The Tantus Anaconda dildo is a new dildo with handle made by Tantus. It comes in three beautiful colors, and it’s made from a matte silicone which makes it body-safe and sterilizable. The Anaconda features a handle, and it has a diameter of over an inch and a half in the dildo area. (The handle is not meant for insertion). The full dildo is about a foot long with about seven inches in insertable length.
The packaging for the Tantus Anaconda is similar to other Tantus packaging. It comes in a see-through, simply-designed box that shows the sex toy through the packaging. It talks about how to keep your toy safe and different features of the Tantus Anaconda dildo. Inside this box, there is a plastic tray that slides out and holds the Tantus Anaconda. Because of the Tantus Anaconda dildo’s large length, if you want to keep this dildo in packaging, I would recommend you keep it in this package though the Tantus packaging usually does break relatively easily.
The design of the Tantus Anaconda has made it focus on the idea of being a regular dildo with a handle attached. The silicone of the Tantus Anaconda is pretty matte in nature – it does have some drag to it, but it’s not as much as some of the other Tantus silicone sex toys. The head of the dildo has a different feel to it as well, and the handle has the matte texture to it. This matte texture makes gripping the handle extremely easy, and the handle has ridges too that make it easier. The handle should be long enough for most people to easily grasp it by the handle, but you may not be able to get your full fist on the handle depending upon how much of the dildo is inserted. The dildo itself has a realistic head that does resemble a penis. It actually does look like a real penis head contrary to some of the sex toy designs out there. The head really isn’t pronounced enough for a “popping” sensation upon insertion though.
(On a side note, Tantus needs to make more dildos of this matte-like material in this vibrant pink. Oh my goodness, that would be amazing.)
As another side note, some pictures show the Tantus Anaconda being “stood up” on its handle. It CAN do this, and it does stay upright as long as it’s a completely flat surface and nothing touches it. One touch, and it does fall down though. It would not be a suitable way to store it, but it does show you how firmly Tantus made the silicone on this one.
The thing I was most surprised about with this pink dildo was how sturdy the handle was. With most toys that boast a handle, when you hold the dildo by the handle, the dildo itself is very droopy and draggy – not this sex toy. It does have a slight droop, but it’s nothing major, and it manages to stay pretty horizontal when held up sideways. The dildo doesn’t “bend” or “buck” under pressure if you’re trying to insert it, and from all of my “testing” periods, the dildo doesn’t tend to bend into itself if you’re trying to remove it and thrust it back in.
I love the Tantus Anaconda, and it seems to work best for vaginal use. In comparison to the “average” human penis the Tantus Anaconda is larger in diameter than most. It’s not by a huge amount that it’ll be larger than the larger-in-girth male penises, but it is definitely going to be larger in girth than most. I’d recommend this most for those who enjoy the sensation of being filled, and for all, I’d definitely recommend working this over in a bunch of lubricant beforehand. The silicone does have some drag to it, and at this girth, the drag will probably be uncomfortable at this girth without lubricant.
It would work alright for anal use, but the almost-two-inches diameter does make it a challenge for most for anal unless you have some experience with in the past. If you do, then the Tantus Anaconda may be an alright size for you, but if you haven’t used many large anal toys, this one is certainly too large in size. Another uncomfortable aspect of this dildo for anal is the fact that it’s actually the largest in diameter at the head while it gets smaller in diameter towards the handle.
I recommend this most for those who love thrusting at odd angles and usually find themselves wishing their dildos were longer. For example, if you tend to enjoy being on all fours while thrusting your toy from behind, regular-sized toys make that very difficult. This silicone dildo with handle makes that much easier. At the same time, though, if you are one that enjoys inserting a toy then tapping on the base for a lot of your stimulation, the large handle on this one does make that simple aspect pretty difficult. That’s something to keep in mind when looking at this one, but when it comes to thrusting in more awkward sex positions, this particular silicone dildo does it much better than most silicone sex toys you can find.
To clean this Tantus silicone sex toy, you just have to use warm water and antibacterial soap. It can be sterilized by boiling it in water, but you’ll have to have a long pot in order to fit the dildo comfortably due to the dildo’s length. It’s only compatible with water-based lubricant, and the matte-like silicone of this dildo doesn’t pick up too much lint and hair, but it does pick up some. Because of the odd shape, if you do want to protect it, you’ll probably want to keep the original packaging as it’s larger than most standard baggies or sex toy pouches.
Overall, I like the Tantus Anaconda most for those who love thrusting and are experienced with girth in whichever way they plan to use it. Tantus did a fantastic job with making a dildo that doesn’t buck under pressure, but I’d love to see one with a bit smaller of a girth. I love the fun colors this one can be purchased in, and if you like a fulfilling sensation and love thrusting, the Tantus Anaconda is one of the best dildos with handle I’ve ever seen.
