into the butt, it does tend to stay relatively “upright”. It has a bit of droopiness to it because the material is flexible, but that same flexibility allows it to “wag” in a realistic puppy manner. It doesn’t offer the fluffiness of some other plugs, but if you really like the idea of an upright, curved-type tail, this is probably one of the best designs that I’ve seen.
Even if you’re new to remote controlled toys, the Wireless Vibrating Remote Puppy Play Anal Plug is pretty simple to use. It just has a few simple buttons. The on/off button allows you to simply and easily turn on and off the vibrations with the press of a button. The “Mode” button allows you to cycle through the different vibration modes that the toy offers. The lights on the remote itself help you (as the remote holder) figure out which one of the vibration modes that the sex toy is currently in.
When it comes to the wireless capabilities, it’s not particularly great. If you and your “pup” are playing without much clothing and at close-range, you’ll mostly be okay. However, if you’re planning on wearing underwear with the plug (or even a jock strap), the wireless listening abilities seem to go downhill pretty quickly. It turns on okay, but after that point, it doesn’t seem to listen too well to pattern/intensity adjustment commands or the request to turn it off. It seems to require putting the remote right up against the base of the plug to get it to happily respond again once clothes are thrown in the mix.
If you’re hoping for good internal vibrations while using this, you’ll be satisfied. It’s not great, but it’s not bad either. The vibrations are strong enough to keep you remembering that you have a vibrating plug in your butt, but they’re not likely strong enough to cause orgasm on their own. They’re a bit on the buzzier, lighter side, and on multiple occasions, after getting the toy to turn off, my partner remarked that his butt felt a bit numb now, so it’s more fun for short, buzzy bursts – but due to the wireless control issues, that doesn’t really work.
Don’t forget that the plug itself is relatively large. You’ll want to have some prior anal experience before jumping into this plug. It’s not particularly gigantic, but it’s larger than most “medium” anal toys, so you might want to start with a warm-up toy and be ready for this larger diameter.

One of the problems of this plug is how it’s shaped. It just doesn’t have a large enough retention area. For some plugs, this isn’t a huge deal – just supplement with some underwear or tight clothing, and that’s enough pressure to keep the plug in. However, as the main draw of this butt plug is the fact that it includes an attached “puppy tail”, it takes out wearing clothing as an option. The plug does a fantastic job being tapered and comfortable enough to easily slide in – but once it’s in, it spends the entire time wanting to slide right back out. Being on all fours helps a lot (like you might be as a puppy), but once you’re standing, you need to literally hold the plug in or it will slide right out within seconds. This makes it okay for any sort of play on all-fours on the ground, but if you were hoping to walk around with a tail, this plug really isn’t going to cut it.
How does the wagging go? Well, at-rest, in all-fours positions, the tip of the plug tends to curl up and touch the skin. Any butt wagging will get the plug to move back and forth like a typical “tail”, though. When standing, the plug tends to have more of that “away from the body, wiggling” look that you might be going for. The same can be said of on-the-knees, begging positions. When on all-fours, though, unless your pup is trying to make the plug’s tail wiggle, it will mostly hang out resting on their lower back.
Because of the wireless abilities and the buzzing of the vibration type, we don’t often use the vibrations with this. It’s gotten to the point where I usually don’t even pack the remote or batteries for the tail. That being said, we do still use it as a tail. It DOES require some extra effort to use it that way. After a couple (successful) attempts of the plug sliding itself out while “pup” was playing (and who wants their headspace to be interrupted by the concerns of losing a tail?), we started trying new things. A jockstrap helps keep the plug in from the straps of the underwear. We also modified a pair of old briefs with a hole, and that has been the best method thus far. It’s up to you as to whether you think this particular plug is worth that effort.
You’ll want to regularly clean your Wireless Vibrating Remote Puppy Plug as well. The remote won’t need to be cleaned as often, but you should definitely clean the tail. Be careful when cleaning the tail to ensure that you don’t get any water in the electronics areas. Use warm water and anti-bacterial soap to easily clean the plug after use. Make sure to clean it thoroughly to avoid any lingering scent after long-term wear of the plug. Don’t forget to use lubricant with your toy as well. Both water-based and silicone-based lubricant will be just fine for the plug.
Overall, I wouldn’t say that the Wireless Vibrating Remote Puppy Plug is the best example of a puppy plug toy out there. I really wanted to love it, but the wireless capabilities are pretty disappointing. Alongside that, the plug tends to slide out for well-practiced anal individuals. Instead of sticking with this Master Series brand plug, I’d recommend checking out some of the other MEO.de puppy plugs for a similar hard tail-wagging experience with less of the issues.
