Aloe Cadabra Water-Based Lubricant Review!

Aloe Cadabra Water-Based Lubricant
Aloe Cadabra Water-Based Lubricant

Water-based and designed as mostly organic, Aloe Cadabra is a natural aloe personal lubricant. Made from 97% pure and organic aloe, this lubricant is free from petroleum, glycerine, parabens, and other skin irritants. This bottle is a simple 2.5 ounce bottle of unscented, water-based lubricant. As it’s water-based, this lubricant is safe for use with condoms or any other safer sex barrier.

Compared to a lot of low-level lubricants, Aloe Cadabra is pretty good. It does a decent job of keeping things slick, and it’s very easy to apply. It’s not quite as thick as some of the other lubricants that Iv’e used, so it tends to be a bit runny during application. That’s definitely not necessarily a bad thing – it means you can pour the lubricant, and it will move into place exactly where you wanted it.

The box for the lubricant

The lubricant itself works decently well. It will stay slick enough for standard sessions without reapplication. If you’re going for a long time, though, you’ll probably want to reapply the lubricant to make sure things stay slick. The lubricant feels a bit thinner than natural bodily lubricant, but it still feels like a slick and easy way to increase the slipping and sliding between bodies.

Compared to most low-level lubricants, Aloe Cadabra is going to seem awesome. However, if you’re using to higher-quality lubricants like Sliquid or other women-friendly lubes, you might not be as impressed. The lubricant lasts pretty well, but it also tends to get gummy and feel a lot more gummy than other lubricants. This means it doesn’t clean itself up nearly as well as other high-quality lubricants do. This may not be an issue for you. You might not have a problem wiping up and cleaning up the area afterwards. However, if you, like me, don’t particularly like to have to spend time wiping and cleaning up afterwards, you may not find that Aloe Cadabra nicely absorbs into the skin like other high-quality lubricants do. If that’s not going to be an issue for you, though, you shouldn’t let that stop you from using Aloe Cadabra.

The bottle is pretty easy to use, though. Unlike other bottles, this bottle is made from plastic, and it sits with the spout pointed downwards. This means that, as long as you store it how it’s supposed to be stored, the lubricant will always be right at the edge and ready to pour – even when the lubricant is almost out. The plastic is firm, but it can be squeezed to help pour out lubricant. I love that you can get every drop of the lubricant from this bottle without too much difficulty.

When it comes to cleaning up, you can’t really just leave this lubricant alone and expect it to clean itself up. However, with basic water and a washcloth, it wipes off the skin really easily. Like all water-based lubricants, it’s fully compatible and safe for use with condoms and other safer sex methods.

It’s a simple squeeze bottle

Ingredients for Aloe Cadabra include: Organic Aloe Vera, Vitamin E Oil, Xanthan, Citric Acid, Tahitian Vanilla and French Lavender, and Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate.

Overall, while Aloe Cadabra isn’t going to be my favorite women-friendly lubricant, it’s not a bad one, and if you’re used to other types of lubricant, it’s probably going to be a step up. It’s easy to use, provides a good amount of slickness, and has an awesome ingredient list to be proud of. Thanks to TabuToys for providing this organic water-based lubricant for my Aloe Cadabra Organic Lubricant review.
