Luv Your Body Vibrator Review

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2021: The Luv Your Body vibrator is no longer in production. This sex toy review remains as a reference for anyone interested in information on this sex toy.

The Luv Your Body clitoral vibrator is a plastic and silicone vibrator made by Rocks Off. It is powered by four AAA batteries, and it comes in beautiful packaging. It has a heart-shaped, silicone head for diffuse vibrations, and there are multiple speed settings as well. It also is waterproof.

The packaging is really cute. There is a plastic case that comes with the vibrator inside the case. The case is see-through. The case is held together by the see-through sleeve that tells about the features of the vibrator. This is one of the prettiest, yet basic, cases I’ve seen for a vibrator. If you are worrking about your vibrator getting squished or lost, it’s nice to keep it in the box. However, as the box is entirely see-through, this probably is not the best option for those who need to be discreet.

The shape of the Luv Your Body vibrator is really why I was interested in it. I love plastic vibrators as they’re easier to clean, and the larger, triangular-like head seemed promising for good stimulation. I love hard-bodied vibrators, and even though this has silicone on the tip, the silicone is covering the plastic portion, so it is not plushy or flexible; it is rigid. I like this because plastic tends to vibrate better, and because of that, the vibrations tend to be better. Along with that, the silicone of the Luv Your Body vibrator has that silky-soft feel like LELO or Uma silicone.

This Rocks Off vibrator takes four AAA batteries to operate. Putting them into the toy can be a bit confusing at first. The diagram on the packaging does help. Instead of the traditional twisting-off of the cap that most people may be used to, the Luv Your Body vibrator’s battery compartment actually pops off. Once you know that, it’s pretty easy to remove as long as your hands or the toy aren’t lubricated. If they are, you’ll want to clean both and wait until the toy is dry to try again. It takes four AAA batteries which go into the battery tray which then slides into the toy very simply.

When you first turn on this vibrator, you might find that you’re having issues turning it on and off. I thought I was. I was about ready to send it back as defective. At least on mine, the On/Off switch must be pretty down pretty hard in order to make the toy turn on and off. The functions button doesn’t require a hard tough though. This is either a good or bad thing depending on your preferences. On the good side, it means that you won’t be turning it off accidentally during use, but it can be a slight fight to turn it on at first. Once I knew that it took a harder tough though, I’ve had no problems turning it on/off, so I consider this is a plus-side. Just be aware that it exists or it’ll be frustrating.

The vibrations are awesome. Rocks Off did a fantastic job of designing a vibrator that feels like it’s all towards the head of the vibrator without having too much of the vibrator near your fingers while you’re holding it. (If you hold near the tip of the toy, you may get number fingers). The vibrations aren’t Hitachi-strong, but they aren’t weak either. They are deep, rumbly vibrations too which makes them great. I’d say that they’re on the lower end of the strong side of the vibration scale. Some of our C-battery powered vibrators are stronger, but this one does a good job. It is, however, loud. You can easily it hear it in the same room, and on the higher settings, it can probably be heard through a closed door in most homes. If being quiet is a concern, this may not be a good toy for you.

I’m not sure which side of the vibrator is stronger. I actually keep thinking about it as it seems like the vibrations are almost a bit stronger on the top-side of the Luv Your Body instead of the bottom-side. I can’t tell either way, though, so I won’t tell you either way and be wrong. Regardless of if either side is stronger, the vibrator hugs your body perfectly. The head of the toy is going to be a bit large for pinpoint clitoral stimulation, but the vibrations are strong enough that, for most women, the diffuse vibrations will still be enough for orgasm.

For external use, which is what the Luv Your Body vibrator was designed for, the Luv Your Body vibrator works pretty well. The vibrations are strong enough that most women will find them good, and while a bit diffuse, as long as you’re okay with more spread-out vibrations, the vibrations will work okay for you. The handle can be a bit hand-numbing if you hold it towards the vibrational tip, but if you hold it towards the back, I didn’t notice any issues with it. The curvature of the toy seems to fit well with my anatomy, but with some positions (like sitting up), it was easier to turn the vibrator backwards as the angle wouldn’t work in that position otherwise. The angle seems best designed for use laying down.

Cleaning this waterproof vibrator is easy as it is waterproof. You can use warm water and antibacterial soap, and as long as you have closed the battery compartment tightly, you don’t have to worry about ruining the toy. The toy IS too wide for a condom, though, so if you want to share, you’ll probably want to use a glove to cover this sex toy. It’s only compatible with water-based lubricant, and I personally recommend keeping it in the box that it comes in, but as the silicone doesn’t pick up lint, you can keep it any

Overall, the Luv Your Body vibrator is a good, high-power vibrator that definitely includes quite a few good features for its going price. It has a beautiful design that looks pleasing and unique, includes nice packaging that really stands out, has strong vibrations, and is waterproof. If you don’t require a powerhouse (such as a Hitachi) but want an affordable alternative to the luxury of something like a LELO, the Luv your Body can be a good alternative vibrator.
