Made from leather, the Code Z Berlin Bondage Harness offers both a sexy harness and a great bondage point. This black and white male leather chest harness is sold by MEO.de. Available in multiple sizes from MEO (small, medium, or large) and available in multiple colors for flagging (or outfit matching!) purposes, this leather chest harness includes a masculine zipper detailing with strap diameters that are about 1.4″ in width. While each chest harness can be further adjusted via the buckle fasteners, the Small is designed for a chest circumference of 36″ to 38″, the Medium is designed for a 38″ to 40″, and the Large is designed for a 40″ to 44″.
Like all MEO.de purchases, this black and white male chest harness comes packaged in a clear, see-through bag. This bag must be destroyed in order to get the harness out – and there’s no way to reseal the bag. There are no further instructions with the chest harness, so once you have it out, you just put it on! Simple stuff.
I’m honestly most impressed with the sizing and the versatility of this chest harness. It’s rare to see most leather chest harnesses sold in different sizes (small, medium, large) AND designed to be worn in multiple ways. Not to mention, even once you pick out the right size for you, the chest harness itself is adjustable even further. You get about 4″ of extra room along each one of the bands because of the buckle-design of the harness on each strap. This means that, if you’re a large Large or a small Small, you have a lot more wiggle room to really make the harness “fit” as body-formingly as it’s supposed to.
Especially with having a smaller-bodied male sub, a lot of the leather chest harnesses out there – even their size “small” – don’t fit as tightly against his chest as they really should. The Code Z Berlin Bondage Harness doesn’t have that issue at all. With the dedicated sizing (small, medium, large) and the extra point of adjustment, it becomes a skin-tight harness within seconds of putting it on. That’s absolutely perfect – and I love the visual of him wearing it.
Plus, as we figured out pretty shortly after receiving it, the Code Z Berlin Bondage Harness can be worn two distinct ways. It can be worn as shown in the product photo on MEO.de, or it can be worn like your stereotypical “bulldog” harness as well. The points of adjustment within the harness make it even easier as you’ll likely want more room for the bulldog styling. This, of course, will vary depending on your body type and how much wiggle room you had when initially putting on the harness, but it was definitely a pleasant surprise – and we’ll probably be primarily wearing it in the “bulldog” styling since I like how it looks.
As you can tell from the photos, this leather gay bondage harness does have two noticeably large points of attachment. These giant O-rings are particularly sturdy, and they can be used for attachment points for your bondage. Unlike some bondage harnesses, this Code Z Berlin Bondage Harness does not include any additional D-rings or O-rings for attachments. You can use these giant O-rings as attachment points, but be aware that they’ll primarily pull on the leather straps that the O-ring is attached to. For example, if you attach something to one of the O-rings, the two leather straps that are also attached to that O-ring will “take up” most of the tension from that bondage point. This isn’t a huge deal unless you plan on attaching something particularly heavy or making your submissive deal with the tension for long periods of time. It’s just something to keep in mind!
Wearing this chest harness is particularly comfortable. The genuine leather feels like, well, genuine leather, and it’s a decently smooth feeling against the skin. You’ll want to keep in mind that this harness weighs a noticeably bit more than a regular t-shirt – and if you’re putting it on from a cold house, those metal parts are going to be noticeably frigid against the skin (until they warm up!) Once this male chest harness has been on the body for awhile, it matches your skin temperature and is pretty easy to forget you’re wearing it, honestly.
The only large downside to keep in mind is the zipper detailing on this masculine leather chest harness. While it looks sexy from a distance (and is pretty damn sexy up-close too!), it still is half of a zipper. As you can imagine, this is noticeably scratchy on the skin. While the wearer won’t feel any of this (since the harness is smooth on the interior portions), any play partners can. If you hug the person wearing this harness, you can definitely feel the zipper detailing. We’ve even had it catch on my clothes during play when I get close to him. It’s not a deal-breaker, but this is definitely a harness I’d wear for show – and less-so for actual, body-on-body play unless your partner is into the scratchy feeling of zippers. (If they are, well, this is 100% the perfect chest harness for you!)
As this chest harness is made from leather, you’ll want to be careful when cleaning it. Try to avoid getting bodily fluids on it in the first place, but if it happens, a leather-specific cleaner (or a bootblack!) is probably your best option. For regular bodily-oil cleanings, I’d recommend a slightly damp washcloth to wipe down the entirety of the chest harness. After all, I’d be surprised if you never work up a sweat while wearing this harness!
Overall, the Code Z Berlin Bondage Chest Harness is a beautiful chest harness for someone looking for a masculine chest harness that’s adjustable for their current size – or for future weight-loss or weight-gain. It looks absolutely amazing for a masculine look – but you’ll want to keep in mind that it’s decorated with zippers if you were hoping to use this chest harness for close contact with another person.
