The Extase Zenith G-spot Massager is a plastic, luxury vibrator sold by TabuToys. The Zenith is eight inches long, at the widest point, has a diameter of 1 1/2 inches, and is made from plastic. The toy runs on two AA batteries and is body-safe. Designed with a large g-spot curve, the Zenith was designed for g-spot pleasure.
The packaging protects the toy well and still looks nice. It’s made of sturdy, thick cardboard. The box is white and displays the toy and its features really nicely. Inside the box, you will find a foam tray that stores your toy perfectly in the spot that is open. Underneath the tray, you’ll find the Zenith vibrator storage bag, a promotional booklet of all of Extase’s toys, and the instruction manual. The box does look really pretty and will stay up to abuse, so it is suitable for storage if you don’t want to store your Zenith vibrator in the storage bag that it comes with.
The design of the Extase Zenith is pretty basic. It’s made of silky-smooth plastic with a g-spot specific head and curve at the tip. The plastic is very, very smooth, and it doesn’t drag on the skin at all. It almost feels like a silky silicone material. It doesn’t take too much lubricant to insert or use. Aside from the head, the shaft does have a rounded triangular-shape. The triangular aspect becomes much more noticable as you get towards the base of the toy. As most people may not insert the toy all the way, the triangular shape shouldn’t bother you as it’s mostly towards the base.
The vibrator runs on two AA batteries. The batteries are inserted through the base of the toy. The toy’s base is just unscrewed and then the batteries are inserted. The batteries, for the most part, seem to stay relatively quiet, but they can rattle around on the vibrator’s stronger speeds. It’s easy to remove the batteries after you’re done using the toy too. I haven’t had the batteries run out of juice on me yet, and the packaging states that two batteries should last you four hours of use. I haven’t had this happen to me yet, but the packaging states that the vibrator will blink red when the batteries are running low on power and should be replaced.
The controls for this vibrator easy to use as well. There’s just the one button at the base of this sex toy. To turn on the toy, you just have to press and hold down the button. To turn it off, you do the same thing. Once it’s on (and the light at the base will glow white when it is), you can just use single presses to switch between the different vibration strengths and patterns. This vibrator is very easy to control, and as long as you are careful, you won’t hit the control button on the base on accident.
The vibrations are okay. They are on the buzzier side of things, and they are mostly moderate. The luxury sex toy does have multiple patterns as well. The vibrations may not be able to get most women to orgasm. I find that they are more on the moderate side, and I find myself wanting stronger vibrations when using it. If you tend to enjoy moderate vibrations, the Extase Zenith may end up working better for you than it did for me.
The vibrations noise seems to stay pretty moderate – except on the strongest settings. On the strongest settings, the batteries on the inside seem to rattle around in the battery compartment which causes the noise to get much, much louder. For the majority of the settings, it could be heard in the same room but not outside of a closed door. For the stronger settings where the batteries rattle around, it’s possible that it could be heard outside a closed door if they’re rattling really loudly. It’s usually not too bad though.
During use, this vibrator can be really good. It definitely seems to work the best (and most quietly!) for g-spot use. Because the toy is made of plastic, the plastic is very rigid and ungiving, so you can easily use the Zenith to apply pressure to the g-spot. The shape is a bit more extreme than most traditional g-spot vibrators, so you’ll get even more g-spot pressure from the shape of the toy. As long as your body tends to respond to most g-spot toys, this one should work well for you too. As the vibrations are near the head of the toy, the vibrations transfer well to the g-spot also, but I find that the Zenith works best when just used as a dildo for g-spot stimulation. This is because of the rigid shape that allows you to apply a ton of pressure.
Cleaning, this vibrator is pretty simple. You just have to use warm water and antibacterial soap. As the toy is only splashproof, do be careful about getting direct running water on it. It will easily fit into a condom for multiple-person use, and it is compatible with all types of lubricant. It can be stored in the packaging or in the storage bag. Either would work. It doesn’t pick up lint or any fuzzies.
Overall, the Extase Zenith is a good luxury vibrator that adds features to the basic idea of the g-spot vibrator. I’d love to see a rechargeable version, but this version does end up working pretty well. It has good features such as a low charge indicator, body-safe materials, and a basic, pretty design. I just wish that the vibrations were stronger, and the batteries didn’t rattle. Thanks to TabuToys for providing this vibrator for Extase Zenith review.
