The Male Playing Cards from Evolved are a deck of 54 cards. It includes the typical 52 cards along with two jokers. The deck is mostly an erotica (not pornographic) deck of pictures, and just like Evolved’s other female playing card decks, this one is done really tastefully. The cards come in a typical playing card box that is covered of pictures of the pictures of the cards that come inside the box.
There are 52 cards inside the box, and each one is of a male. All of the males are really muscular, and the majority are white. There are a couple different ethnicities represented, but the majority of the males are European-looking and white.
Honestly, if you’ve seen some of the fancy jean ads (like Abercromie and Fitch), those are about the same types of guys as I see in these cards. They are posed about the same way too – looking off away from the camera, wearing sunglasses, or other photography aspects.
There isn’t really much nudity. There are a couple male butts, but there are no penises to be seen. Most of the males are wearing boxer-briefs or tight jeans and are just shirtless. All of the men are showing off their chest, and all of them are very toned and muscular. Personally, this isn’t my preferred type of body type, but the males do look attractive, and they are really nicely and artistically posed. It’s nothing lewd at all, and it’s probably nothing more “sexy” (except the man-butt pictures) than what you could probably see somewhere in a women’s magazine ad.
The card design is nice. Each one of the cards has a bit of a “western” theme to them. Each one says “Evolved Playing Cards” on the back and has the link to Evolved. It also shows two little crossed guns with a western-looking design. On the front, it shows the picture of the guy for the majority of the card, and it has the suit and number on each corner (as well as the upside-down version like most playing cards). It also has the Evolved website link on each one of the cards on the side too.
These male playing cards seem like they’ll hold up pretty well. Each one is laminated like a regular playing card would be. It’s more glossy than matte than a poker playing card deck, but it’s about on-par with what you’d expect if you purchased any other picture-type playing cards. It’s slightly bendable, and with very long use, you’ll probably bend the edges a bit, but for regular use and hold up, it’ll be fine. The Male Playing Cards are also slightly laminated, so you can easily wipe up fingerprints or if you spill something on them.
Overall, the Male Playing Cards are high-quality, and they should last a long time – even with frequent use. The guys on the cards are not my cup of tea, but judging by media and advertisements, they are probably the cup of tea for most women and men, so most people will probably enjoy them. If you want good-quality cards that feature shirtless and sometimes show butts, these cards are a good choice.
