The Loaded Questions adult game is a board game (made for parties) that is sold by TabuToys. It’s made by All Things Equal, Inc. The game comes with the game board, question cards, the answer pad, one dice, penciles, and the game pieces. The game is basically a large game of different questions, and it can be played with lovers, friends, or just any people who are comfortable with adult conversations.
The board game comes in a really sturdy cardboard box. The box itself should easily hold up to items being stacked on top of it. The box also includes the title of the game all over it, so it isn’t really “discreet”, but at the same time, it obviously looks like a party game made for adults, so no one is going to think that it’s a sex game or something like that. It wouldn’t be anything that’s all that embarrassing.
The board game itself is intended for 4-6 players who are all 18 and older. As some of the questions deal with adult situations, it’s not really recommended for those who are younger than the age of consent. While the game only includes 6 game pieces, if you have more players, it definitely is a lot more fun. You’d have to find game pieces and pencils for those newer players, but it can really “up the ante” as the entire point of the game is to guess who gave what answer. With more answers, it’ll be harder to guess and a lot more fun. You could play with just 3 players, but it’d be really easy, and if you play with two players, there really isn’t much of a “game”, but you certainly could just take turns answering the questions. You could certainly play this at a swinger’s party, but don’t expect to become aroused by the game; it’s really meant more just for fun.
So how do you play? It’s honestly extremely simple, and you’ll easily be playing the game within five minutes of taking it out of the box. In fact, the instruction “book” is actually just a single piece of cardboard that explains things very simply and very quickly.
Everyone takes a token and starts on the “start” space. Each person also receives a pad of paper to write on as well as a pencil. The player rolls the dice and moves the amount of spaces shown. The player then picks up a card and reads the type of question specified. All of the other players then write down their answers on their piece of paper. All of the answers are then given to the person who just took a turn (not the player) and read aloud. The player then tries to guess who answered what. The roller then advances one space for every correct match that they guessed. The first person to reach the end of the board game is the winner, so being able to guess the answers is really what can “make” or “break” this game.
Yes, there are different types of “questions” which vary from not-so-risque to “only-in-your-black-book”, so you really get a large variance of available questions depending on where you land and which card you pick up. There are three different types of questions. There’s teh general sex and adult lifestyle questions, questions that are a bit more personal and a bit more risque, and questions that could only be answered in your little black book. Each card (of which there are about fourty or so) has three different questions on it – one of each one of the types. The picture on the board space where you land will direct you to which question you are supposed to read.

General Sex and Adult Lifestyle:
“What is always a fun activity at a party?”
“What girl should every girl model their life after?”
“What is a sexy name for a girl?”
A Little More Risque:
“Who at the table most recently had sex?”
“Where, besides a bed, is a great place to have a pillow?”
“What is the best sex advice you can give your child?”
Little-Black-Book Questions:
“What do you always do before a date?”
“Where do you think your parents were when they conceived you?”
“If there were a Sexual Olympics, in what event would you win the gold?”
The other materials in the board game are pretty average. The board itself is cute and folds up nicely to go back into storage, and the pencils are those small, no-eraser pencils. The pad of paper has 28 spaces on it, so you might need to move on to new paper if the game goes a long time. There are about 30 pieces of paper, but any average sheet of paper could double as the sheet with this game. The dice actually has numbers printed on it instead of the traditional dots, and the game pieces themselves come in six different colors and are just large plastic pieces of a standing human.
The game can definitely be fun, and it doesn’t take too long to play – it depends on how long every takes to answer and guess. Ours took about a half an hour from start to finish with 4 players. More players would take more time. This game is really a game that will “shine” when you get together a group of players who are really comfortable with their sexuality. If someone is uncomfortable answering the questions, it won’t be nearly as fun. If you need to make things more comfortable, I’m sure playing with some alcohol involved usually makes people more comfortable. We had a good time playing, but the questions aren’t too sexual in nature, so don’t expect this to be an arousing game. Instead, look at it as a fun way to discuss adult topics with other adults and get to know people better.
Something worth noting: This game can be a bit boring if all of you participants closely know each other’s sex lives. However, there are still some questions that would really be a bit harder to guess such as where the best place to have a pillow is or a sexy name for a girl. Not all of the questions are directly sex-related, but some of the questions will definitely make you blush. The company did a good job of including questions that deal with life and experiences while still including some opinion questions that you might not be able to guess. It makes it fun whether you’re best friends or strangers.
Loaded Questions: Adult is definitely a lot of fun if you have a party night coming up. The more people that you get together, the more fun that this game is. You can still easily play it in a couple, but it works best for a group of people who are comfortable discussing sex.
