Desi Vaginal Balls Review

Desi Vaginal Balls
Desi Vaginal Balls

The Desi vaginal balls are kegel exercisers and produced by Feelztoys. Made of silicone and plastic, the Desi balls are available in a pink/purple color combination and a pink/pink color combination. I can’t give you an exact weight since EF nor the packaging doesn’t list it, but the “packaged weight” is around 0.2 pounds, so it’s a pretty light set.

The packaging for the Desi love balls is pretty basic. It comes in a little cardboard box that clearly displays the vaginal balls through the front. The packaging doesn’t really “reseal” after you open it, so it’s really not so good at working for long-term storage. It does look very pretty, though, and it will be fine for gift-giving purposes as well.

The Desi kegel balls themselves are very simple. Unlike other kegel sets, the vaginal balls are not interchangeable. They can be removed, though, from the silicone sleeve that holds them. The balls themselves are plastic and include an inner ball that “rolls” around inside the Desi to provide stimulation. It’s a pain to remove and reinsert, but the plastic ones can be removed – but unlike other sets, there isn’t another weighted set ready to replace them, so you just have the one set of weights. Having the plastic portion easily removable does make it easier to sterilize the silicone sleeve – but at the same time, realize that it means you have to be extra-careful when cleaning since bacteria could get stuck around the opening into the plastic balls.

The Desi vaginal balls have a silicone cord attached to the end of the balls. This silicone cord is made directly into the silicone sleeve for the vaginal balls, so it really doesn’t “break” off. I’ve done some pretty rough pulling and tugging on the cord, and it doesn’t snap or break. Unless you are specifically clenching your muscles while removing it, I don’t foresee this cord breaking during regular usage of pulling or removing it. With that in mind, though, the cord is really “directly” in front of where you’d place your fingers to push into the vaginal balls, so it does require a small adjustment with where you feel comfortable pushing the vaginal balls in.

The Desi kegel balls are impossible to hear once inserted. This makes them a good choice if you’re looking to try something out in public. The retrieval string fits pretty easily “inside” your panties, so it doesn’t have to be seen outside your body. The string doesn’t rub uncomfortably against my skin, and it seems like it’s going to be fine for long-term use. Just make sure to use quite a bit of lubricant to make the vaginal balls as comfortable as possible and reduce how often you need to reapply lubricant while out and about.

Their packaging. Be aware that I took out the plastic inner tray before the photo, so that’s why the vaginal balls are just sitting in there.

So, can you feel these? Yes, you definitely can feel them while inserted. The inner balls do a good job of providing movement while you have these inserted. The movement isn’t orgasm-inducing, but it is enough to make me remember that I have these inserted, and in turn, to increase blood flow to the area. The Desi vaginal balls aren’t really heavy enough to require me to squeeze my muscles to keep them in, and they tend to stay in pretty easily on their own. As someone with previous experience using vaginal balls, my muscles are already pretty decent, so that’s probably why I didn’t find them too heavy.

To clean the Desi, you can use warm water and antibacterial soap. The plastic balls could be removed and that means that the silicone sleeve could be boiled for sterilization while the plastic part could be put in a bleach/water solution for sterilization. It’s compatible with water-based lubricants, and I haven’t had any issue with the silicone attracting hair or lint, so you easily should be able to store it where you want.

Overall, the Desi vaginal balls are pretty decent. They’re well-made, seem sturdy enough, and do provide some movement when inserted. They have a really cute design, and they will be affordable for most. They may not be as luxurious or as heavy as other types of vaginal balls, but if you want a basic set, this one definitely works okay.
