The Blue and Black Lace-Up Chemise set is a piece of queen sized lingerie sold by TabuToys. The lingerie features black and blue as the main feature colors, and it has underwire for bust support. It has a wet-look black paneling along the front and on the cups, and it has soft lace for the blue portions. It also includes removable garters as well as a matching thong.

This piece of lingerie is actually pretty comfortable to wear. It hugs your body really comfortably, and it seems to be pretty true-to-size in terms of the size chart. In fact, I’d actually say that it can run larger than the size chart says as I have 62″ hips, and the piece of lingerie, while tighter, does seem to fit okay. It is tight throughout the entire lingerie (because of the design), so do expect the lingerie to hug your body.
This piece of plus-sized lingerie emphasizes your hips really well. I actually am fond of that. As it has the black piece of material in the front, it tends to hide your tummy a bit better than if it had been a fully see-through piece of lingerie, and as the black panel is such a different color than the blue of the rest of the lingerie, it also tends to draw your eyes there instead of on other places of the outfit.
Something to keep in mind, though, is that, if you have a small chest, the bra portion of the lingerie doesn’t help accentuate that. The cups are pretty large (meant for a D or DD cup), so if you have smaller breasts, your breasts will become pretty “lost” in the cups. Also, the black stripe that goes along the base of the cups will minimize your bust slightly as well. At the same time, though, if you have larger breasts, the cups were designed for you, and while you probably won’t get cleavage from the underwire, the underwire does provide enough support where it seems like things will be staying in the right place.
The thong that comes with this is your typical lingerie thong. It is not the most comfortable, but it does match the lingerie. As the entire back of the lingerie is made from the see-through mesh, regular panties can look a bit awkward under this one. The thong or other minimal-type of panties tend to look the best. I’m not fond of thongs, but when it comes to this particular piece of lingerie (which will be tight around your bum and is see-through), the thong does seem to work well.
For laundering, we’ve honestly just been putting it into a delicates bag and washing it in the washing machine and then hang drying. As this calls for hand-washing, you may want to hand-wash it though for optimal life, but we haven’t had too many issues with placing it in the washing machine. I’m sure it will shorten its lifespan somewhat though.
Overall, the lingerie is definitely a cute fit. The black wet-look paneling helps draw attention away from some problem areas, and if you have larger hips you like to show off, the tightness of the plus-sized lingerie plus the black paneling does help accentuate the curves of your hips. Be forewarned though – it is tight, and it may be clingy depending on where you fit in the size chart. I’m okay with that, but if you aren’t, the Blue and Black Lace-Up Chemise may not be the one for you.
